Helped us in printing some difficult save the date cards!!! Very helpful and professional. Also took the extra time to cut them to fit for no extra cost nor were they asked. The lady that helped us had Queen Kim on her name tag she was awsome thank you!!!!!

I went in for some copies but wasnt exactly sure what i needed. The girl Kim was very knowledgeable and help me figure out what i needed. I will definitely use them again. Her attention to detail was on point.

7-2-2019 8:00pmOffice Depot had the nicest person working for the that I have ever met. His name is Austin and he helped me in the computer department. Austin could not have been any more helpful, nice and professional. If all employees everywhere were like this guy every business would be a pleasure to visit. Austin knew his stuff and was able to help me out without any attitude. I have been telling people to get their laptops at Office Depot and I will continue to do so. Its rare to meet such a professional employee anywhere now a days...they all seem to have bad attitudes... but not this guy. Thank you Austin and Office Depot should be glad to have you working for them.

Please dont put out items on the shelves to purchase and then when someone comes to purchase the so called item Im told they are out of stock. Please make sure to take the purchase box off of display so other people dont buy them and waste their time as I did. Waste of trip honestly as this was the only reason I drove out here. One reason why I usually buy online from other vendors is for price. However I didnt want to wait and a 5 bucks sale difference I would be able to stomach. But guess this is why I always pay the competition.

Worst company if ever bought anything from. No responses to emails inquiries. Trash for customer representatives.I will never buy or walk into any of these stores or buy online. Canceled a order buy email because there is no cancelation online. Tried text, chat and phone with no response. Card was charged 2 months later and shipped.Taking advantage of the pandemic and ripping people off.

Think carefully before subscribing to Office Depot email. It takes 8-10 weeks for them to remove you from their email list. A few days I can understand, but 2 months or more is unacceptable. The only reason I give 2 stars is I have liked the employees at our local store even though its not enough to keep me going back. They spent more than 30 minutes trying to give me a refund for an online order. I felt badly for them as it took 3 employees to work through figuring it out. Amazon from now on for me.

Went to this location around 756PM because it was the closest store that had what I needed and relatively empty. Walked into the store and I was not greeted, walked down aisles and no one asked me if I needed assistance. Went to check out and the cashier had attitude and didnt want to speak to me. I felt like I was inconveniencing this store by stopping by. Again, the store was empty without customers and didnt close until 9 pm.

Never print at this Office Depot location. On of the ladies working at the printing station had to have a bad attitude with me. They didn’t even print out my papers the way I wanted them to. THE PAPERS WERE FOR A SCHOOL PROJECT FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!!!

The staff was perfectly nice but they took 15-20 minutes to find my order only to finally find it and hand it over and it was not printed correctly. They then took quite a while to figure out how to fix the issue, which was just that it needed to be printed double-sided. The people working there were very apologetic and again they seemed nice and maybe it was just an off day but I would definitely say I had a negative experience there and wouldnt print anything there again.

So disappointed with their printing service people in the back!!!! Girls just wanted to talk instead of helping you and the one that finally did help me didnt know what she was doing and had to get help. Also the one called jasmine was showing the other girls texts from some boy who wanted pictures from her. This is not to run a professional business!

Great office supply store. Always fast and friendly. Tech folks know their stuff on software and computers . Copy center team always takes great care with my orders and shipping packages . Always a great outcome. They take time to do everything very professionally.

One star only for the pencils with their logo are really cheaply made. The point breaks while sharpening and no sooner you put it to paper it done broke again and again till its half gone. I would of checked the product very well before I put my company name on it. But anyways the store does have some other great things there!

Poor customer service in printing. The csr was unwilling to help. When we asked the csr if there was another place nearby to help with print jobs, she insisted that Office Depot was the only place in town. Luckily, we found a Kinkos FedEx just 6 minutes away where there was a real Customer Service Representative who helped with all of our print needs. Thanks, Kinkos FedEx.

Dont order anything from them, because there carrier is unreliable. I have still yet to get the hutch for my desk and it has been 2 weeks. They sent me a broken hutch, and have rescheduled the delivery of the new hutch 3 times. I am still waiting on another delivery date, and they arent sure when it will arrive. The people at the store are nice, but the quality of the shipping services are horrendous at best. If you are buying something in store, you are probably okay, but if you need office furniture in a timely fashion, I would recommend Wayfair. Faster and more reliable shipping.

Dissapointed that an article in the sales brochure on the first day of the sale, and with a display model on the shelf, was not available. More disappointed that the sales clerk who was trying to help was reprimanded by the floor manager in front of the customer. She was also curt with the customer making the inquiry. That was awkward and uncomfortable for all of us. This customer will choose not to shop in this store again, but the employee may not be able to make that kind of choice. Please dont do that to your employees or customers - and if a product is not available, you might want to think about taking the model off the shelf until it is.

If you shop the sales, they have pretty good deals. Other items are well over priced. I ordered online for in store pick-up and they had trouble locating my item. Also the staff is not familiar with Samsung pay/ android pay services for their credit card machine terminals. I knew more about how to work it then the cashier. Two separate transactions, one went through but he could not figure out what he did to make it work on the cashier end so the second transaction didn’t go through and I had to use my actual card.

Lots of friendly associates willing to help. Confusion about the price of the item I was purchasing was disturbing- the product scanned at $50 more than the advertised price. Took several minutes to straighten out. Glad I was paying attention or I would have been grossly overcharged.

I had a poster sent to this store for printing before a conference. It came out quickly, but looked like garbage. The edges were mangled by a box cutter, the paper was glued unevenly, and it was overall an extremely unprofessional job. I called the print manager and she had a nasty attitude about getting a refund/reprint. Overall the store is clean and most of the staff are friendly, but the folks at the printing counter are (mostly) grumpy and sloppy.I did, however, get my reprint, and the manager shoved the poster in my face without a word. I will not be printing here again.

Worst customer service experience ever. Im a short not so big girl walking around with a huge printer and noone even bothered to offer help. I got up to the register and the big bearded boy checking me out was so unhelpful. He cared more about playing with his rubberband than checking us out. Staples here I come.

Most of the girls that works at copy and print section are rude, low customer service, they can’t even greet customers 🤦🏻‍♀️Due to my job I have to go at least once a month and its just to pick up my orders and I hate it!! Worse part, it’s the only OD in Burlington. Personal needs to be retrained and I really hope Corporate see my comment!!!
