The staff here is always helpful & friendly. Everytime I have a question they have an answer and if they dont they find out for me very quickly. I feel that my son is well taken care of here!! So happy I found them!!

I love this location. After a nearby daycare shut down for over two months due to Covid we had to start looking for a new one. I am so grateful this location was close by, I immediately called and there was an opening! Easy transition for my child, the staff has been wonderful, always smiling and happy to see us. Great communication, structure and just an all around awesome atmosphere. The app is great including pictures and many updates about my child throughout the day. Communication through the app is very convenient and easy. I knew a family from the old daycare that also was looking and referred this location, they enrolled as well and we got a referral bonus which is awesome. I was worried after the old daycare shut down finding a new one but after seeing the difference between the two, I wish I contacted this location from the beginning.

I enrolled my daughter at this KinderCare 2 years ago. She has been in the school age classroom. I have nothing but great things to say about this daycare center. We have been a part of this KinderCare before the pandemic therefore my family and I have seen and been inside the building. The staff does a wonderful job at keeping the center clean and organized, I enjoy looking at all the art work and decorations that the staff displays in the classrooms. My daughter comes home and talks about how much fun she had in her classroom, she enjoys riding the KinderCare bus to school and talks highly of the meals served. Coming back from closing due to Covid-19 there has been some changes that were a little bit to get use to. It was different not being able to come into the building anymore but I am absolutely comfortable with leaving my daughter at the front door. The directors greet us every morning, followed by a daily Covid-19 screening and then they assist my child to her classroom. I feel like I am a part of my daughters day at KinderCare with the communication we have with the KinderCare application. Her teachers does a wonderful job with putting what my daughter had to eat all day in app. and also never fails to send a picture of an activity. If you are looking for care for your child/children I would recommend West Carol Stream KinderCare they will not let you down. You and your family will feel welcomed, safe and wanted!-Maria

Our family loves this daycare. EVERYONE there is so nice! The teachers are great with our daughter & we are so glad that they were there for us in our time of need during the beginning of Covid when our other daycare closed!

I love KinderCare and being able to bring my child somewhere I know is safe during the day, is learning and having fun. The directors and staff are very kind, caring and professional and I highly recommend this center!

Me and my family absolutely love this center! I started my 4yr old daughter and 6week old son a few months back and have no regrets. Extremely friendly, professional and clean environment. They follow all Covid-19 protocols and my son has always been handled with TLC from his teachers. He is 5 months old now and has grown very close with the staff. My 4yr old daughter has learned to spell and write her name, along with so much more she’s learned in just a few short months. She looks forward to seeing her teachers and friends everyday. I’m very grateful to have a group of people I really trust with my children. This is a center where the staff genuinely cares for each and every child in the center. Would absolutely recommend this center to anyone!

My kids have been at KinderCare West Carol Stream since they were 6 and 3 months old. The school and staff are great and so accommodating, especially with all the e-learning craziness.

My two kids are attending kinder care here. The teachers are very attending and helpful to my two kids. I am very pleased with the care given to them and the knowledge of the staff. Everyday is a new exciting day for them, they love to come here and spend their time. Kids are taught manners here and how to share things with others. I am very happy.

Our son is in the Discovery Preschool room. Miss Sarah is such a creative, compassionate, and content-oriented educator. Our son is excited to arrive each morning and eager to share is new found knowledge each evening. We highly recommend the West Carol Stream KinderCare.

The director Ruth is mean, rude, and very selfish and threatened me and my child. Shes a liar and she sucks at her job!They barley watch the kids, felt like i was at the zoo! Dont put your child at this kindercare!
