They never answer the phone! Says theyre open on Google, but when I call it says Ive reached them after hours. How can they offer services to schools and be closed during school hours (its mid-morning)? And none of the extensions given match what Im calling about, but I tried every extension anyway, but they all go to voicemail. I dont want to be called back when its inconvenient for me. A business should answer their phone! And the website doesnt mention anything about local school transportation, only charter services. The school told me to contact Durham to find out what bus my kid is supposed to ride to school every day and to find out where the stop is. Theres 3 ways to reach them by phone and I tried all of them, one of them says it cant be dialed, one is in another state, and the last one no one answers at any extension! How can anyone plan anything with you local or otherwise if you NEVER answer the phone!?

13 years working for this company. Four years since I left and still miss to mess around there.
