I wish I could give zero stars. This company is abysmal. My children go to private school, so we actually pay extra for bus service, only to have the bus company decide that they should drop off little 6 and 9 year old girls almost 1/2 MILE from home, where they cant see and be seen from their house, crossing a busy street where there are no lights or stop signs. After MULTIPLE requests, the bus company deigned to moved the drop off closer - still where the little ones cannot see and be seen from the house and where, for safety issues, we do not allow them to go. Mind you, the bus company drops off every public school student - including middle schoolers - at the end of our block, but dont care one iota about the safety of my 1st grader. Multiple calls to their Safety Director and the regional office go completely unanswered.

Illinois Central School Bus is a company that I would reccomend working for because they are safety first and quality always. When I first started working for them I felt as if I was family. It has been that way ever since. Any questions please ask or call. Thank you.
