My flash drive, with ALL my passwords, was no longer being read by my desktop and laptop. I brought it in, praying that they could at least get my passwords off and transfer them to a new drive I brought in. Success! They had to solder the USB connecter on my old flash drive, then successfully transferred the info to my new drive. They suggested not to use the old one again, which lasted me many years. This was a MAJOR relief. They are a little pricey but well worth it for the professional quality of service.

A posse of skilled technicians that work as team to figure out a fix! Paid a reasonably priced initial hour of diagnostics plus a little extra for a rush. Initially received a text that it looked like it could be a problem motherboard, but not giving up - would continue to work the next day on the laptop with more team input- a little after 9:00 PM the next evening received a texted photo of my brightly lit Lenovo screen with another team member’s comment, “It ain’t dead ‘till I say so!” With a team member’s comment, “Respect the process!” I strongly recommend anyone with a computer problem do the same and give Mark a call!

I had a question about a DJI P4P drone; I thought it needed servicing. Their technician researched the issue while we were on the phone and found a solution which he happily shared, saving me a lot of time and effort. I will definitely use their services again!

Very helpful. Ive used them a couple of times for fixing my laptop. This time my computer wouldnt charge. They trouble shooted the problem in about 10 minutes and found out that both my ac adapter and cable were bad. Got new adapter and cable from them and all is fine.

Fixed a PS3 that we abused for years. It was dropped off caked in dust and wouldn’t read discs. We got it back and it was super clean and in perfect working order.

Poor service, do not trust! Sent my drone, a DJI mavic pro, for repair was charged $150 and camera still doesn’t work. They could of at least checked tested their own work before returning the drone back to me. It is still broken and they took my $. Very unprofessional

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REPAIR. They burned up my laptop which was practically new and only had a defective charge port. They refused to take responsibility and still charged me the repair fee. The owner is a rude and passive aggressive person who told me he would erase my drive and not return the computer unless I paid their high fee.

In summary: great customer service, great support, great communication and fast service!Had an issue with my camcorder and BestBuy told me to go here. Left it with them and they were able to assist me with diagnostic and support I needed to get this resolved. I cannot thank Mark enough for all his help.

I had an issue with my iPhone not taking a charge. Instead of trying to sell me on a new charger port, they just took a tool and fished some lint out of the charger port. Phone works great now. This is an honest place, highly recommend it.

Took my laptop in to fix the spacebar issue we left it there for 2 weeks.After about 2 weeks of it being there we decided to retrieve the laptop. They could have easily said that this piece might be rare and it will take around 3 to 4 weeks to actually receive the replacement spacebar but they didnt give us any information about the repair at all.They didnt even call us to give us any updates in the end we had to go there in person just to get an answer.On top of that they didnt even do the common courtesy of putting back the spacebar that they took off so now even though the space part didnt work before I would have still like to have it there because now it looks fugly.Unfortunately this was the only option we had for general laptop repair around where I live.I actually had to buy a seriously broken laptop the same as mine on ebay so I can take out the spacebar piece that was still working on that laptop just to fix this issue.Im not mad that they couldnt fix it Im mad that they didnt tell us that they couldnt fix it.I would seriously recommend going to another laptop repair place I would seriously go all the way to Irvine or la Jolla then this place.

Found this place with great reviews and decided to bring my PS4 in to get fixed. The owner told me while I was there that I would hear from then in a week. After not hearing from them for a week I called them 3 times and got no answer. I then got a text message from them. I responded asking about my PS4 and they told me that I could not have an update?! See screenshot below. He then told me the reason it was not done was because their technician Chris (who supposedly I wasnt allowed to know about) was a marine and had to take extra time off for training. Again... doesnt make sense. Would you not have known this when I brought my console in last week?Fast forward to finally getting my console back 2 weeks later. It was scratched and beat up and only worked for 3 days before breaking again. Dont waste your time, money, or frustration here.

Mark and his team were absolutely AMAZING. Mark gave me honest and valuable advice in regards to my laptop, which saved me from putting any further monetary investment into it. His team also got my computer working again, which was a miracle. I highly recommend their services and I will certainly be returning for any future electronic repair needs.

Before I found these guys, a broken screen on a gaming laptop would be $2500 down the tubes, but Mark and his crew was able to fix it at an extremely reasonable price. Saved thousands! Even if you think your laptop is unfixable, bring it by and let them see it. You will be pleasantly surprised.I do have to comment on the person giving one star below that accuses Mark of stealing his laptop. As with any repair place, even an auto repair shop or Best Buy, the terms and conditions clearly state you need to come get your stuff within a reasonable time frame once its fixed. I think its 30-60 days, but they will work with you if something urgent comes up. All of this is clearly printed on the receipt that you get when you drop your laptop off. Its not hidden in small print, its very clear.Ultimately, these guys are honest and talented, and you should definitely stop here first if you need any tech fixed. Best in San Diego!

Been using these guys for years and always a great experience. Very responsive and very cordial and always good quality. Got my phone screen fixed at a very affordable cost and very quickly. I came in today to fix an old laptop and saw the owner Mark a bit upset. I asked how his day is going and I guess some guy left his laptop for six months and never went to pick it up and thinks they stole it. If a laptop is so important, you dont leave it behind for six months.In all my years, never had a problem and just wanted to leave a review in support of the Repair guys. Sorry for that guy and his pics which he probably should have backed up and probably should be angry at himself, and felt like he had to take it out on a small family business that helps people like me for many years. Just my opinion and hope it helps! PS-My phone still works! Keeping the iPhone 5s kicking.

Needed a iPhone 5c battery replaced. The task was performed when I dropped in with the phone. It took about 20-30 minutes and was completed without any issues. Friendly staff. It was nice to see they have batteries in stock and could perform the work. Nice! Would highly recommend.

My computer screen was cracked and I needed it to be fixed, so my dad helped me find these guys. They charged 210 for the service and screen, which was about where it should be.They did not have the part in stock, so they ordered it and it came cracked when it arrived (which I assume was not their fault). So they ordered another and put replaced it as expected. After a week of waiting, my screen was finally fixed. We went in to talk with one of the employees about the results, and he said he noticed something wrong with my battery. I then said I wasnt having any problems with it, and strangely enough, the guy only had the computer plugged in on the charger when he was showing me the new screen they put on. I later got home and noticed that my computer would fail to even turn on unless it was charging. I let it charge for a couple hours, booted up my computer, and unplugged the charger. Computer instantly shuts off and will not turn back on unless I put it on the charger. Now, my laptop is turned into a desktop computer that is stuck at 53% battery. Another strange thing I noticed was that candy crush was installed the same day we came in to pick up the computer (note that I checked this as soon as I got home from the store). One last thing Id like to point out is that the seam where the outer gray casing for the computer and the black lining part of the screen connect is not attached on the bottom, and I am able to see the LCD from the inside. I am not sure if this was already the case or if it was something they did, I just found it odd that my computer was separated in that area after they had done work on the screen. (Note that I discovered this while having to take a picture of the serial number of my computer to order a new battery). Overall a poor experience getting my laptop fixed here.

I went in with a laptop that I broke and a desktop that just froze up. The laptop was done for. Then the desktop was done for also (hard drive died). They could have buttered me up and instead they didnt. They were very honest and I appreciate that! You dont get that now a days. He even said I dont like to send customers away but he would recommend that we just purchase a new computer. I couldve had him build me a new one but he couldnt guarantee that the motherboard would be good for too much longer( computer is 6 to 7 yrs old ). There were no signs indicating that it would fail but he said I could take your money and then who knows, a week later it could fail and you would have a new hard drive and be back in the same situation again. VERY HONEST PEOPLE HERE! They both also have a great sense of humor! Thank you guys for everything! I appreciate it a million times! You will not be disappointed going here!

Looking for computer repair is alot like automotive repair. If you dont know what your doing or who youre dealing with youre likely to get ripped off. Basically, you want to find a place who will diagnose the problem, be honest and trustworthy, and do it at a fair & reasonable price. Laptop Repair Carlsbad did just that. They called to inform me of their summary of the issue, what they could do to fix it, and how much it would be and if I would authorize the work recommended. Easy to work with and completed in 2 days!

Carlsbad Repair Center is everything youd want - reasonable prices, helpful and knowledgable staff, quality repairs. I had a broken laptop screen and went to a few stores before stopping at Carlsbad Repair Center. Mark Evereklian quoted me at $50 less than other repair stores were charging and I was out the door in ten minutes. True to their word, the repairs were done within a few days and I was notified by email & phone to pick my laptop us. Truly professional and honest staff, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I dropped off a PS2 and a laptop for repair on a Tuesday and was told the turn around time would be five (I assumed business) days...I thought this was reasonable and actually expected a longer time frame due to a holiday the following Monday...Text and e-mail communcations let me know on Sunday that my repairs were completed and I could make arrangement for pick-up which was an unxepected and pleasant surprise...very fast turnaround and the prices eres more than fair.

My laptop was stolen by an employee at this shop!!!! We went to court over it because the owner Mark refused to pay me. He lost in court and has still not paid me. Beware!!!!! He also says he will sell your items if left over 30 days.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!!! We will be going back to court soon to ensure payment!!!!!!Mark is a pathological liar!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! I have police reports that show his employee stole my computer....turns out he sold it. He tried to argue in court that ity was abandoned. The only laughing in court was from the judge when Mark tried to justify selling personal property that had been there too long. I lost years of my daughters photos and years of work documents. This dude is a creep of the biggest kind!WHO WON IN COURT MARK?????????????????????????????????
