Staples is great. It is just enjoyable to shop their and tantalize their selection. No diatribe to offer here. Was pleasantly surprised by their selection of art supplies. If you are an artists, go here after Michaels to view their impressive selection.

Staples is as ubiquitous as I. What is Staples, you ask‼️⁉️ Well, I’ll tell you. It has several meanings but in this case, Staples is an OFFICE SUPPLIES STORE‼️Do you need an office, to shop here⁉️ No. But if you need letter paper, pens, pencils, ink, binders and other similar things, STAPLES HAS IT.This particular STAPLES is located right off the 101 Freeway. Use the ‘Las Posas’ off ramp. It’s a pleasure shopping here. The Staff is courteous and helpful. Wear your mask. Thank You🏄‍♂️

My husband and I went into the Staples for several different things. He needed a desk calendar and we also needed to get a box of computer paper. Will my husband looked for the type of calendar he wanted I went to get paper. I found the box I wanted and put it in my cart and went off to get a few other minor items. I also needed to get new printer cartridges. As is usual, I had forgotten the number. A young clerk came up to us to ask if he could be of assistance and I told him I had forgotten the number. He asked me if I was in Staples member I indicated that I was. He asked me for my email address and input it into the computer and lo and behold up came the printer cartridge number I needed. He then took us to the checkout counter. He told us that with the type of paper we were buying we were eligible for a second box of printer paper at no charge. He was quick and efficient. This kind of customer service is unusual and it will ensure that my husband and I go back to Staples.

Staples is a good office supply store. There are not many office supply stores left because of competitors online but this one has the products that I need most of the time. The pricing is not bad if you take the time and take advantage of their coupons and special deals. I only go here when I am in a pinch because of the prices which arent bad but just arent as good as the online stores. This place seems to be crowded especially during school opening and Med break. There is always somebody theyre purchasing copies or toner. There is always a line at the cash register but it it goes quickly. The cash registers accept Android pay. The bathrooms are for public use and are in the back of the store.

Store is fine - warning that they do not have the computer set up that you can use to print forms off line that other Staples have. They agreed to print things off for me, but I needed several forms off of several sites. They were very nice though.

It’s a good store, i have ask questions to the employees and they seem to be very knowledgeable of all products. It is sometimes hard to get an employee, but if you ask for help you will get help. The store always seemed clean when I visited there. Plus their inventory is well supplied.

I took my MS Word 2016 file in to be printed, and found out there in the store that Staples version of MS Word was MS Word 2007. No newer fonts or structures, therefore my prints were formatted incorrectly. The print lady (whos fault it wasnt) was put in a poor position having to make an excuse for why Staples is still running MS Word 2007.

I bought a laptop for my father last July. Dennis came to the skilled nursing facility to set it up for him. In December there were problems accessing his saved sites via Microsoft Edge. I took it back for a virus scan, of which there were two. These were cleaned up. Microsoft Edge still wasnt working. We finally decided to use Chrome as his default Internet access and remove Edge from the task bar. Jorge (George) was very patient with this process. Once we figured out how to access the email, which is a foreign provider, we were good to go.

One gentleman helped me out and he was great, but I cant say the same for check out and pricing. I needed check print paper and the price started at $49.99 going all the way to $499.99. I went on line as I was waiting in line and I found it for $24.99 at Office Depot. I asked the cashier if they had the same paper and pricing and she said no. ( In not so nice way.)

Look in the back at the clearance wall- they have great stuff for sale!!! The employees were super helpful and friendly- thanks guys!

The employees here are always helpful. Joselin was at first unable to find an item I was looking for but within a few minutes she went out of her way to find me because she had found it in a completely different area of the store. Afterwards Steve assisted me and was very patient in answering all of my questions about the differences and details of my purchase.

Phew...On more than one occasion Ive grabbed something out of the clearance area to be told this isnt clearance but normal price. I dont know how this got in there...major disappointment, not cool. Maybe the management there can have an employee go through that entire area and take out the items that arent clearance 🙃

Quick in and out. Always a little confusion on my printer ink but it gets straightened out and I am on my way.

Place is filthy, dirty, with thousands of ants everywhere. Its unsanitary. I couldnt even stay inside I had a panic attack and had to leave.
