I called twice to get an application emailed to me so that I could enroll my kids in their summer program. I never got the email so I went online and filled out the enrollment form. Needless to say nobody ever called me to follow up on my request.

Im really picky, and we had a great experience here. The staff are genuine and listen to you. My daughter enjoyed going to daycare and they were always responsive to her needs. Certainly recommend!

Love that the director is so hands on with each child and family! The students remember the kids even after they move up in rooms. Communication between teachers and parents is great. I was worried about putting my son in a daycare when he was younger, but two years later I still have yet to lose any trust in this daycare. I also really like being able to watch the live cameras on what my son and staff in the room are doing.

My son has been here since he was three months old. We are leaving but because we are moving. If it were not for the commute we would stay until he started school. Lisa has been awesome, every step of the way, any and everything she has been great! The staff is great, I have yet to find one teacher I did not trust with my child.

We love this daycare! Teachers are great and you can tell they truly love our son. They have fun learning activities and buggies rides which is his favorite part of the day. My son loves coming here and that is the best feeling.

In response to Lisa comments 3 weeks ago - you are lying about my son not agreeing that the handling of my granddaughter because he requested you to keep a copy of the video and to NOT delete it. You also failed to mention that you suggested that he find a daycare elsewhere - like that was a solution to the problem. NO. THIS ISSUE IS NOT ONLY WITH OUR GRANDDAUGHTER BUT ALL OF THE CHILDREN YOUR FACILITY IS CARING FOR.04/11/19 - Since this incident I have watched closely. But today could mean a lawsuit!!!Today, there were two teachers in the classroom when a blonde haired, larger boy pulled my granddaughter to the ground and held her there and all while there is a teacher a few feet away. IT started with her blanket and several toddlers dragging and riding it which USUALLY personal items are put in a caddy, but my granddaughters was blanket was being allowed by the staff to be played with and my granddaughter is clearly trying to get it back. She looks to the teacher who is ignoring everything. What happens is another teacher replaces McKenzie, she is darker, maybe Hispanic but she comes in and puts the blanket up, but shortly after that is when this little boy is allowed to hold my granddaughter to the ground and other children are around her while this is happening. I immediately called the daycare and Lisa answered....I told her what was happening which she was completely in the dark because they dont watch the cameras ???? Why wouldnt you watch your own cameras???!!! Obviously, there were incidents that required additional training of your staff and they are there for the childrens protection, right???!!!This needs to be corrected. PARENTS WATCH THE CAMERAS!!This is my granddaughter’s first experience at a daycare and it’s her third day when I had to report a teacher for unnecessarily yanking her from her lying in her back on a cot to her side and being padded on her arm too aggressively. I immediately called the daycare facility and spoke to the Director, Lisa. I wanted to speak to my granddaughter. On the way to the phone because the phone is in the room I hear the teacher asking my 3 yr old granddaughter if she wants a tissue. I am livid! By the time I finish talking to my granddaughter Lisa has viewed the video, but she is excusing the teacher’s action and offers training because she doesn’t feel I would accept anything she says because I’m so upset. I am so happy they have cameras and I’m even happier that they know that I AM WATCHING. I hope you other parents and grandparents are watching too!!!

This brand new facility is amazing! The rooms are huge, clean, and the teachers are amazing! My 4-year old loves her teacher Ms. Rachel and she also loves the splash pad they use on hot days! My 7-month old loves all of the padded areas for her to crawl on and they even had her painting the other day! I love that! I bet she loved the texture too! Ive met the director and assistant director and they are both really top notch as well! Thanks for opening up such a great new place for our kids!

The staff is great. Warm and friendly. My 9mo loves it and misses the kids and teachers on the weekend. They document all diaper changes and meals. The teachers are great at communicating any needs or new things shes doing. They also have a camera system that parents can register for and kids are checked in and out by a fingerprint system.

My husband and I booked a tour on Friday 1/4/19. The whole thing started out weird. The woman that gave us the tour did not greet us when we arrived. When I told her we had a tour scheduled the first thing she asked was what program Im interested in and how soon did I want my child enrolled? Weird...Okay? I booked the tour to find out what programs your facility offers I thought to myself Even though I was unsure I just told her half days. She immediately let us know April would be the first available opening. She then asked if we were still interested in doing the tour? Really? Thats why we are here. She really did not seem that interested in giving us the tour. The tour was rushed and we did not feel welcome. The facility seems nice but if that is how a potential customer is treated than well just keep looking. Good thing we have a lot of options.

Clean, organized and fun. This is absolutely the best place I have taken my child. She has sensory processing disorder and can be difficult at times and they welcomed her with open arms. She has been there since March of 2016. I love Cedar Park Childrens Lighthouse!

We just started my son there in the pre-K class about 2 months ago and from day 1, he went straight into the classroom with NO hesitation and loves it. His teacher is amazing and the staff is super-friendly. For a child to be super-comfortable from day 1, that is very telling of the type of facility it is.Very highly recommended!
