Friendly is not something I found with them. Run away if you’re looking for decent and little quality service. Nasty and unprofessional service, not having any helping mentality, rude and mean sometimes.

Good session. The instructor Sonia was really great at communicating the relevant facts regarding the driving test and was pretty interactive.

Please beware they will take your money without telling you its months of waiting for to get an appointment for your 6 hours of drive time. My son finish the class late August went up there within 2 weeks time cause they dont schedule over phone to be told they could schedule in December. They could have told me that over the phone so I didnt have to waste gas. Once I arrived there, there was a car just sitting there doing nothing which lets me know you have time. The office has a foul smell and is very dirty, very unorganized folders and paper work every where no pacific order took her a while to find his paper work. The lady didnt even check for a September schedule and refused to do so. This place is a waste of time. I smells horrible and has terrible communication about schedules

I took driver’s ed classes here In- class. The way they taught Classes was excellent to the pin point. Friendly driving school is my life saver. Pretty good overall. Nadeem was a good instructor but I did have a problem with one of the other driving instructors but overall a good experience.

Going into this class I thought it was going to be boring but I’ve highly enjoyed my time with Ms. Brown who I now call Grandma. She is very nice, sweet and explains everything to us. She made my driving school experience way better then all my other friends experiences, I can honestly say that I enjoyed driving school.

I passed my road test today, big thanks to Moby, hes the best, and gives very helpful tips and tricks on how to parallel park, he gave me all the tips I needed to pass my road test and learned how to have better control with the steering and braking, if it wasnt for him I wouldnt have my license. I had the best instructor for class and driving Mr.Art. Ms Sonja was so helpful every step of the way and Mr Umjoh who took me to the MVA was so patience. Great Instructors.... Mr.E And Ms. S are amazing at what they do. as it pertains to the instructional piece. However everyone that deals with the office business is completely unprofessional, and improperly trained in regards to good customer service and how people should be treated when they spend their money! They also have very bad/nasty attitudes, and anyway to tax money unto your bill they will try if you are not careful.If they fired the ladies in the front office then everything would be okay. And i would recommenced this driving school only if they did that.

SCAM!! don’t waste your money or time at this driving school. Very unprofessional, old building and they don’t schedule you for driving until months later. I attended this school mid september and was told after i enrolled in class that i wouldn’t be able to get my driving schedule until December unless I paid a $100 early driving fee. I paid the fee during class. It is now November and I still have yet to be scheduled for early driving. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else..unless you like waiting. As of now they’re backed up as far as on the road driving and you cannot be scheduled until February.

My experience at this driving school was great. My driving instructor Ms.Roxanne was a wonderful teacher and well as the man Teacher Mr.A , my time here was filled with laughs and learning and it was worth my money . If you want a great driving school and teachers go to this school and the people in the office were very nice polite and work with you as far as payments and balances left . Go here !!!!!!!!!!

I had a positive experience with this school. I passed my the driving skills test on the first try. I highly recommend it.Here a couple of pros-I got a discount for paying all at once.-The classroom instructor (Ms. Brown) was kind and cheerful. Also she worked at the mva, so she was able to inform the students of additional information from her time there.- All three of my driving instructors were calm and informative. Even when I made mistakes they didnt yell or get angry.

Unprofessional Management!!! Friendly Driving Academy of Catonsville is Horrible and needs to be shut down by the MVA. They cheated my children. We had to pay for them to attend a different driving school. If you prefer to wait at least 8 months before completing your driving hours then this is the place for you!

Great service.I called them a month before my license was about to expire and see if they could finish the drivers education course before it expires. they delivered what they promised, the driving instructor was amazing thought me the easiest way to do parallel parking, and reverse parking. they even called me a week after my test to see how everything went. This is the best driving school in the Catonsville area.

This School is a total waste of time. You would think for all the money they’re collecting, they’ll be able to fix the noisy AC in the back. And that was only the beginning of the problems I had with them. I wanted to get my license early so I decided to pay an extra $100 to get my driving lessons early and even after paying extra they messed up the scheduling and had to get postponed a whole bunch of times. They don’t have a scheduling system, they simply write your name down in a notebook and that’s why they have so many errors. And plus some of the driving instructors decide they need to run errands when they have to teach you how to drive. At first I thought it was only the driving instructors not following the rules but the owner knows this because I was in the car one day and she called the driving instructor to come and pick her daughter up from her house. Barely learned anything and still don’t have my license after paying $400 total waste of money.

They have the best instructors in town, in addition the class atmosphere is peaceful. I had a great experience tbh, the staff is really friendly as well. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to go here.

Very unorganized and irresponsible. They Never sent 40 hour and 4Hour road driving paperwork to MVA. Waited 2 hours at MVA missed driving test, had to reschedule.

Great driving school. I went here my sisters went here. And my mom went here. Glad we did. Both my classroom and behind the wheel instuctors were ex mva employees! They gave me the tips to pass my test and i got my license on the first try. They are very busy since they have been here for a long time but i was able to pay for expediated driving schedule my behind the wheel before my classmates. Glad i did that because not many schools offer that. Now that i have my license i will go back to get highway lessons from them. Great school.

One of the best & professional driving school i saw in my whole life

Drivers education session is open on weekends too none like other driving schools, especially Sonia shared few quick tips for driving safe.

Horrible experience,I would not recommend this driving school to anyone for a number of reasons. First and foremost during the lessons most of the videos didn’t even play on the monitor which lead us to constantly skip them. When the students were discussing this problem about the monitor in class we also learned that almost everyone paid a different price for entry which ranged from 200-300. With about 20-30 people per class with those price ranges they make almost 6k per class and still can’t afford to get a decent handbook cariculam, dvr, heating system, laptop, proper seating, and desks not to mention they didn’t even have the equipment for the “driving under influence” lesson. Now when it came to behind the wheel you had a choice wether you wanted to pay an extra 100 for “early drive” otherwise you’d get your behind the wheel lessons a month or two months late. If I knew I was going to receive my behind the wheel two months later because I refused to pay an extra 100 I would’ve found a different driving school. This place’s poor equipment, lack of communication between staff and customers, its hidden fees and tricks makes this place less of a school and more of a scam to get your money. If you’re looking for driving schools check again because the only thing this place is a scam.
