Kim was very good too in the Copy & Self Serve Center Dept too . Kim helped me with sending a Fax with The Copyi Machine which was new for me to do. I have done Faxes by myself before when I was a Special Ed Teacher. But, that was awhile back. And different Machines used. So, thank you Kim for the One on One Social Distancing because of The COVID 19 Pandemic She was able to still help me out & Show me the ropes.

Very happy with this store right now. They seemed somewhat busy so I refrained from asking someone for help, but as I was searching for my ink (which I definitely could not find) I heard someone over the speaker say I need a sales associate in ink and before I knew it, someone was asking me for help! Even though they were working with other customers they noticed and took the time to make sure another customer (me) was helped. Guy/manager dude with tattoos helped me. Very friendly and quick! :)

Well......not the tech geeks I expected! Was here 15 minutes and Jeff could not get a text off of my phone to print, for a fax I needed to send. Stopped at a friends business, I texted her the info, and she printed it in 1 minute. Really Staples!??? Maybe you need better help in the Courtland Center store.

Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!! Linda and Jeff both went out of their way to help someone with filling paperwork online. They not only printed her paperwork with ease but they also scanned and emailed them back for her. Can’t say enough great things about them. Thank you Jeff and Linda!

Used the business center. Store clerk was very helpful and what I needed to get done went smoothly.

We were going to purchase some software. It rang up a different price from sticker. Employee told store manager and showed him the same sticker and he said it wxbt on sale anymore -- even though the sticker said on sale thru August 4. Then the manager grabbed the sticker. We left frustrated.
