This is a relatively new store. Employees are friendly, courteous and helpful. Will be my first go-to music store now. Enjoy being treated well when doing business transactions. Prices are comparable and will spend my money here. Hope they stay like this and stay in business for a very long time.

Went looking for sheet music and received so much more. This store makes you feel like family ...

I had called in about a mute for a Viola. They had two different types. The store held one of each for me to pick up a couple days later. The person behind the counter was very pleasant, polite, and knowledgeable when I asked about other instruments.

Came in to buy guitar strings and check out available cellos. Wonderful services, didnt feel rushed. Brandon was very kind in explaining the choices provided.

This is for the online ordering, not any one store. Ordered a ukulele which was supposed to be at the store in 5-7 business days for pick up. 2 weeks later it still hadn’t shipped, so we called to ask and the vendor still hadn’t shipped it. Ok, that’s fine but you could have let us know. Called again a day or two later to just cancel. So they cancel and there’s zero emails sent, no confirmation of cancellation. The guy just said “100% it’s canceled” when we asked about it. Problem over, right? Nope. 2 weeks later there was a pending charge on our account for the ukulele that had supposedly been cancelled. Called again and they said once again it was the vendor that needed to finalize the cancelation. Perhaps they should work with different vendors because it reflects poorly on their business. I’m sure I will visit the store from time to time but I will never trust their website again.

Everyone in this store is super helpful and really friendly. I always come in for my guitar needs if I’m staying in Burleson.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. As a newbie with my instrument they showed great patience answering my many questions.

They have a pretty nice selection of gear there. Real nice guitars. They have effect pedals there as well. They have a good guitar string selection. They have many different instruments and they offer music lessons. Very nice employees.

Friendly and knowledgeable people working there. You can rent or buy music instruments from the place. Customer service is outstanding I would say. My son rented a clarinet for his music class. Unfortunately the whole thing was halted due to the covid-19 debacle. The rep. that we contacted on the phone was very understanding of the situation and helped us solved the problem.

Had a most wonderful experience at this new music store! So glad that finally one was put close to home, rather than driving far out. Amazing deals as well going on as store is still new. Staff has wonderful customer service, even showed us around the place and explained every product, and benefits. Will be coming back, maybe even once a week! :)

I was in the store to purchase a digital piano. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Checkout was smooth with no difficulty. When I asked how much they charge for delivery, they said that they would do it for free- I live about several minutes away from the store and do not own a truck. I was happy with the purchase considering delivery was free. The owner said that the piano would arrive on Tuesday, and they could arrange for the delivery that day. I called on Tuesday around noon. The guy said that it just arrived and should be ready for a delivery Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning. I wait for their call, but no one ever called on Wednesday morning. I would be ok to pay for delivery if they chose to charge me. They apparently chose to get my hopes high on a certain delivery date in order to sell the instrument. I so far was not impressed.

Great store great prices. Helen was wonderful and helpful. Everyone there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Most music stores seem like they are pressuring or even hounding you. Not music & arts. Helen gave me a store tour showing me where everything was. I genuinely felt appropriated just for coming in there. The manager even offered advice on my violin and said if I had trouble to bring it in and she would help me. I didnt buy it there. Thats way above the rest. Great store

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Took the time to answer all my questions. Did not feel pressured into buying something I didn’t want. He listened to what I was looking for. Showed me several options. I am very happy with our purchase from this store.

Very warm hearted, friendly staff. As far as the customer service, they truly seem to enjoy talking about the instruments and lessons and do a great job of making you feel like a long time friend. Cant want for my first lesson!!

Helen was beyond amazing, she guided me through my purchased and was super friendly. and the store manager was awesome , she was very kind and cool. I will definitely be coming to this music store from now on. I wish I could give more stars.

Very helpful. The woman restringed my old guitar for me for free since I was a little rusty and was so welcoming. I will never go to another store again. This one is definitely my go to

My daughter and I stopped by to purchase reeds for her clarinet, but neglected to double check which she used. We set up the rental last year at the Cedar Hill location, so David, I think that’s who helped us, took the time to dig for our account after her school wasn’t in their book. Also, the stores aren’t automatically linked to each other. He found our account, but only the rental invoices. Then he advised us on which reeds were typical for her age and experience, and assuring us if the box remained unopened we could exchange them if they were the wrong ones. We purchased those and a clearance clarinet book sheet music.I appreciate he took the time to help us out and thanking us for our patience. Great customer service!

If any of your children or family is interested in learning or buying a musical instrument this is the place ! Quaint little local music shop , they have so much variety and really take the time to walk you through the options . They have private music lessons and give the best hands on experience when picking out a musical instrument . Trusted store owner who has a passion for music and sharing that gift .
