I want to share my experience with Stevens Driving School. I signed up for a driving package which consisted of 7 driving lessons. Delphine was my instructor, and I am happy that she was! She was patient and corrected me on the little details that matter. On the day of my road test, another instructor, Tabitha, took me instead due to Delphine not being available. I was supposed to be picked up at 8 am to practice one last time before the test, but she arrived 30 minutes late. Once she came, her attitude was horrible, which put me in a bad mood right before my test. I expressed to her to change the tone in her voice because she was coming off very rude. After that, she was passive-aggressive the rest of the time. Thankfully, I passed my road test and will not have to go back.

I paid for 15 lessons for my daughter and after the 15 lessons she was still lacking in basic driving skills. Basically all we paid for was to allow her to go driving once in awhile. It was a waste of time and money. I am now paying for more lessons with a professional driving school and instructor and will not be calling Stevens driving school for my son. I do not recommend Stevens driving school at all. They are simply HORRIBLE!!!!

I had Randy as an instructor and I was very pleased with his teaching style! He was never late and he always gave me wonderful tips for driving. Im very grateful that I had him as an instructor and I look forward to our thruway lessons!🙂

Originally, my driving instructor was Tabitha and I felt like I was not progressing as I should with her as an instructor. She is very snappy, and always put me in a horrible mood after my lessons. Also, she would talk to me as if I did not have common sense and she seemed to have an attitude most of the time. I did not feel comfortable driving with her so I called the driving school to have my instructor changed. They were very understanding and gave me no issues. I was switched to Delphine and she is AMAZING!!! She’s so laid back, understanding, calm, and patient. Once they switched me to Delphine I actually looked forward to my lessons every week. I passed my road test on the first try with almost a perfect score thanks to her!

My driver instructor Brandi was amazing. She showed me multiple techniques to driving and its greatly appreciated!

I just got off the phone with Antoinette. She was very upbeat, informative, and patient. She answered my questions and concerns step by step in a clear organized fashion. Antoinette took the time to put my mind at ease. I feel we have found the right place for my daughter to get her license.

Stevens driving school is a recommended school in Buffalo .Bryan is the best instructor and trained me good. they treated people so good and they help people until they are not success in driving . Highly recommended.thanks stevens driving school for success my dream .

Tabitha was a phenomenal instructor, even through covid she kept me fully updated on everything going on and when we would finally be able to book lessons. She knew that I was very dedicated on getting things taken care of and done, and really worked with me to get me through everything, both with communication and safety. She works hard to make sure her students are taken care of. 10/10

Tabitha is not pleasant to work with. This being my first experience driving, I was not met with patients, understanding, or helpful tips. Instead, I was met with someone irritable and inconsiderate. Ive never been met with such snarky remarks from an instructor in any setting. If the lesson package wasnt a gift, I wouldnt tolerate her demeanor. Lesson scheduling is often a disaster with the office scheduling sessions that Tabitha is already booked for resulting in cancellation fees for sessions that could never have happened. Then in the end it took 4-5 months to get through 7 lessons.Maybe its due to the pandemic, my location being too out of the way, or some factor about myself, but this instructor and experience as a whole has changed my perspective on this driving school being held in such high regard.

I had Rj as my instructor and he was absolutely phenomenal!! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better, he gave me such good confidence to pass my road test and made everything make so much sense!! 100% recommend stevens.

The service was great everyone was nice and helpful. Tabitha was my instructor and she was great. Parallel parking was easy and smooth once she showed me. Pass my road test no problem.

Tabitha was the best instructor that could of been given to me. I passed my roadtest because of her. She was always patience and willing to work with you so you learn the fundamentals of driving.

Tabitha was an excellent driving instructor. Made sure I had everything I needed to know, reminded me of my lessons and made me feel comfortable driving.

Tabitha was a great instructor and taught me my blind sides for me to be able to cross a intersection.also, she had taught me to make a left turn to not cross the drivers side

First and foremost, Stevens driving school is a great place to start if you or anyone you may know is not comfortable behind the wheel! from the very moment you call, someone is right there to assist you! Never had an issue and the employees there are very helpful and positive!Chuck Clark was my instructor and I got a good amount of lessons with him. All around fantastic guy. He knows his stuff when it comes to driving. Extremely helpful and will give you constructive feedback and recommendations that may help you when it comes to driving. He does a great job with making you feel comfortable as a driver as well as busting some jokes here and there haha. He’s helped me and he was able to give me the confidence to pass my road test. Highly recommend him!

Hi, they are very unprofessional and they care about only money. In website for pre licensing class, you cannot see the schedule unless you make a payment of $42. they dnt understand people are not free and they cannot take classes without knowing the schedule. i called them and the lady who picked the call did not tell me which dates are available and she was making some stories. they think buffalo people are free all the time.. such a nasty thinking.. ! god help them

Stevens placed me with an absolutely amazing and extremely friendly driving instructor, she gave me confidence I didn’t have before. She made sure I was capable of driving without any fear or mistakes. Without her I would’ve never passed my driving test. If you use Stevens ask about an instructor named Racquel, you won’t regret it! Thank you again for all the support.

This place is so unprofessional like first my instructor is always late sometimes 3 hours late my first lesson was split in half cuz she had other people ahead of me and now she wont even respond if I text or call and I have 1 lesson left and the driving test and I cant even call because there never open. DO NOT GO. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A DIFFERENT SCHOOL!!!

I just received my class B CDL today. I had a great experience with Stevens truck school. Very friendly instructors, Great direction and information. They really do a great job with there “One - on - One” training, it’s flexible to your work schedules. very benificial to road test prep. Shout out to my instructor “Jason” he was extremely helpful and friendly. Looking forward to possibly coming back for my A license in the future. Would highly recommend them for any type of driving school.

Stevens Driving Schools classroom. Has MOVED DOWN THE STREET to 394 West Ferry at the corner of Hoyt Street. Literally 1 block away! New updated facility!!! Classes are still Tuesday at 5pm and Saturday at 930am.

I’d like to thank Tabitha for being such a great instructor, although she wasn’t my instructor the whole time, she was honest and pointed out my mistakes, it was very helpful, thank you again!

I was in the class for four hours and I stepped out on a phone call the instructor Susan locked the doors on me and didn’t allow me back in after I sat for four hours I’m so upset because I got a phone call of someone passing away and she had no sympathy and shut the door in my face

You have to be on time for class, if not the door will be locked.
