We really enjoy the small class sizes and great teaching staff. My shy son feels really welcomed and excited when hes in the pool. Everyone seems happy to be there and help with any questions.

Our two daughters have been at SafeSplash since they opened the new location 2 years ago. They have always been water confident, and the instructors have been great at teaching them safety first then focusing on skills. Watching them advance is very exciting and the instructors and staff recognize their achievements. We ❤️ SafeSplash!!

We LOVE SafeSplash. We started when my daughter was 6 months old, took a few month break because of COVID but we are back and couldn’t be happier. Jaime, our instructor and the owner is amazing. My daughter learns more every class and loves the water. We have a boat so it’s super important that our daughter learns to swim safely and we are on our way!

My daughter loves her first class. And I’m just one lesson she has learned so much!! The teacher gave positive encouragement and she can’t wait to keep going!!

Our son has been at Safe Splash for over a year. He has grown in his confidence as a swimmer and has gained so many swimming skills. He looks forward to his weekly lesson and is willing to try new skills with his swim teacher. The staff at Safe Splash is professional and very caring. We absolutely love Safe Splash! Everyone is always so nice and welcoming! Coach Ashton has made my 3 year old son feel so comfortable and I cannot believe how much he has learned over the last 4 months. My kids have been doing weekly lessons for about 6 months and are always excited to go to their swim lesson. We are satisfied with their progress and its also a fun activity that they enjoy... so its a win for us and a win for them!

Ms. Brenda is such a superb instructor. Although there are lots of other swim schools near our house, we drive 30 minutes to see Ms. Brenda because her classes follow a consistent agenda that the kids have come to anticipate every week. As a result, the kids have built strong safety skills, and I feel more confident that they would know what to do in case of a water emergency. In fact, my older son has saved himself from a few sticky situations in creeks and pools - I know he would not have known how to do this without Ms. Brenda! I also appreciate that the Castle Rock school is so stringent with their safety measures (including masks for all adults in the lobby and face shields for instructors). This makes me feel so much better about sending my children here in the current environment.

We have been attending Safe Splash since they opened a little over a year ago and we absolutely love it!!! Jamie (owner) loves what she does and shows a great passion for the pool and introducing the kids to the pool. Both my kids have enjoyed every minute of their swim lessons. Ms.Brenda is fantastic and definitely has the knowledge about teaching swim and the safety around the pool. Mr. Steve is another amazing instructor who loves kids and has a passion for the water. I would highly recommend Safe Splash to ALL!!!!

My children have been swimming at Safe Splash since the day they opened and have grown so much! My daughter would not let go of her instructor and can now swim the length of the pool on her own! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! We also had a birthday party at Safe Splash that my kids will never forget! We love safe Splash!

The instructors Jason and Brian really know what they are doing and are great with kids.When ever I have had a question their response is timely and helpful.The facility is clean and is sanitized frequently.Overall I would give them a 10/10

We love Safe Splash Castle Rock. I started both of my kids at Safe Splash when they were 6 months old and it made a world of difference. I love the steps they take to keep the kids safe, while also pushing them out of the comfort zone to grow and learn. We took a break for a little while with my son and I regretted it big time because he became timid in the water. We started up again and after one class he was back at it. Thank you to this amazing team for all you do! We are thankful to have you in our community.

SafeSplash is great we feel like the coaches are part of our family! They take the time to get to know each swimmer and work on the individual skills needed to help them progress. We have also had a birthday party there that was fantastic! Everyone had fun and the Safe Splash staff handled all the details!! We love SafeSplash! Both of my children have been swimming there for a year and they have progressed to swimming on their own.

I have been sending my daughter to Safe splash in Castle Rock for over a year and have been nothing but amazed by the staff at the facility, from the front desk staff to the pool staff/ instructors. I am very grateful for all they do the very clean facility, the quick responses to emails. Especially all the precautions taken for COVID-19!We are always greeted by name, my daughter is still shy but I think it’s important that she knows she’s welcomed by name and with friendly smiles. We will be going for many more years to come!

The front desk staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Options and timings explained. The waiting area is along one length and breadth of the indoor heated pool with a glass partition. The swim coaches are understanding. I guess there is a certain curriculum that they all follow down from corporate. The deck-side showers are convenient; and the changing room are too. Parking is abundant. There a TV mounted in a corner with a animation playing with a kiddo seating area with table. Prices are reasonable.My qualms (and hence not a perfect 10 score)- The front desk staff can make it more personable to come around their counter and speak with new clients; since their desk is quite wide and everyone has to bend over to speak or things explained over the counter-top.- The family waiting room chairs should be the norm and arranged; removing the bench which is a shin killer.- Maybe a couple of hair dryers in the changing areas

Miss Nicole is an amazing instructor. She caters to each childs needs and pushes them into more advanced skills as appropriate.

Katie only started swimming in September, and she has improved from the 1st day to today! Brian Baker, her instructor is phenomenal. He makes her feel comfortable and every day she asks if her swimming lesson a today! He gives her enough time to learn the basics, such as floating, uses big arms and putting her face in the water. It’s so great to see! Thank you Brian!!

We love Safe Splash Castle Rock! We were going someplace else prior to finding Safe Splash. It was a different teacher every session and all they did was play games. Safe Splash is skills oriented. The continuity is great! The teachers push the kids within their comfort zone.

I love safesplash. Mrs. Brenda is my favorite instructor but Brian, Jason and the others are so wonderful as well. I like how they work with me and my kids to make swimming a fun and safe environment.

I don’t usually feel strongly enough to comment - but in reading the 1 Star review from Rachel I disagree strongly enough to share my experiences.So you know where I’m coming from- my 6yo son started with Safe Splash when he was 18mos old and my second son (now 3yo) started with the same instructor when he was also about 18mos old. We’ve been with Safe Splash through some awesome times and some not so awesome times but overall have had really positive experiences.Just to get the not so awesome times out of the way - when my younger son was still in parent-tot classes the instructor we had been with since the beginning left our old location to open the Castle Rock location. Around the same time, the curriculum changed to deemphasize safety and to put greater emphasis on technique at a younger age, and my older son had an instructor change away from a person he really clicked with to a not so good fit. Rather than leave the Safe Splash franchise we moved to the Castle Rock location.What I have experienced with Safe Splash - and particularly the team in Castle Rock - is that they love the kids they teach. They’ve invested in my kids well enough to know them and to get to know our family. My older son had the chance recently with COVID to go back to his first ever swim instructor (who hadn’t been his regular instructor since he was about 3) and he still tried harder for her than I’ve seen him try for some other folks - because he likes and respects her, and he still sees her all the time around the pool. In another example, my younger son moved out of parent-tot and into a new class and it was no big deal because he had the same instructor my older son had and he was a familiar face. One of the reasons we switched to the Castle Rock location is that the team there has kept an emphasis on safety - working with my kids to roll in their backs if they get in trouble, to swim for the wall rather than to the middle of the pool, etc. My 6yo is working in treading water and when I’ve asked for help with safety things related to being out on boats, the instructors have always been helpful with guidance and with doing some additional skill building in lessons.Yes there are a lot of teen instructors right now with summer. And those younger folks are being trained and mentored by a core group of veterans. You can see the difference- when I compare these young folks (Castle Rock) who are being trained by experienced instructors with what I saw at our old location where the teens were being trained by other teens - it’s a really big difference in maturity and lesson quality. So I feel for the other reviewer- but can absolutely say that has not been my experience.

The lady working right now is very rude. Yelled at us in the lobby in front of everyone to wear a mask, when we were told prior to signing up that we were not required to. The lady who usually works the desk is very nice, but this lady is very rude. Last week one of the teen instructors dropped my son under water. Today is the first time I have seen an instructor actually smile while teaching my 3 year old. They are all annoyed teens. Not coming back next month

The instructors are very knowledgeable and just amazing. My twins progressed quickly. They started in February and by May were ready for summer swim team. It was their first year competing, and they made it to championships for all three strokes in which they competed. My oldest does year round swimming and was going to the Wave classes during the summer. These classes helped increase her stamina and refine her technique. We’ve consistently had great experiences at Safesplash.

We used to go to Safe splash on Lincoln but when we moved we switched to a different swim school. We missed the safe splash facilities and teaching still so moved to the Castle Rock location and are very happy with the switch. Good parking, lots of places to sit and great teachers and staff.

My boys have learned so much since they originally started and they love to go to their lessons each week! The teachers do an excellent job making swim lessons fun and they are all very friendly.

Mr. Steve is the most patient and encouraging person I have ever met. Our son is... difficult, but he has helped our son make huge strides in his swimming, in his confidence, and his enjoyment of water activities. I don’t know what we would do without him. I am equally impressed by the rest of the staff at the Castle Rock Safe Splash. Everyone is genuinely helpful and so kind. We love it there!

My kids fought me tooth and nail about trying swimming. But when we arrived at safe splash, the staff was very inviting. They loved their instructors and cant wait to go back. As a parent, I really like that the establishment was kept exceptionally clean.

We have been attending SafeSplash for 4 years. Both of our daughters have been attending weekly classes with Ms. Brenda and we couldnt be more satisfied. Our girls know the importance of pool safety in addition to learning how to swim. Every week we look forward to seeing the happy faces of the SafeSplash team. Ms. Brenda makes each class fun for the kids while still emphasizing the importance of water safety. I highly recommend SafeSplash (and especially Ms. Brenda)!

We celebrated our daughter’s 5th birthday at SafeSplash and I can’t recommend it enough. The staff were exceptional and very helpful. They even took care of set up and clean up, all we had to do was show up. They kept the kids entertained and the mermaid was truly magical for all of the kids there. Both the kids and the adults had a lot of fun. We highly recommend!

Jason is an amazing teacher, our granddaughter has went from a level 1 swimmer to a level 4 in 6 months. She absolutely loves swim lessons and we always enjoy the friendly staff. Super convenient location and easy to access.

We are loving our experience with Ms. Brenda! Today will be my 21 m/o daughter’s third lesson, and we’re already seeing progress in her confidence and enjoyment! The lessons follow a consistent pattern and routine, and I think all babies find comfort in the familiar. Safesplash has been such a great experience for us so far!

Ms. Jayden is an excellent swim teacher. My son really likes her. She challenged his skill set and I actually seen him swim 3/4 of the small pool in his first lesson with her. He had a different instructor at the Parker facility and his progress in 1 lesson with Ms. Jayden was by far better than 4 months at the Parker facility. I highly recommend the Castle Rock location right off of Founders & I-25. The place is clean and well managed too.

This place is great!!

My daughter has been attending swim classes at SafeSplash for a few months now. She was very scared in the beginning to get in the water (shes 2) but her coach has been working so well with her to get her comfortable and she gets so excited to go see Coach Kyra every week now. Her coach pays attention to things that make my daughter nervous and is able to work with her more slowly on those skills. Coach Kyra always has a smile on her face, is uplifting, and is continuing to make swimming a positive experience for my daughter.

The teachers are awesome, the water is warm, and my 3 yr old has come so far!
