I visited Staples on 6/12/21 and I was super happy with the service. Julie and Frank at printing services were incredibly personable and brightened my day as they helped me with the lamination services I needed. The lamination pricing was super affordable - I was shocked when I saw how cheap it was because I got lamination done a few weeks back at a different Staples and it cost way more. So I was super happy with the price here and the lamination job turned out great. Julie and Frank had great knowledge of the Staples services I needed and seemed to work well together as employees. I cant speak to other peoples past experiences here but I was more than happy with the help I received during my visit. Thank you to Julie and Frank for all of your help

The employees are always friendly and helpful here and they always have what Im looking for. I bought a laptop here and I was having a technical issue with it and my warranty had been expired by one day but they covered it for me anyway since it was so soon after. Their prices may be a little high and their checkout lines a little slow but overall Im very pleased.

I have to agree with Jim day and his previous review of the print and copy center.Cody was very proficient in operating and dealing with people.He is now at the Franklin location Lucky them.Turnover rate is very high now.Staples or just lack of Good Help in the area.?Its obvious because they put a sub- manager Paul who is totally unqualified and rude over in print & copy and you can tell he doesnt want to be there.This is coming from a person who does work for corporate Staples.And anyone can question me on this.They couldnt even keep Michaela who you can tell actually tried to staff..God bless the Butler PA and Cranberry TWP Staples You both need that .... Because as far as the print and copy centers go for both of them.... not desirable at all to the important people.. Customers.....BTW. I Do Not work in any Staples location. This is a genuine honest review.

The worst place for good customer service. The store is usually quite empty and when you walk in the employee totally ignore you and try very hard not to make eye contact. We were a party of three and was searching around looking quite lost. An employee just looked at us and smiled and kept walking.

Ordered a banner online for same day printing on Thursday. Called the store to let them Know I would not be picking up until Saturday. They said it wouldnt be a problem. I received a confirmation email that the banner was ready for pick up. I showed up at 9:30 Saturday morning - waited for about 20 minutes for them to decide the banner was not there and was never printed. The lovely girl behind the counter said she could print another one and have it ready in 30 minutes - clearly not her fault. I let her know that I was on a tight timeline and needed to leave Butler in 1 hour. I left the store and came back in 45 minutes - banner not ready - still printing. After a few more minutes, she realizes that the banner is completed but has not printed part of the design... She attempts to print another - meaning I have to wait even longer. Another lady offered me a $10 off coupon. The banner is finally done and I was offered a partial refund for the wait - in all over 2 hours! She attempts to do the partial refund back onto my debit card but cannot print a receipt - although assures me that it went through. 5 days later and I am still waiting to see that refund in my account. I called the store today and was told that the refund never went processed on their end and they are unable to do the refund without the card physically in the store - I live over an hour away. By far, some of the absolutely worst customer service I have ever seen. I will only go back to this store so they can process my refund. Seriously, what a ridiculous mess.

Asking about the price of an item. Sales person took a few minutes telling me why their location was different than cranberry and hermitage then took a call over the radio. I still asked about the price since its missing a tag. Instead of using his radio to call for someone he decided he needed to go to the front. I walked away and said take your time Im leaving. Please dont let the tech guy be customer facing unless youre going to coach them about priorities and being relevant.

We were here years ago looking for some ink. After we finally located the proper brand and product, a worker came over and asked if we needed help with anything. We replied, no, we just found it. He then replied, in a nasty, snide tone, glad I could be of help.We have never returned to Staples since. Prices are outrageous, store is a ghost town. Looking forward to the liquidation sale!

Purchased a usb hub, total,purchase $68.95. I gave the cashier $80.00. She handed me $2.05. I stated this is not correct and handed it back to her. She calls her manager and says, I dont have enough money to make change. I stated my purchase was $68.95, Im owed $10.05 change as I have her $80.00. The girl nodded, looking at her manager. He said well what do you have in your drawer. The cashier replied, only hundreds and twenties and the money I have here but she have it back, I dont know what Im supposed to do............I again stated my purchase was 68.95, I gave her $80, Im due change of $10. 05...manager walks off to get change.....10 min later he is still not back, I say to the girl, here Ill give you 9 ones and you give me one 20 back, then youll owe me a nickle. She opens the drawer, hands me 22.75. Shaking my head..... I do the math out loud, handing her the 2.75 back and ask for a nickle, which should be my correct change.....cashiers reply, ummm we will have to wait for the manager.........really????Absolutely NO MATH SKILLS. My 6year old grandson was able to do the math, not the cashier though............never again, will go elsewhere from now on

Can I give them a ZERO? Their UPS shipping person told me they could deliver to an IRS postal code, but they cant. So, I had to spend my morning getting my tax document shipment returned, and now Staples is arguing over whether its their fault or not for telling me false information, when THEYRE the ones who did it. And they wont issue a refund over the phone, I have to go in person. Its stupid and Im never using these idiots for anything. And people wonder why online companies are putting retail stores out of business. Cant wait to see this location turned into a laser tag center.

Staples had my computer for over a month. They was to install a video card. They said card did not work that I had to buy a new power supply. So I did. Video card still didnt work. They said I needed a different video card so I purchased a different one. That still did not work. They told me they have no clue why it doesnt work. So I told them return the video card and just give me my computer back. Thats when they informed me that the power supply I purchased two weeks ago doesnt connect up to the CD player. I told them put the old supply back In. Two days later i picked up my computer. I did try to buy a USB to hdmi adapter. The associate at the register did not know how to check my out. The manager he came over told me to go to the other register. So I did the same cashier followed me we tried to cash me out again. She told me that my card wasnt working and if I had a other form of payment. The card has a 35k limit. I told them never mind and left the store furious. I then get to my vehicle and the credit card company sends me a statement of purchase at staples. I go back inside and show them the credit card statement. Needless to say I returned the item and informed them I will NEVER go to staples again.

Butler Commons Staples....Print department has nose-dived A LOT since Cody left that department,....turnover is now like monthly in that print department.....management doesnt step in to assist new print worker/s, or maybe they dont even know how to run the print equipment themselves? ...and it just pisses people off that have to wait forever for some simple print matter.....need an experienced person in that department and a second learning the ropes...and when people come in to ship something, throw another person behind the counter and get that shipment thing done... the self-serve copiers are out of commission for weeks....sort of odd seeing management stocking shelves when there is a line of waiting customers at print & shipping, and just one new person there wobbling around dazed and wondering where to start at. Managers dont have priorities straight, and certainly dont understand customer service. Cant depend on them anymore. Id be leery of getting a computer or anything big there...wouldnt be surprised if they were closed up tomorrow and out of business...as thats the vibe I got when im there....but I wont be back...EVER !!

Three separate occasions I have called this store in particular with inquiries about an item availability, only to drive out of my way (I travel for work) and find there is none in stock. They have massive displays of empty boxes of things they just dont have.Laptop hard drives? None in stock.SSD drives? None in stockEven the website says they have an item, they dont have it....

Best computer service & repair in Butler? They must make their employees vote. They DO have the best sales for computers, no doubt, but ask their Easy Techs - they arent there to FIX computers, just to sell them - other than installing anti-virus or other software for a high price.Ordered a PC online from Staples and it came with a DAMAGED case, and the process to get it replaced was very cumbersome, but I will say, they did replace it, AND didnt even ask for the damaged one back - probably because the case damage would indicate that the hard drive could have been trashed too.Very few computer components there anymore - no video cards and parts like they used to have ... but then there arent as many people building their own anymore - especially gamers and it can actually be cheaper to buy a PRE-built gamer from several companies.Best computer SALES - yes. Best computer REPAIR - NO, NO and NO.

I submitted a project was given a date of completion it was returned a week late and was incorrectly done by the time it was done I lost a big account Ive visited there a few times since its the only place near and ever time had problems and spoke to 2 managers the tall one was professional the short fat one was very disrespectful and rude even to the point of passing gas right at the counter while customers were there I forgot his name I meant to call corporate about my incident it actually lost me a 6 figure deal so let me correct my vote and give a 1 star rating

Horrible service with online orders. I ordered online to be picked up in store (advertised 1 hour pickup) the item was not there. Received email saying would be there on one day, then a second saying delayed, then third saying will be there, then fourth saying delayed. Finally got one saying it is in store. When called to check was told to check online (but online does not let you search order numbers so if not a staples member cant view status) and told very rudely hat it is not their fault it is the fault of UPS cause the store has no say in what is delivered d. I will not be using them again.

The staff there is very inexperienced when you want to ship something my wife handed them an item to ship out and a box to put it in and said I dont know what needs done can you look it over and make sure everythings okay they said they would charge $30 put tape on it and send it on its way now Im in the middle of a dispute where theyre claiming I didnt have it packaged and everything in writing on the receipt agrees with them. If you send something out and have them package it make sure it shows up on the receipt and that they actually do it its just kids working there

I called the Butler store on November 21, 2016 at 1:30 PM and was out on hold for over 5 minutes. When a man answered my call, I asked if Staples carried a certain product. Instead of him checking to see if the store carried this product, he just said that they didnt. It was an unusual product that the man would not have known off hand if it was in the store. When I asked to speak to the department staff that could check to see if they carried that product, the man said that I couldnt be transferred because they were too busy!!! The call was ended. This was terrible customer service and I will NEVER shop at this Staples again because of this. They obviously did not value me as a customer!
