The directors and teachers here are wonderful. Very caring and fun. They make sure the kids have structure and learn while having fun. The online app is easy to use and keeps me informed on both my kids throughout the day. I highly recommend this daycare center.

KinderCare teachers and staff have become like second family to us. We moved from another state and struggled to find care that we felt comfortable with in a new area. KinderCare was the answer and has been a blessing to us! The teachers LOVE teaching and their kiddos. Parent and teacher communication is great--the new app really gives you an idea of what the day looks like for each child. Both of my kids have learned a lot during our time there. Most of all, I trust them to love, teach, and care for my kiddos. They take any concerns seriously and work to address them quickly. Thankful we found them!

I absolutely love this daycare! I’ve tried others closer to home and NONE of them have any comparisons to KinderCare in Cedarburg. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else!

What can you say about Cedarburg KinderCare? They are simply the best option in the area. Our two children are so happy here. As a parent, I love that they emphasize learning and growing from the infant room on up. They have a detailed curriculum for every age group and they post it weekly. This is a learning center and not just daycare. I also love the KinderCare App and all the updates and photos I get throughout the day.The staff is also amazing! They seem to love working with kids and with each other. As far as being safe in the era of COVID-19: I have no concerns. This is a difficult time and the team seems to go the extra mile to keep things as safe as possible. They have very solid protocols and the staff take everyones safety very seriously.

For the past 6 years, one or both of our children has attended KinderCare in Cedarburg. It has been an absolutely wonderful experience. The teachers and staff are top notch - they care deeply and forged meaningful relationships with our children. They taught our kids so much, both academically and socially, helping each to be very well prepared for 4K and beyond. The facilities are clean and well taken care for. Our kids also had lots of fun - many fun things and friends to play with. One of our favorite things to watch was our kids making friends and excitedly telling us about what they did with them each day, and how much they loved their teachers.Bottom line, we would recommend the Cedarburg KinderCare to anyone. There is no substitute for high-quality childcare, and the professional, reliable group of teachers and staff at the Cedarburg Kindercare provide exactly that. Thank you, Cedarburg Kindercare.

My daughter had only been going to KinderCare for about 2 months but Ive been very happy with the care shes received. The teachers genuinely seem to care and made my transition back to work easy because I know she is in good hands. Miss Sandy has been amazing! Another plus is the new app so we can get updates throughout the day.

My children have attended KinderCare since 12 weeks old. I have worked there for 15 years! It is such a great company and they really do amazing things with the children. My son is in 4k in Cedarburg and is doing so well academically and I truly owe that to KinderCare and there amazing teachers. The phonics program they have was great one on one for my son who needed more attention. I would highly recommend to anyone to check it out. Even if I didn’t work there I would still be sending my children there as it is the only 5 star Nationally Accredited center in the area.

So glad to be back! We left KC seeking convenience to home, but came back for the great care. KC teachers, directors, and staff are consistently friendly and caring even if they dont work directly with my kids. Teachers regularly take continuing education and participate in training days. Kids are given freedom to explore their world without too much adult direction. Unlike other child care businesses I have considered, KC operates on what is best for the kids, not what is convenient for the adults.

I have had my son at the KinderCare Cedarburg location since he was 12 weeks old. It is really hard to entrust your child with other people but the teachers made it very easy. The teachers over the last couple years have done an amazing job at helping me feel comfortable and my son loves it there. He plays outside, does art projects, and is learning his colors, letters and numbers at only 2 years old. It is amazing how much he has learned the last 2 years. I know that when my child is at the center he is in good hands and having a great time!!

My child has been going to the KinderCare Cedarburg center for about 5 years now! We are so happy. Everyone who works there is absolutely amazing. Its fantastic, in the summer they take the kiddos on field trips and do different activities. There is also a shuttle that can take your child to school or vice versa. (If your childs school is within the area.) I cant express how awesome the ladies who work there are!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Cedarburg Kindercare. My child has been attending part time for seven months. They are an incredible part of my familys life. Helpful, kind, understanding, always have time to talk. They go above and beyond, and I often wonder if they wouldnt be better parents to my child than me.

Rated from the perspective of a parent who had two children go though almost all the rooms over the course of 2-3 years. The high rating is due to the staff. Foremost, every teacher Ive worked with truly cares about my children. This couldnt be better exemplified than during an evacuation incident (furnace on the fritz lead to CO leak. Leak was detected; and the ensuing evacuation was safe and efficient to prevent any harm). Stress reveals character, and I have to say that the staff really impressed me that day. They way they cared for my child... its hard to put into words. Suffice it to say that it warmed my heart.Theyve incorporated a nice education curriculum. Maybe its not world-class, but my children are developed quickly in many aspects including potty-training (super smooth), socialization/communication, and music development (though at an addition fee). Parent-teacher communication is pretty good. Theyll schedule conferences, which is fairly standard. If something arwy in the meanwhile (eg - diaper rash), Ive had no problem discussing with the teacher and finding a solution.Financially, I have not found an inexpensive daycare center, and Id prefer a center for the flexibility and socialization opportunity. That said, KinderCare doesnt try to gouge me for little ticky-tack things. At other centers, Ive had experiences in the past where I was charged $20 for one of my weekly payment being a few hours. KinderCare hasnt done that. Plus, were flex schedule and theyve been forgiving in times where we get the schedule to them late (which is huge).Other random plus: busing to and from schools. That is not to be overlooked. My only criticism is the facility. Could be a little more spacious. The toddler room in particular is a little cramped. Its not bad; just, it could be better. Security is good.If youre considering them at all, I recommend at least going for a tour.

My son, Moses, has been attending Kindercare since he was just over 3 months old. It was really hard for me to be apart from him at first, but it had made him more independent and social! He is now 13 months old and still loves it! In the Toddler room, they are always doing fun activities and learning about new things. The teachers are all very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I am so glad that Kindercare was his first daycare experience. :)

I enrolled my 3 kids as a first time daycare parent last year. As nervous as it was to have my kiddos in daycare and not in my care during the day anymore, the teachers at Kindercare did an AMAZING job taking care of my munchkins! They eased my worries and made me feel apart of their kindercare family in no time! They take the kids outside daily twice a day, their food program saves me time each morning not having to pack breakfast lunch or a snack, and the teachers genuinely love and care about each kid at the center. They have picture day twice a year, they have extra programs like music, phonics, and sciene that you can have your child attend during their day as well! The kids have a blast! I highly reccomend the Cedarburg kindercare to any parent looking to enroll their kid(s) at a daycare!

I have a 3 month old son who has been going to this location since he was 7weeks. I chose this KinderCare location after touring more daycares than one would even want to look at. From the moment I walked in for a tour I was greeted with a clean environment and happy, smiley faces and greetings...from the directors, to my childs teachers and other teachers. It was at that moment that together with their ciriculum and other elements we evaluated that we thought this was the best for our family.Still to this day I feel the same. I still walk in to happy smiley faces and greetings. And still not just from my childs teachers but every one and they all know his name. Its a great way to start the morning! And it is not easy for me and many parents to leave their child all day every day but its reassuring knowing when youre sending them to such a positive place. In my eyes these teachers do not have easy jobs and could easily be cranky every time i see them but they arent. They are working with snotty noses, fussy, crying babies, changing diapers all day and doing what they feel is best for our kids. I dont know how they do it and i tell them that often but they do it well.I truly feel that the teachers love my child, maybe not as much as us parents do, but pretty close! They interact with him daily and he always seems well fed and well rested and as happy when he comes home as when I dropped him off. They communicate constantly with their daily reports and even go the extra mile to send me pictures on the weeks im truly missing him. They are also working with us to help get him on a schedule that works for our family after a few long nights...and its working! Just the openness to help us as a family is fantastic! Its the caring and going above and beyond that I feel shows the character of the location.I couldnt recommend this location enough and do as often as I can. I foresee my feelings being the same in 3 months from now and beyond...and if they arent...im the type of person that will change my review. Im excited to watch my little one grow with the group!

The Cedarburg KinderCare location is TERRIBLE. We removed my daughter from their care mid-day earlier this week because I could not risk her safety any longer. The neglect my daughter faced was horrendous - DO NOT TRUST YOUR CHILDREN WITH THESE PEOPLE.My daughter never gets diaper rashes at home and twice has been set home from daycare with a terrible diaper rash - when we get her home, we have to wipe her down with warm wash cloths and she still screams the whole time - and every time she urinates after, shes screaming in pain due to the neglect that led to her diaper rash. One day, I picked her up from daycare and she was covered in a rash - I understand rashes happen to babies, and especially at day care centers, but when I asked the teachers what it was, they told me they hadnt even noticed she was covered in a rash! One day when I went to pick her up, she was sleeping in a crib - when I picked her up, I noticed the crib was on wheels and they were not locked in place - any baby could have crawled over and pushed it, injuring my daughter or themselves. One day, I walked into my daughters classroom to pick her up and she was directly behind the door, so when I opened the door, I hit her in the head, leading to a bump and her screaming. Thank God I didnt open the door harder or someone else didnt open the door - this could have been a very severe injury. Babies should not be allowed to sit behind the door, especially during drop-off and pick-up times. The teachers need to do a better job of keeping the kids safe. When we expressed our concern about this to the center, they told us it was difficult for teachers when they are feeding bottles or changing diapers. Safety needs to be paramount. Keeping a child safe is far more important than getting to a bottle on time or changing a diaper. If the teachers cannot put safety first, you need more teachers available at a time.On Monday, when my husband picked her up, she not only came home with a horrible diaper rash, but they had put her extra sleep and play on her and it was on backwards! The zipper was zipped up the back and her feet were crammed into the backwards footies! She was screaming alone in a crib - of course - having her feet shoved into a backwards sleep and play must be incredibly uncomfortable. How can someone who works with children not know how to put on a sleep and play?Several days when weve picked her up, shes had some bottles in one room, other bottles in another room, food containers somewhere else, her clipboard back in the other room - the disorganization is mind-boggling.Finally, on Tuesday when I dropped her off, I was told she had switched rooms. No one informed me she was going to be switching rooms - I would expect to be told this, for their to be a transition period, for my husband and I to have the opportunity to see the room and to meet the teachers. This was handled horribly. When her new teacher asked about my daughters sleeping schedule (after getting her name wrong about 3 times - it would be nice if someone there knew her name), I told her she doesnt have a schedule, but if shes tired, she can be given a blankie and a nuk and shell fall asleep. I was told they thought she was off the nuk because they didnt have any there. I had previously dropped off two nuks - they must have lost them and if they thought she was off the nuk, they should have asked my husband or myself. After Tuesdays incidents, I had my Mother pick up my daughter immediately - I could not stand the thought of risking her safety for one more moment. I was literally crying at work worrying about what was happening to my daughter.I hope they take drastic measures to ensure the safety of children still attending this location. It is paramount to their safety. If your children attend this center, I would do whatever you can to get them out. You are paying a lot of money and they are not being cared for.
