My 2 daughters have been attending Panther Martial Arts Taekwondo and sparring for nearly 3 years now and they absolutely love it! The instructors are amazing and really know how to motivate the kids to do their best. One of my daughters has always been very shy and it brings me so much joy to see the confidence she is gaining as she excels and moves up the ranks. My other daughter is very outgoing and I love seeing how much fun she has while also learning to protect herself! Its a win in every way! I would definitely recommend Panther Martial Arts Center to everyone!

If you want a great workout and a gym with a lot of individual attention, this is the place. Ive been here for a number of years for both TKD and kickboxing and Ive learned a tremendous amount in addition to getting in a lot better shape!
