My 1st shopping experience here was great. Adam was my printer specialist and knew exactly everything I needed and what to recommend. Unfortunately the product I was interested in was out of stock but he made sure to give me recommendations on how to get the printer I need. Thanks Adam!

I called this Staples to ask some questions I had about making copies. The associate who answered the phone said her name was Emma. She was very polite and knowledgeable and easily answered what I was asking:) When I went in later on to make these copies I was helped by the same gal and she was just as friendly, and also quick to get the job done:) I was very impressed by her great customer service and will definitely be coming back for future copying needs:) Thank you for the great and very appreciated experience!!!

I bought a computer online to be delivered to the store. I called to make an appointment to have it set up and was told I had to go into the store, pay for the service before I could make an appointment and they couldnt take credit cards online or over the phone. Were in WYOMING!!! Thats a five hour round trip to give them money to make an appointment for another five hour round trip! I tried to cancel the order and was told it was too late but I could request a refund. Horrible service!

I have always had a good experience at this Staples. Most recently, I had a difficult return (my fault) that the sales associate was not sure how to do, but he called over the manager, and she took care of it. They were very friendly and helpful!

I’m new to Casper and needed to print some documents by tomorrow. I went to Staples to use the copy and print services. Unfortunately the do-it-yourself copy machine was out of order but the gentleman behind the counter was able to help me out and even paid for my documents to be printed. Even though he didn’t know it, I had a pretty rough morning and him paying out of pocket for my documents made my day. I don’t recall his name but if he sees this, thank you so much, you are appreciated! I highly recommend Staples.

Jinny was my sales associate. Very nice, helpful, professional and kind. I was purchasing about 3,000 worth of office supplies. I had asked for a discount of 5% at thecheck out lane for such a large purchase.Jinny promptly asked her manager who flatly refused to do anything.Then she looked me dead in the eyes and said, does this look like a flea market to you. I literally dropped my jaw. She them stomped off to the back like an angry child.Because of the the amazing customer service Jinny gave me I still purchased the large amount of items needed.From one business owner to a manager who obviously doesnt care about customers...Next time offer me a free soda for spending $3,000 at your business instead of insulting me at the door. We went in and purchased about 3 thousand dollars worth of office supplies, Jinny was amazing, her customer service was outstanding, she helped with everything possible, and was fantastic. We asked for a 5 percent discount, Jinny promptly grabbed the manager, and the manager claimed this is not a flea market I was lost for words.. due to the service from Jinny we still purchased our goods. We will never be back to staples.

The staff here seems to be half great people who are nice and friendly and want to help out if they can, and half ....really out there. One of the easy tech guys likes to tell you all about how he knows more than you do about anything, in a condescending manner, especially things that would be completely obvious anyway. And will never stop talking. You literally have to walk away with no warning. He might even follow you. Leave the store.The print center seems to have ONE employee that knows what he is doing. The print manager is lazy, rude, completely unprofessional, will take hours to be done with anything, and even then its completely wrong. He doesnt listen to what you want in the first place, and then he will charge you for the prints he messes up AND then $1/minute for fixing his mistakes. He could just listen to you the first time.The one good employee in the print center always does amazing things. It blows my mind that he can do so great with such poor equipment to work with.Sadly, with all the poor printing I have been receiving lately from the other employees, and unsatisfactory out of house printed business cards, I wont be returning. Not even for the one great guy in the print center.As far as supplies go, I mean its brand name stuff and its about the same as everywhere else. Cashiers are nice. Chairs are comfy. I really only went here for the print center... Only reason this gets an extra star is that ONE guy that knows what he is doing.

We want to give some major accolades to Sean in the printing and designing portion of the store. A: he is always friendly and welcoming regardless if he’s swamped. B: He has great ideas and has tons of patience. I have witnessed large lines and he just smiles and doesn’t get frustrated or upset. I look forward to seeing him when I go in. This Staples is mediocre at best. I never get a live person when I call the store, and have to jump through a series of hoops to get to a live person. This store is NEVER busy so there is no reason there cannot be an employee to answer the phone. Unless they are understaffed, which would not surprise me because when I am in the store finding help is downright difficult. On those occasions when I am in the store they are never able to find our corporate account. I think I will no longer be supporting Staples. Their business practices are just not professional.

This place told me my label maker would be $12.00. And it would be next day shipping.Came to find out the label maker was $69.00, and it wouldn’t be delivered for 3 days. The staff treated me like I was mentally challenged or something. The 4 hour drive to Jackson is worth it. Trust me.
