A lot of time, effort, and energy has been invested by NTT with the City of Houston to ensure that necessary skill sets needed provided what we needed in multi-layered courses they provided. Some personnel have actually been promoted, in part, due to information they learned because they attended these courses. They would attend class, return to their respective work sites utilizing information and new skills gleaned from the classes. Using pre-set timeframes, the personnel returned for subsequent courses with questions of what if’s and why’s regarding how they actually addressed, encountered and utilized the information while their new knowledge level was put into practice. With each level, their knowledge level and skills steadily increased.The hands-on equipment provided by NTT used in the classroom was a scaled down version from what they worked with in the field. This was really a unique method for the City. Efficiency in terms of equipment, time, materials, and methods have resourcefully been used in increasing learning, and in turn, saving us money.I continue to stand by a standard whereby I refuse to expose my personnel to anything but the best. I’ve been using NTT for about eight years now and what I see is they continue to be on the cutting edge of industry standards regarding training and higher knowledge transfer methods while taking the time to educate their client contacts.

NTT is responsive to requests to come up to Alaska, to urban locations or even some of the more remote locations like some of the pump stations or Valdez to perform the training on site.
