We attended this studio , however once the pandemic hit and already paying for costume $200 and paying tuition for the full year . There was no communication on what will happen with those funds. I had to reach out several times , promised would get refunded last month because it was communicated to others not to pay last month but I had paid in full. Reached out about costume informed it was in and would be able to pick up but no communication on when to pick up the item or where. Even after moving , no communication. We didnt sign up again in the Fall but still having a professional studio email could have been sent with days of when to pick up costoms. Parents already spent $200 for an item and not to receive it is unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

I love the place and how much it feels like a family. My only problem is the business management. Theres always someone new or someones mother doing management, not someone certified to do it.
