This is our second week, I must say I am super happy with Cary Heights Kindercare. My 3 yr old son had never attended a daycare center, and I was super worried about his transition, luckily the staff and teachers made the transition smooth. Yes we had a few tears, but they helped him right through it! The atmosphere is always so warm and inviting. My sons teachers are both great and awesome communicators, and the front staff has been amazing!

My 2 year old has an amazing time. I wanted to find a center that felt right and from just talking to the staff before he started i knew this was the one. He is learning allot and reaching more milestones than when he was just at home or with friends. The staff is great and he teachers are amazing. As a new mom, the staff and team (Chris, Shae, Perla and Ashley) at Cary Heights has welcomed me and my 3 month old baby with love, compassion and professionalism. I was completely blown away when they allowed me to come in and hang out for an hour to ‘absorb the atmosphere’ during the interview process. I needed that piece of mind as a new mom and not only did they give me that, but they continue to impress me daily with how dialed in they are with my daughters’ needs and upcoming milestones. They truly are our home away from home and our little girl reminds us of this every day see greets us at pick up with a giant grin.Thank you for treating our baby girl with so much love. My 2 year old loves this center! We recently transferred from another center and were welcomed with open arms. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and caring. All of my questions were answered and I felt at ease leaving my daughter here! The director & assistant director are attentive & very nice. The staff is great too! They genuinely care about the kids.

First I need to say how incredibly helpful Chris White and Shae Cabrera have been and how sweet they have been to my baby. From day one When I inquired information from the facility on bringing my now almost 3 month old there. The team has been so responsive, kind and informative. As a new parent and like many this can be a very stressful time in leaving your baby with people you do not know very well.The stress quickly changed to a good peaceful mind and ease as I talked to the director and assistant director and how over the top helpful they have been with assisting in getting our baby to her first day. They immediately took the stress off by giving lots of information to us and how we can can check on our baby throughout the day feel comfortable.Thank you Team Cary KinderCare. You all are amazing!

My kids have been going here for over a year. Both love it and look forward to going. My littlest one is making great strides in speaking and interacting with others since she has been attending the pre-k classes. Runs in every morning eager to get to class. Chris is awesome as Director in working with situations that arise. Shae keeps the details and communications on time and clear and is great with the updates. Would definitely recommend.

We transferred here from another Kindercare center and it has been such a great experience for little one! Our first day, Mr. Chris greeted us warmly, and even remembered my sons name. The atmosphere and energy in this center is very warm and inviting! My son talks about school all the time, and we have little conversations about his day in the car when I pick him up. Him being comfortable and able to smoothly adjust to a new environment was so important to our family. Im glad we made the decision to switch centers. Huge thanks to Shae and his teachers as well! Definitely recommend!

The teacher’s, Director and Staff are professional, caring, kind, patient and respectful of the children they have been entrusted to care for at Cary Heights Kindercare. The care and cleaning and the efforts to maintain a safe environment for the staff and children have relieved our concerns with COVID 19 and our grandchildren returning to preschool. Specifically, Ms. Alisha, Ms. Jenny, Ms.Iris, there are no words to tell you how much you are loved and appreciated ❤️. Mr. Chris, you have been a blessing to Cary Heights Kindercare. I am proud to say that my 3 children attends kindercare Cary heights the staff is amazing very family oriented & professional I love the fact I receive emails daily! Daily reports photos of my children learning & interacting with friends. This daycare has my approval & if I could give 10 stars thumbs up And a lot of awesomeness I will! My family and I are new to the daycare and since day 1 they welcomed us with open arms, my children have the support they need, they have made accomodations to support my family especially with school opening back up. I love Ms. Shae and Mr. Chris they are both great with my babies and there is a wonderful home feeling energy in the daycare.

My wife and I take our 8 year old foster son to this location and he loves it. Their care and the structure of the facility has really helped him get on a good path. The entire staff has lots of experience with kids of all backgrounds, so thats another big plus. Were also very grateful they are setup for virtual learning this school year as COVID (hopefully) winds down.

I highly recommend this facility. All four of my children attend this daycare and they love it. They also work with the parents with your parent fee.Cary Heights Kindercare have been a big help with my 4-year-old who has autism. The teachers are wonderful with the kids. What else I like about this daycare is that they send videos/pictures throughout the day.The director and assistant director of the center are really good people.

I am very honored and blessed to have chosen KinderCare Cary Heights for my son. They are all very welcoming, from the Directors to the staff. I love dropping off my son at daycare knowing the amount of love & great care he will receive from everyone and even myself. The staff here are very friendly! They take great care of my kids! Not only do they teach the children you can tell they are passionate about their jobs! I was very worried to come back from them being closed due to COVID but they clean all the time and make sure the children are safe while they are in their care!

We have loved being at Cary Heights Kindercare. We have been at this location since 2014. My youngest is two years old attending full time, with the older two attending the school age summer program. Its a great feeling when getting out of the car, and all 3 take off running to enjoy their day. We love all our teachers, and my son is learning so much! All the way to school, he talks about his teachers by name, telling me how much he loves them and his friends. I never worry about him during the day, and the staff has always been great to work with (especially Shae who has been a solid constant and is a great example of leadership) , making sure to take care of us and anything we need. Thanks everyone!

First I have to say I am very satisfied with the daycare I chose my daughter to attend to. Soon as me and my daughter walk into the building we are welcomed with a smile from management and also the teachers. They are very professional,nice, and very caring for me and my daughter. I am updated threw out the day of what she is eating, the activities the class are doing and I couldnt ask for a better school for my daughter to attend to I am very pleased it feels like home.. I highly recommend to give kindercare a opportunity I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

I love the staff there. The teachers are amazing and work amazing with the kids. The director and assistant director are also amazing, Shae and Chris work well with the parents in all situations. If you looking for a place to take your kids this it. Your kid/kids will love it and have great things to say everyday. There are activities and things for the kids everyday.

Its the best place ever I am so glad that i have found this place for my daughter. She is learning so much in the pre-k room, she has a lot of friends that she is always talking about. The teachers and admin are very caring and loving. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing care!

As a first time mom I was extremely nervous about putting my child in daycare with all of the horror stories that you hear about on TV. But, from the very beginning Cary Heights KinderCare has been amazing! The staff are very helpful and informative and the teachers in the infant room takes good care of my baby! Highly recommend!

My little one has gone there for 1.5 years and we are so thankful we found this place. The staff and management is great and you can tell how much they love and care for the children that go there.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.It was pretty decent when it was independently owned as The Childrens Academy. Then it was bought out by corporate Rainbow Childcare and things started going downhill. We were promised all kinds s of new things....new and improved curriculum, Montessori learning, art dance and music We waited....and waited and waited (big mistake). We watched all the good teachers leave, we watched the director leave, we watched kids leave...but we still waited. Nothing ever happened.Then a few months later it got bought out AGAIN by Kindercare and it got EVEN WORSE. The 4 year class barely did anything to get them ready for KG, no academic activities, never came home with any art, crafts, activities, learning of any kind. Never could tell us ANYTHING they did. There were different teachers in there every day, mostly sitting around talking to each other or on their phones. Our child didnt even know his teachers name. Seemed like someone different in there everyday. The person who was supposed to be the main teacher for that room sat at the front desk most of the time. I never even saw him in the classroom, but the lady who prepared and served the lunches was in there babysitting the kids most afternoons. (she was a nice lady but not a teacher,?)After Kindercare came in, more teachers left, another dedicated director left... you never even knew who would be in there, they didnt know the kids name or who the parents even were. I walked in to pick up one day and a new lady was there-I walked out with my kid and she had to figure out who he was and never even asked who I was.There are hardly any kids there anymore, you walk in some days and cant even find anyone.This place is a total waste of time and money, I only wish wed left sooner!

It’s a very poor school i would not recommend at all. Teacher turnover is very real. And gossiping in front of parents unprofessional. When i asked for my child’s artwork the teacher said she had to ask if it could be released as it was property of the school....yea ok. My biggest complaint is when they repainted the school with the children still there the fumes were nauseating and yet no one thought to wait til the end of the day. Beware

BEWARE.The teacher turnover rate is so high that half the time my child doesnt even know his teachers name.The teachers just around talking/playing on phones instead of interacting with the children & I typically see children of all ages mixed together in the gym thats just a dirty classroom with no furniture in it.Theres always a different person in his class room every time I walk in there.The teachers overall just dont seem like they care and are just there for a paycheck.Not only that but actual educators were constantly always made to sit at the front desk instead of hiring someone to be an administrative assistant.In August I was told they somehow didnt charge my credit card for a few weeks back in February and I had to pay it all in full even though it wasnt my fault. They offered me a 5wk payment plan which would require me to pay a $5 credit card fee each time. Essentially I would have had to pay $25 to correct THEIR mistake. To top it off I was told they couldnt autodraft my account until it was paid so the balance was climbing daily while I tried to figure out what I could do. When I tried to contact the regional director, Neeti Sobti, I got about 30 secs on the phone with her where she basically told me there was nothing she could do but that she would look into it and call me back & then hung up. She never did call me back. There is also no corporate phone number to contact anywhere on the internet as far as I can tell which makes it that much harder to get into contact with someone when something goes wrong. There was another day where I received an email while I was on my lunch break stating that they were having plumbing issues and that we would have to pick up our children. I had to take the remainder of the day off of work, got my son and went home. When I got home I discovered they had sent another email ten minutes after the first one stating we did not actually need to get the children however I didnt see it as I was driving to go pick him up. Upon arrival nobody mentioned to me that he did not need to get picked up they just let me take him. I missed half a day of pay for nothing. I was also informed by someone who works at the center that during a fire drill the two infant room teachers ran out of the building and left the children inside. Had this been a real fire, those children could have died. My son NEVER comes home with art work or school work or drawings or anything like that, and as far as I can tell they dont do any enriching activities such as learning how to read or write. I really cant figure out what they even do all day. The final straw was when I showed up one day at 6:58 am and brought my son inside the school. I was told I would have to stand outside in 30 degree weather until the school opened at 7am for liability reasons and wasnt even allowed to stand with my child in the doorway for warmth for the remaining 2 minutes. The entire interaction was very odd, as my car clock said it was 7. Upon entering, the director yelled from his desk that they dont open until seven, with no explanation as to what that meant and I was extremely confused as I was under the impression it WAS 7, I had no idea why he was telling me their start time when I was already aware of that. I had to actually push to get him to tell me that what he meant by yelling the time at me was that they werent officially open for another 90 seconds and that I wasnt supposed to be in the building. He demanded I stand outside.As far as I can tell this rule was never communicated to me so I had no way to know.The director sent an email out an hour later stating that they are not allowed to accept children until 7am but stated nowhere that you arent physically allowed in the building.I dont mind abiding by this rule now that I am aware but it is poor customer service to force your client and their child out into the cold.Was also brought to my attention that they overcharged me double the amount my parent fee was. They emailed me saying they would credit my account even though theyre aware he wasnt returning
