Shop at Dollar Tree 2 or 3 times a week. They have many multiple use items for a dollar. Buy all my Hallmark greeting cards there - most at 2 for $1, while everyone else sells them at $4 or $5 each!!!

Best prices for common items. Good selection.

This location has the most amazing selections! The store is always clean, and the Staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

There is a wide variety of items available all for $1. Snacks and drinks, meal items, common household items, crafts and activities even dvds and blu rays many things. The only let down so far is the limited space in between isles can make it difficult to move with ease and space between people. All in all a great way to save some money.

Some employees dont wear masks over their nose and mouths. They also dont require customers to wear them.

The better of the two Dollar Trees nearest me. On my most recent visit 12/14/20 they looked like they were cleaning or reorganizing but staff was helpful,friendly and checkout was quick.

I can find just about anything that I need in a pinch here and while the male manager often seems uptight, stressed, unhappy and non engaging the cashiers are very pleasant and upbeat even while they’re lines stretch down aisles with frustrated shoppers. Many times I’ve come in for 1 or two items but add more because I see something else I “need” while waiting in the long line.... marketing strategy?? There are a few times that I’ve walked in and out because I dropped in on my way somewhere and couldn’t wait. If you have leisurely time to shop your shopping experience should be great!

It was good not packed at all

I got kicked out of this store and the police called on me for walking by the manager less than 6 feet away 7/20/21 at around 8:15 I called corporate lets see what happens.

Understand the holiday but stores says opens att 9 on Sunday im here sins 9 and nothing still cleaning and taking there sweet time like its cold and rainy out here for yall to not know how to open att the time it is like the manager dont care of it pleas fix the manager or store will lose business for stupid people dont take care of business that there not hes

I got harassed by the manager Austin for not having a mask on even though I have a medical exemption and in the end burien police made him allow me to grab what I needed and said its all good buddy, dont worry about it and told Austin that I was allowed to shop. Also Austin was not even properly wearing a mask. Seriously???

My retirement village runs a buss to this location once or twice a month - there is a Grocery Outlet next door. Between the two we can get most of what we need to survive the pandemic. And we can use our EBT card for the food items.

Fairly recent new manager has really organized the store. It used to be a real dump, but is nicer to shop there now.

A nice affordable shopping venue. The staff is quite nice.

Had everything we needed, tellers where kind and courteous. 4 stars because they needed more tellers as the lines where quite long.

Friendly service, but not enough cashiers on a weekend. Especially when the 6 people in front are getting balloons.

Love the store when they more than one cashier working...

They are still well stocked and remind customers to maintain social distancing. At the check out stations they have distance marks on the floor and protective shields for the staff.

The Burien store has lots of stuff Ive never seen at the Greenlake Aurora store, like summer signage and tropical decor. Not to say Aurora hasnt got it, I just wasnt looking for it, hence never seen it there. I intend to return if the Greenlake store has not that décor.

Absolutely horrendous customer service!! Particularly a woman named Kathy who works at the front. Extremely rude and disrespectful to patrons, has a horrible attitude, and honestly should not be working with the public. Take your business to Target or any other store for that matter, where the employees actually care about their jobs. Definitely will never be shopping here again for little party supplies.

Useful household items. Picked up a dish rack, toilet bowl brush, oven mitts, and a few other items all for under $10. I really enjoy getting puzzle books from them theres a variety to choose from too. Dollar Tree is a great place to shop at.

I love the customer service here! They are super friendly to all their customers! They are very helpful as well in case youre short like me!

I dont come too often but when I its good. Ill be honest, I spend 50 bucks on coloring books, cross words puzzles and stickers. Best place for kids toy/gifts.

Like others I love this store, the selections are great. You can use your food stamps card for food or money. They have a good isle for dog and cat toys, food etc., they even have an isle for car supplies. I totally recommend it. However customer service is very low but I guess what does one expect in dollar store right? Is not like is Nordstrom or any store like that.

You dont even know what I had to do to make it here before closing. One pair of socks and thought that it was by grace of God I made it with 3 minutes to spare. Except they wouldnt let me in at 8:57 these people must really hate their jobs because theyre not very nice. Way better experience at other locations

I was supposed to have an interview here and showed up 10 minutes early and was told I had to reschedule, which was annoying, but things happen. So I go back the next day, also 10 minutes early, and no managers are there and the guy that was said I dont typically do interviews and no one told me there was an interview today. So Ill leave a note for the manager to do a phone interview I was quite annoyed and went home. I received an email a couple of weeks later stating that they had filled the position and hoped I had a good experience. No phone interview at all. Very unprofessional.

Great place for all kinds of things. Give it a shot. Obviously not the best quality stuff, for some items, but a lot of things are actually the same, or comparable to other retailers. Paper clips. Hair gel. Kool-aid freezer pops. Water balloons. Party favors. Hardware. Battery operated bubble machine

Super long lines only 1, maybe two tellers on a good day. Helium out for balloons and was told this after 5 minutes of standing there deciding which ones to get and there was no sign that said no helium. Then the man who told me was sitting in the side room with two ladies, like could none of them come out and help bring down this line. And if they were not working or employees then why were they there? Just horrible service for customers - dollar store or not

Its great being able to get stuff for $1 that youd have to pay a few dollars more for at any other store. I recently bought an oil drain pan for $1 that would have cost me at least $3 for at the next lowest priced store. Things like that make the dollar tree store worth its weight.

Tons of products to peruse which is great. Just wish it were a bit tidier. Lots of merchandise on the floor and bottom shelf.

Not fond of superlatives in retail communication. Regardless, store clean, well stocked; quite organized. I will not go out of my way to return to that particular location any time soon. I felt rather disrespected.

Great dollar store. The always have stuff for just about everyone on a low budget. We love their craft section.

The staff is always friendly and polite. They have almost anything u might need. Greeting cards galore and candy galore! Something for just about every Occasion and its just fun!

Smaller than a lot of Dollar Tree stores. Doesnt have the best selection, likely because its smaller. Still a good place to stop to pick up things you need for parties, decorations, etc.

Employees. Reading the other reviews I think that those are all employees or friends or family of employees. Seriously. Just recently they have been nicer cashiers. The people on the floor or the managers are still not friendly and put out when they have to help.

Everything is $1. You can not beat that. People there are friendly, courteous and polite.

This is not the same store I originally reviewed. Alecia the tiny but super driven manager left alomost a year ago. She needed some downtime which became perfectly clear how much she did around their day after day, year after year. The stores new manager, Tim, has got to have some sort of land speed record at clearing a store of employees the quickest. In a matter of 3 months both great assistant managers and 6? awesome cashier fled in terror of what he was/is doing to that once shining star of a store. Empty shelves, more merchandise on the floor than racks, miserable, over worked, cashiers. Its so sad. This used to be my favorite dollar tree. Now, its the one I advoid at all costs. Stay far far away.

I (Joe Wagenius) am wheelchair-bound I am in a power wheelchair The Isle living cells were set okay but they had displays between the aisles walking the aisles so that I could not get through about half of the store.After picking up the things that I needed that I was able to get to, I made my way to the front counter to check out I find but there are four checkout stands number one has the international sign of disabled on the light post that stand was closed numbers 2 and 3 were open and operating but there was no way set my chair would fit Downs between them I sat patiently and Ill number one until I was noticed by both check out people neither one made an attempt to say that they would be with me or any of that nature but I have made contact with both finally I spoke up and asked if someone would be opening up the disabled cash register and I was told no they were busy which I saw they were and I was willing to wait I said I would wait until they were able to get to me and I was told without a doubt that no they would not open that register again I explained that I could not make it down through their aisle.Once again I mention to them both and got their attention that I could not make it down to their check stand and one of the clerks yelled out that its too bad....At that moment one of the people that was checking out told the clerk 2 help me before her and so they came over took my items and my credit card as made my way to the the back side of that register......It seems to me that the...DISABLED MARCH CHECKOUT STANDshould be open at all times....If Im too mean if a wheelchair-bound person is able to get through the store at least they should be able to check out without causing a scene and feeling like less of a human being...!!!

Always friendly service. But ask for a product in the back they tell u that theirs too many boxes on it come back the next day. You come back the next day same thing.

First time here and the lines were extremely long and the store disorganized. I waited over 15 minutes to check out while the assistant manager stood around the front. I watched him interact with a customer with such disrespect I thought about walking out on the spot. He was extremely rude and someone that shouldnt be in the customer service industry. Definitely shouldnt be an assistant manager. I dont think I would go back to this location if thats how their employees act.

The variety and quality of products that you can get for only a dollar each continues to improve each year and the store becomes a more valuable resource for those on a tight budget. Dollar Tree is by far one of my favorite places to shop.

Two words describe my most recent experience at the Burien Dollar Tree, dirty and bargain. First, Id like to point out that this location has been under a different manager for about a year or so... since that change happened Ive noticed the quality of the store take a real nosedive. The new addition of the Snack Zone is also nice, however it makes the already cramped register area even more of a nightmare to navigate... Finally the store needs to be swept and recovered, as the items people decided they dont want get placed all over and create even more cramped conditions within the already small isles. However, if youre looking for a bargain and you dont have a particular standard for the stores you shop at, look no further. Id also like to mention that the associates that I saw there were working hard to cut down the line and wait times, so make sure to thank your cashier for their hard work and dedication. Especially going into the Christmas/Holiday season.
