Our second child is attending Apple Ridge Montessori because we loved it so much when our first child went through the program. The education is truly individual to each student and fosters confidence through independance. The instructor is nurturing and she insists on a quiet, comfortable environment for students to relax and focus.

Almost the end of our sons first year here - he loves it. he literally thanked us for letting him start going all day rather than the half day that he started the beginning of this year. he had a great daycare provider who also instilled in him independence as a small toddler, but this elevated that to the next level while valuing focus and concentration without squashing creativity. there is no rote memorization that is taught, but rather use of the childs curiosity to fuel an understanding of how things work (how language and words work, how math/numbers work). there is also exposure to art, music, and best of all, spanish language, which we hear our son practicing in bed while he falls asleep at night :) the school is small, not a bustling factory like some schools (even some montessori schools), and i think this fosters the childrens ability to focus. the atmosphere is caring and warm. i cant recommend it enough. its really a gift for your child to send them here.

Our child attends this school and we couldnt be happier with it so far. The teacher is knowledgable, calm, and clearly loves interacting with the children. Were amazed by how much our child has learned in just a few months.

Great school! The teachers are very nice to children. My son loves going to school and he is learning a lot-both academic and skillful work because of montessori teaching methods.Class room activity is very interactive. I feel the school is very informative in terms of discussing childs progress with parents and constantly gives updates of activities in an ongoing bases.
