The people never answer the phone. I called multiple time even before school started. We moved so I needed to know the new info for the bus stop and bus number. They NEVER RETURNED CALLS AFTER LEAVING MESSAGES. I finally call until someone answers today. I get put on hold. After 5 mins the lady tell me the bus stop from my OLD address. I said I moved. I have a new address. She claims they only get the info from the district. She was there until 10 pm last night, and over 1,000 missed messages. My message seem to have gotten missed. I got put on hold to talk to the supervisor to get me the bus information, because I needed my child to ride the bus home. I final get the supervisor, and she says we don’t have updated info so once the system updates we will call you back!!!! I asked for the bus and bus stop info, and she said they don’t have it. She got my number, and said they will call me this evening. Horribly ran company!!! 2nd day of school, and no bus information still!
Great bus service with caring drivers. They take safety seriously, which sometimes annoys the students, but I would rather the children get home safely, than not at all. They are a huge improvement from the previous bus company.
Worst bus company ever. Zero communication to parents, the driver keeps changing times and won’t tell anyone, call office and they just say “we had a rough start” they couldn’t even tell me what bus number my child is suppose to be on I had to tell them. Really sad. BISD needs to contract out to someone else.
Company does not know how to conduct business. They will certainly end up with a lawsuit one day due to poor standards and bad attitudes. Shady and cant get simple answers from them. Be aware.

Very different to have a contracted company run the school buses instead of the district. I have to specifically call them and not the school or district for bus issues even when it involves school related issues. When one of my children was hit by another student after stepping off the bus, the company would not do anything about it because it did not physically happen on the bus even though the bullying was taking place on the bus. They would not make any accommodations and were expecting my son to continue to ride the bus with the bully who had a record of bullying/hitting other children. In addition, at least one route was so overloaded that students were forced to sit in the aisle while traveling on a busy highway for multiple days.
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are the most disrespectful rude people ever. I called for help because there are no street lights where my daughter is picked up I asked to change her pick up spot where there is a street light and the lady over the phone was completely disrespectful. They dont care about children come on Burleson hire better people that care to keep our kids safe. Shame on all of you who work with kids for just a paycheck not to make a difference and have their best interest at heart.
Its okay the bus driver is nice but hes sometimes late
Im a student and this incident happened today after school at a students dropoff location (I share it with him.) The driver of bus 29 held the student on the bus to have a long 5 minute chat with him about using his Nintendo DS on the bus. She was claiming he was using it to take videos of other students.Next day: same bus driver tells me that a thing that is against my religion is NOT against my religion
The buses this year have been late to pick us up, we have had 50+ kids sitting out in 99-102 degree weather for up to an hourThis happens every yearIn the morning the bus has never came at the time the bus portal says it will, last year I had a bus driver who would pick us up 10 minutes early (causing people to miss) or up to 30 minutes late (causing kids to be late to school)Currently we are being packed into a bus with too many kids because a bus cant come on time, there are people sitting in the aisles which btw is illegalI try to call the bus barn, last year I was being spoken to really politely until the woman realized I wasnt a parent and then she spoke to me very rudely, I have had them put me on hold and forget about me and I have had them hang up on me, this year it goes straight to a voice mailI tried to call first day of school at 9 am because our bus had not showed up yet (school starts at 8:55) we had been forgotten about and I had to call my principal
They are absolutely terrible! The drivers are beyond rude, the office isnt any better. The kids are shoved in 3 to a seat, theres no room to get through the aisle, yet they are rushed to get on and off.
They make you wait 5 days to put your child on the bus. Supposedly theyre suppose to call you but its been 5 days and no word from Gold Star. Its absolutely ridiculous. I come from Fort worth where your child gets put on the bus the day theyre ENROLLED. I called to let them know its been 5 days and wanted to know when I would get some information about my kids bus route. I was told the bus router would get back to me. I dont expect anyone to call back. Ill make sure to check back before the day is over with.
They hire people to drive the bus that obviously hates life or hates children. Its sad that my child cant ride the bus in peace without the harassment of the bus driver. We have had incidents where the bus driver has told my child to get off the bus or she was going to shoot him. This was on video. The only punishment of the bus driver was to call me and apologize. The bus driver was trying to address another child on the buss and she didnt know his name so she said, Hey big boy. This upset the child tremendously because he was a big boy and he was very self conscious about his weight. Another little boy dropped his ice cream before he got on the bus. When he realized it he went to get off the bus to get it and the bus driver told him too bad go sit down. He begged her to let him grab it really quick and she said no out of spite and for no reason. What she didnt know is this child has been to hell and back with his house being burned down and his father who had an accident rendering him unable to work any longer. So the little money he scraped together to get that ice cream was a big deal. To help him we gave my son money to buy him another ice cream. The bus driver out of spite would not allow them to board the bus and they were forced to call me to leave work to come get them. Kindness matters...thats our motto in Burleson. There is no excuse for this behavior and no excuse for allowing this to happen. I know for a fact this is not their first complaint. I also know there is video and audio involved with many more incidents like these. Its sad no one is stepping up to help these kids. Kids arent perfect, they are learning, and they test limits. Its up to the adults to teach them and help them grow, not get down on their level and act like a child with them.
If I can give this place negative star I will!!!I have never felt so mistreated.
Terrible service terrible drivers. Many incidents on the bus where they have kicked students off for no reason at all. One bus driver just gets bored so she starts saying the most random things and if you don’t do it you get kicked off for a month. One student didn’t “sit down” and now sits in the front until they graduate.
Frequently goes through new drivers. My sons were forgot about.
Third year in a row with kids sitting in the floor and standing in the aisle because getting another bus would cut into their bottom line.
If I could give it negative stars I would the bus driver dose not care if you are late to somtihng important stops all the time for nothing she only cares if she gets played I got home 1 hour late because of her
