Horrible school. Middle school is bad but this school is a lot worse. There are a few good teachers, dont get me wrong, but the students are a pain. Gang units are at the school constantly. One of the deputies has their own office at the school. Drugs and fights are common in the school, and the administration is horrible as well. Kids get in trouble if they defend themselves and the administrators make sure of it. Also, like every school in NV it has common core. Teachers cant teach what they want to. Very useless school

I went here for three years. All the other reviews about fights and bullying are true, but this place has one redeeming quality: the band program. The bands are currently run by Nick Jacques, who is a fantastic man and an amazing teacher. His class is fun, and hes always pushing his kids to work harder and play their best. He takes his bands on trips and they get lots of new experiences. If you take your kids to this school, encourage them to do band. Band makes it all worthwhile.

Every day I am amazed by the dedication and hard work of the teachers and staff at CMS. With almost 1,200 students sometimes the days can be challenging but we always work together and put the well being of our students first. Great school and I cant wait for my daughter to go here.

No offense but I dont think anyone with the name of Lard Lobster will be taken seriously on a website. Good at keeping me updated on events at the school with announcements. Ill have to wait to see what happens as far as my kids grades.

Im still at school but it is very fun and you may not get a locker or the right class and people who dont like you and watch out the dramatic and mean math teacher

I just went and tried to enroll my child into school this morning and the office lady literally told me that she didnt have time for that today... I have no idea what I am supposed to do. I have had nothing but continuous problems with the office staff here. I wish there was another middle school in this jurisdiction that my son could attend. I had to enroll my youngest into Fritsch Elementary this morning and that went very smooth. Carson Middle School employees should learn a thing or two about what it means to actually care about their students well being and not consider them a burden. Very bad service, rude staff, and completely unprofessional.

My daughters came home with blood all over their pants because they did not have enough time in between classes to use the restroom. Now I have my son in CMS. His locker would not function. They gave him detention because it would not work. I tried it and a bo go. This school is awuful to kids. The next time my girls come home with bloody pants......oh boy!

It amazing so many good teachers and the Drugs are amazing : ) I love it !! :)

My name is jafar I loved this school so much its the best one ever just dealing with weed and stuff but who cares its awesome advance is awesome ez too the best months of my life but I moved wish I was there still

I realy like being called a cracka white boi ugly shoe kid best school for future cereal killers. Plus this school has a horrifing education system, and lots of gangs. Theres a ton of bullying and spread of happiness.
