We’ve been coming to dance with AMDA since my daughter was 3! We absolutely love the staff. The teachers are well trained, professional, caring and just all around amazing! The classes are reasonably priced and won’t break the bank. There’s fun opportunities with the competition teams and the performance teams. You’ll love dancing at Artistic Motion :)

My daughter started with AMDA last year with lyrical and gained the confidence to try out for hip hop crew this year. She tried out and made it! Thank you Ms. Jamey for all the confidence you gave her last year! She is so excited for all her new experiences this year in crew!

My daughter has grown up in dance and loves it at AMDA. She gets so much instrution on in dance but also life itself. She learns about how the body works and the muscles it uses. She also has learned how to be a team player and deal with stressful situations. She has to be responsible and keep up with so many things. It is a great place for your kiddo to learn a skill and life lessons at the same time.

I have been going to this studio since I was two years old and the are really professional dance teachers. The teachers are really kind. We have really good dance classes and really good companies and nice leaders

She has grown so much and loves the teachers, staff, and friends she has made!As a parent, I love that they are able to learn dance, work together a a team, and balance school and family time.

My daughter is going on her 4th year of dance at AMDA. When we moved to Burleson, we tried out a few studios to see what would be the best fit for her. We found AMDA to be an amazing option due to their annual production of Nutcracker and the many options for classes. We love that technique is such a focus. The studio communicates frequently through email, so we feel very informed. We absolutely love the teachers and I honestly cant imagine her dancing elsewhere.

We have been with AMDA for 3 years and have had enough!!! Ive paid over $4,000 in the last year and were not even on the company team. Now the owner has the nerve to raise prices $15-$20 a month during a world pandemic, when the unemployment rate is sky high and when weve all been paying full price tuition for almost 3 month straight for no classes. That is outrageous and unbelievable. Bad timing on her part! We have always been charged for every little thing and get papers sent home, stating I owe money for yet, another thing. I addressed my frustrations with them, and from then, was immediately blocked from their Instagram page, facebook page, they deleted my log in from their site and removed me from their email blasts. They did all of this instead of trying to remedy the situation. I also found out that now they are gossiping to their company dance moms about other moms who were unhappy. What poor business ethic! Sounds like a bunch of caddy, gossipy girls and not ones who are running a business. I would give zero stars if I could. Dont go there. Try a different studio. I wish we would have......

We have been at AMDA for 4 years. The teachers are good, the business management is awful. We were happy until this year when they moved into their new location. Starting with the jazz song they picked for a 6-7 yr old class. The song was Rotten To The Core and they lyrics are awful. There was no way I was going to let my 6 yr old dance to it. After asking they did change the song. However Covid-19 comes to town and they shut down the studio. They still charge us full months tuition for both March and April. They stated a couple prerecorded videos was sufficient for the tuition. Umm not hardly. For our family it was approximately $400 for the 2 months! Then I had to pay $85 for each costume x3. Ok, I get that. Noone could have predicted Covid. We had prepaid the $80 recital fee and the $85 bundle (tshirt, recital video, recital tickets) which they refuse to refund. They have since removed my account on thier website so I cant see what I have paid for, removed me from thier FB AMDA groups, AND blocked me from commenting on posts OR writing a review on their FB business page. Just plain bad business management. Transparency would have gone a long way with our family and a refund for the bundle and recital we cant attend due to a family reunion. I am super sad as we enjoyed our time that AMDA. Apparently the love of money trumps loyalty.

This is my daughters 8th year to dance at AMDA and we absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing and the owner is absolutely wonderful!

My daughter started there in Sept. I was under the impression I paid her tuition in full through May and then later discovered the person who did it over the phone did not do it correctly so I was on monthly autobill... ok, no problem.Then we go to our first class only to find out the acadamy is closed that day since there was no school no one told us, ok guess we have a lot to learn about the schedule here.Then we go the next week for class. Our first class and no one acknowledged we were even there and we had to kind of just figure out what to do and where to go. Not welcoming at all.The next class we get papers saying that the costume fees were due in 2 weeks...ok, we went ahead and paid those too.We go to class the next week only to discover everyone in class except my daughter was in thier Halloween costume because no one told us. My daughter is crying all the way home at this point. I called to find out where all the breakdowns in communication is occurring and find out no one entered us onto the class contact list.Continued class Through November and finally decided this is not the Acadamy for us and placed out notice of cancelation and requested a costume refund which we told we would recieve via check at the Acadamy at our next lesson.Paid tuition and continued what classes were held through December.On Jan 1 we were charged again for tuition eventhough we discontinued and we still have not recieved our costume refund despite asking for it every week.Extremely bad business practices here and no one is on the same page.

Weve been at AMDA for a year now and have loved it! All the teachers weve encountered have been awesome and both my daughter and I have enjoyed being a part of the AMDA team.

The owner stole $140 from me. I am really unhappy about this. It was a fee for costumes, which was mistakenly charged to my account. My daughter was not continuing dance class through AMDA past December and the recital was going to be in April or May. My daughter wasnt even fitted for these costumes. I kept asking the owner about the charge and she would nicely say that she was going to go through her records and mail me the check, or credit my card that she charged. She never said this money wouldnt be refunded- at first, she even admitted it was a mistake and she was going to fix it. This has been over a year now and my credit card company even tried to get ahold of her- she refused to respond to them. I only wanted to be refunded the money that was for something we never purchased. Theft is not a great way to run a business.

I have been dancing at AMDA for almost 2 years now. I know thats a short amount of time but I have come so far in 2 years! And I wouldnt be where I am today without the help of my amazing dance teachers! And What I love about Mrs.Angela is that she makes her studio not only a place to learn and excel at dance, but a second home! And her passion for dance is so inspirational! She loves and appreciates all her dancers, and has an outgoing and loveable personality! She makes dance not only fun but meaningful. And she teaches her students to Dance from the heart to create the art And when you dance at AMDA your not dancing just to dance, you are telling a story each time your in the studio. I am so thankful for my AMDA family! And dance is such a big part of my life now and I love it more than anything! Artistic Motion Dance Academy has enhanced my life in ways that words cant express! And Im forever greateful for that!
