We have sent our kids to multiple Bright Horizons locations (because of career changes on our part), and we have been so impressed the Clubhouse. From the leadership through to the classroom teachers, everyone has been incredibly responsive, clearly dedicated to the students, and great at communicating whats happening. Weve been really pleased at how the center is keeping children and staff as safe as possible during COVID while still maintaining a great variety of enriching activities for the kids.

My son has been going to this place for almost three years during trackouts.. Its very well run and everyone working there is very nice. My son likes it there and has made many friends. Its very easy to schedule with them. They have also started offering lunch recently which works great for me. Highly recommend this place.

Have used this facility on several occasions now because they are one of the few facilities in Wake County that accepts a foster care subsidy. Mind you, the family still has to pay because they dont offer any sort of discount, no matter what the circumstance. The front desk staff person never smiles, never greets, never provided me with the code to get in the door. She never spelled my name correctly, and couldnt get the billing right. Such a pleasant experience. The camp counselors seem OK. They dont appear to have any specialized training. They just seem to be folks that like working with children. The food options that are included are not always the healthiest. It just seems to me that if a family is going to be charged a lot of money, there should be more for the money. Families beware: there are lots of camp choices out there. I would suggest you check out others. We certainly will!

My child was very happy here, and most of the teachers are totally awesome. We had a lot of trouble finding the right daycare and were thrilled to hear about Clubhouse. It is run very professionally with positive attitudes. The teachers are well educated and often have backgrounds working with special needs children. They helped with potty training and behavioral concerns. Very educational environment. I felt secure knowing that my child was having a good time and was safe during the day. There isnt much staff turnover either, which is, in my experience, unusual in the daycare business. Highly recommended!

We began taking our kids to the Clubhouse after moving from out of state. Everyone there was extremely helpful and made the transition much easier than it would have been otherwise. The kids felt at home right away and still love it. The facility and staff are great, and we appreciate all that they do for our kids.

I moved my 5 year old daughter to this program after having a not so great experience at another local preschool. She went from dreading going to school at the other place, to being excited and looking forward to going to BH. She went from not wanting to tell me anything about her day at the last place, to joyfully telling me everything that happened from the moment I pick her up at BH. I cannot believe the difference. I only wish I’d made the change sooner! The facility is amazing, her teacher Ms Brandy is so warm, patient and caring (my daughter regularly tells me unprompted that Ms Brandy is her favorite teacher ever ❤️), the Director Angela is so positive, friendly and welcoming- the whole staff is. They do such a great job incorporating learning with fun activities and really seem to understand the way to engage young children. I love love love this place and will be sending my other children here for sure.

The staff is truly caring of our family. Our 3 year old loves going to school, and he is getting just the right amount of play, social, and educational opportunities.

My daughter has been going there for about a year now . This is a great facility with some great teachers and administrators . They help in the childs transition so much . Im so thankful to all of them . The center director is extremely helpful and accommodating . Their permanent teachers are great . Stability of few new teachers is an issue of late thats why 4 stars . Other than that we have a great experience here . They are much more flexible in their approach towards the parents need as compared to a lot of well established schools in the area . I would highly recommend this center .

The place has been gradually worsening since the old director Robin left last year. There are still some great caring teachers (not all, some are substandard at best) but with poor leadership theres only so much one can do. Unlike a couple of years ago, the current teacher turn-over rate is horrible (e.g., across three preschool rooms with supposedly 6 teachers, at this moment there are only 4 permanently assigned, including 2 recent hires with NO prior experience and 1 not-so-recent who is indeed great but is about to leave soon). Theres a great deal of moving kids between the rooms to meet the ratios, sometimes for long periods of time (not just early morning or late afternoon as you might expect) and without any warning for the parents, as if kids were books to be put on one shelf or the other for your convenience. The new hires are recent college grads who seem to be unable to work with kids other than super-perfect super-social, and, whats really disappointing because some of them may have a good potential, are encouraged to do so by the administration. So, if your kid is perfect and would thrive in any environment - it may work (thats why I give this place two stars, not one). If your kid needs to be cared for - the chances are slim, and, again, do not expect any cooperation from the management. Rather, be ready to receive continuous complaints like I asked him/her to cooperate, and he/she said no, please do something (so that after a few weeks I almost started to believe that taking no for an answer from a 3yo has become a new professional standard in early education). Be aware of compromised security - the entrance door code is never changed, and has one of those combinations that any security specialist would say is a big no-no. The entrance door is also unsupervised at times. So, a young child can easily sneak out of a classroom or a playground (none of the locks are child-proof!), and if that happens then instead of tons of apologies and immediate installation of proper locks you may get accusations or even suspension of your child (yet another new standard in childcare, isnt it?) and assurance that there is no way a proper supervision for your young preschooler can be provided. Really?! Hm, ok, every day you find out something new indeed. So, a dedicated bike area with plenty of bikes and scooters is great, and so are the on-site gym and the splash court. But any school is run by people, so horizons may be bright, but reality - it depends. Moved to an independently run facility and could not be happier.
