Good for shopping. Goods are not expected higher end but it was good ad reasonable. For party u will get all kind of stuff and lot of use and throw goods in 1$.

THE FACILITY WAS PRETTY NICE WITH HELPFUL AND ATTENTIVE STAFF. THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND YOU CAN FIND ALMOST EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED AT THIS LOCATION

Not sure if she was the manager or not but I was very pleased with her energy and engagement with every customer. She asked how everyone was, saw I was purchasing party supplies and asked about that. Couple laughs. Was on the intercom promoting their frozen section. It may be a dollar store but to someone else, it’s their life and job! Great customer experience.

It was okay Im buying at the Dollar tree store. As long as you dont mind the long lines..

I like shopping at Dollar tree but at this particular location the merchandise was very well in organized and everything was nice and neat!

This Dollar tree is good! The reason I gave it four stars is because its always packed and as usual only one person is working the register. But they usually have a wide variety of things like cleaning supplies, snacks, beauty supplies, health products, balloons ,cards ,decoration, school supplies and more and its all for a dollar. As far as the parking lot, its a big parking lot and its close to public transportation. So yeah! Get more staff and Ill give another star.

I actually seen a few new item a for crafts and household cleaning supplys.....awesome 😃 always happy to discover new items.

Everythings a dollar. Great selection of greeting cards at a fraction of the cost of greeting cards at other stores. Really nice quality gift bags at one dollar a piece. Everything from dinnerware, school supplies, make up, snacks, kitchen utensils, paper goods, helium balloons cleaning supplies and pregnancy tests.

Managers and cashiers need to learn their OWN COUPON policies correctly. Also need to be more patient. when in doubt Google your own site and policies..smh

I asked the cashier if she could help me put the basket back, and she replied that I could put it back on my way out. I obviously had my hands full. Her response was beyond poor customer service. It was plain rudeness. The store is never as stocked as the Oak Lawn location anyway. I drive the extra 3 miles or so just because I refuse to visit the Burbank location ever again.

If I could rate this place less I would the staff are all very rude every single time I go in there. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day but nope every time they are rude even the manager Im not sure but if I was this rude at my job I would be fired with out hesitation I would much rather drive out of my way before I step foot back in that disgraceful environment.
