The man that answered the phone didnt give me accurate information, was unprofessional, and disrespectful

I went to take classes with Mr. Fontanez. I must admit that I learned several driving techniques, but it is not worth it. The man was late, half an hour late, for the appointment he had asked for. I took less than an hour and I am charged as if it were an hour. His way of explaining is in a way that young people may not understand, unless they grow up with their grandparents. If he asked me something about the test and I told him the correct answer, he would tell me that I had it wrong and that he was going to hang me on the test. He started talking to me about his life when hes supposed to be giving me a class. I didnt like it at all, but I went there because my grandmother recommended it to me.

Mr. Fontánez must not be working. He is a very old person who no longer has the capacity to assume the role of teaching others to lead. Rather, it is a danger to public safety. I have no idea how it is licensed to operate but it can certainly cause misfortune. He has no memory of what was agreed and appointments, he must be sick. He did not remember anything about any client mentioned today February 8, 2021 even though we had all paid him in advance. I lost my money, but I wasnt going to risk my son with that man. Also, hygiene is not adequate. Hopefully more relevant agencies resolve this as soon as possible.
