I love Dollar Tree but this one is just not up to par. Its messy and the shelves arent fully stocked and very disorganized. The people who work there are kind but its just not worth going to.

Most of the employees at the location in Bullhead City are very polite and nice to I have no problems there

Rude cashiers, break glass items you want to purchase after they ring them up then say they have no paper to wrap them in, overcharge you..i jst took breakables off..then cashier complains to you that they dont have enough bags so she wants to put the heavy bottle of juice in with the cookies..really?? i dont care if you are running out of bags, order more & more paper to wrap breakables with..i am a paying customer and my money pays for those bags..

I know to bring a few extra dollars with me, I always find just what I am searching for & even more that I wasnt. Thats the most fun about walking through the doors.

Convenient, Variety, Low Cost

I spend a lot of money at this place... Love it!

Dollar tree was great, it was the getting accosted by some crazy loon in the parking lot that Im concerned about. Beware in this area there is a crazy woman on the loose!

There was mold in one of the refrigerators for pop/soda, I told the manager and her response was that the vendors maintain them. When I pointed out its a health hazard to sell them, she again said that it belongs to the vendor. I informed her that she can shut it down and just not sell until the vendor brings it to standards. She didnt care. When I asked about her supervisor she had a cashier, who was busy checking customers out, give me a phone number to corporate.

Found everything I was looking for with no problem and the staff was kind and very well mannered. Store was clean and plenty of walking room. Isles were fully stocked with all my favorite items! Its a great store and you get a lot for your money.

Found some great lipstick.

Love this place. Only thing is that the line to checkout is always so long. They really need more than one cashier

The store in Bullhead City, Arizona has the WORST customer service!!! Adrian and Karina were really rude with my husband and me. The saddest thing it was my first time in a dollar tree store and I can swear that I wont be back ever... I prefer the 99 cents only store the staff is very friendly.

Great place and nice selection of products.

A cashier there was very rude, ignored me, and had a lot of attitude. My mother needs my help to shop anywhere she goes and I was almost denied to come in and help her. And constantly reminded how clear as day the sign is on the door. Maybe make it bigger for the people to read because that was small especially for elderly with seeing problems. And not so clumped up with the 5 other papers you have on your door. I dont care how highlighted it is.

Wonderful! Last minute stuff again. Found everything I needed. And more. Clean, well organized. Shelves filled. So happy.

The store is nice, the cashier great! BUT BEWARE...since Needles is in California you will need to have your own shopping bag. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR A SHOPPING BAG FOR YOUR ITEMS. Shopping bags are no longer free.

The employee that helps me was very friendly and worked at a fast pace. She acted like she wanted to help customers and she made the experience enjoyable. I didnt get offered any help while I was browsing the store but I didnt need any help so thats ok. Everything in there is a dollar so you cant really complain about the price either.

You cant be too picky when everything is a dollar, I guess. Ive been in 3 times now to this location and the place never seems to have been clean. Unpacked boxes everywhere. Dont stop if you are in a hurry because there is always a line at the single open register and when a manager is paged she never comes out.

Its easy to find everything. Its also pretty big for a Dollar Tree. The employees are friendly. I enjoy coming back to get the thing I need.

Busy place. Good selection. Almost everything is a dollar. Yes there are some things that are not. Good place to get some food when on a shoe string budget.

There is a good selection of products here especially including items that are a great deal for a dollar. Staff are nice but if its busy at all you may have to wait to check out.

My wife & I shop at that store when ever were in the neighborhood. There organized, they pretty much have what we need for the week. Also they check you out fast and thatz important as well.

Great place for $1 items. Clean and cool. Reason for 3 stars is the lines were very long. Only 2 registers open the day b4 Mothers day and a lot of people there buying ballons. Too many empty registers and not enough staff.

Awesome went to find a phone charger and the lady with dark hair was very helpful.... She helped me find the right one...

I walked in there was only 2 register open. I got in line. Waited 17 minutes in line. Managers were there not even bothing to open. I watched people set their items down and walk out. Bad customer service.

Went to Dollar Tree... it was a wonderful experience....I couldnt find the phone charger I was looking for ..I ask the employee where they might be ??..she told me Aisle 9 ..I walked over to Aisle 9 and lo and behold there they were..
