Started dealing the school about 4months ago and we had a couple ups and downs with some of the deals but the kids there are pretty good with some dealings but they deserve a five star

My son started attending Cape Academy this semester. So far, we are so happy with their care and attention to detail for our son. He is in a small class with caring teachers. The administrator, Kris, takes time with new families to address any questions and concerns and makes you feel at ease. We are happy with what we have seen until now and can’t wait to see our son grow in this positive environment.

We are so happy to have found this school for our son. Our son had previously attended a public school and two other private schools in the area which did absolutely nothing for him and we constantly had issues. Our sons speech therapist highly recommended Cape Academy. Kris the principal is the kindest principal I have ever met, she truly cares about her students at the school and wants the best for them. Our son has made tremendous strides forward both academically and socially. We are so happy that he is in a nurturing environment and small classroom size. Lee county is blessed to have this hidden gem of a school. If you are looking for a small school setting that actually cares about the well being of your child, and teaches at their level while still challenging them academically, then this is the best school in town!

Both of my children have attended this school and have made amazing progress. Both have graduated with excellent grades. The teachers are excellent and I never had a problem anybtime I showed up for any reason. I highly recommend this school.

Wonderful school. Teachers and owner truly care about the students and not just getting paid. Best decision in education switching my kids to this school

My daughter has been attending this school for four years. It has made ALL the difference in her life. She LOVES school and feels successful! Kris is an amazing woman and I am forever indebted to her. A++++

For the people who say that the school is the worst school it’s not I’m a student at the school and Mrs Chris miss V Miss Leslie miss Graciela mr. Ricardo Mr. D Mr. Ron mrs kip I miss Nel are all great teachers very professional and there is no favoritism in the score

Basically a school for children who have no more options. They allow children to fight in class. They dont seem to have any experience with IEPs when you try to call no one answers. My son has never been exposed to so much instability. They painted a pretty picture and I thought this was hopeful for him. But over time incidents occurred no phone calls and I have to find out from my child that theres been a fight of some sort. Please if you get McKay scholarship do your research. Classrooms are filled with different age groups. The principal is not professional at all. And when she does actually answer she is short tempered and justifies behaviors with favoritism. Pulled my son out. They are not trained or equipped AT ALL ..if you want your kids to unsupervised and play switch and watch Netflix this is the place to be

If I can give this school zero stars I would. Kris the owner of cape academy is very unprofessional. The Proper asssesments werent even done for my daughter. When asked to provide proof as to what grade she is in, she had none. So basically they accept the McKay Scholarship so the kids can do whatever they want throughout the day and play in dirt on the side of a shopping center.

My son has attended school here and he has received a great experience, improved in all his grades, and awaits to graduate in 2 more years. Staff sincerely cares and tries to go beyond what typical school education is like. Go see for yourself!

Mrs kris will not lift a finger to stop bullying and harrassment from student to student. She allows students to harass my gf to the point of crying. My gf is a student. And I have called with the concern of my gf safety and mrs kris shows no regard to care! This is unacceptable. She also has a favoritism to certain students.
