Great experience with the Discovery Flight program. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who has any little desire to fly or just want to experience something new. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff and instructor.

I took an introductory flight with Pinnacle Aviation Academy earlier this week. It was a great experience! My pilot instructor was Franzi Hammer. She was friendly and upbeat. Franzi answered all my questions and I was very comfortable flying with her. The entire process was about an hour with about 35 minutes in the air in our Cessna 172! I didn’t really plan on getting my pilots license but since the introductory flight i now think I’m going to pursue it in 2021. I highly recommend Pinnacle if you’re interested in flying and reach out to Franzi if you don’t already have a pilot instructor.

Visited their little pilot shop which carrries the basics you might need, books mostly, some manual flight computers, a couple basic headsets etc. Nice staff.

I did my Private Pilot’s license with Ricky and absolutely loved it. Very down to earth instructor who is willing to go the extra mile with any student. He really made me enjoy my flying experience and created a relaxed and productive cockpit environment. I would highly recommend this school to anyone interested in getting into aviation.

All the instructors are on their way to the airlines. They dont care about the students at all. I spent $20k and went through 4 instructors. There was no structure at all.

Ive been doing some ground training and flew for a combination of 13 hours with these people. I will not be coming back here at all. I flew with some Instructor named Ricky who basically did all he could to place the blame on me for a miscommunication between tower and ground.During the miscommunication I asked if I was supposed to just hold short or line up and wait on the runway and he told me to go up to the runway. Afterwards when we found out that there was a miscommunication he did everything he could to place the blame on me saying I acted independently or I didnt listen. What he didnt know is that my headset has a go-pro camera on it showing Ricky telling me that I should line up on the runway and that I gave him clear clarification of my intentions to line up on the runway. Afterwards he starts saying it was all my fault.If you must fly with Pinnacle make absolutely sure that you DO NOT pair up with anyone with the name Ricky.The people here are cowards as well. If they think theres something wrong with you they wont talk to you about it theyll go behind your back. This entire staff is filled with nothing but people who WILL do everything in their power to see that you are taken out if they think youre not qualified for any reason.Terrible airplane maintenance, a help staff that can barely speak english, and an overpriced teaching system where they make you fend for yourself unless you pay more for extra help.The only reason these people are getting a single star is because I literally cannot post this review without giving some sign of a rating.Pinnacle you are all a collective assortment of cowards and hypocrites and it would be in your best interest to shut down your teaching scam.
