Alicia was very helpful, personable, professional, and communicated well. My score went from 650s to 720s in less than a year. It takes work and effort, but if you do what is recommended, the results are undeniable. Its was also nice letting Platinum Credit Now search and deal with what needed disputed, settled, or removed. A lot less to worry about on my part. When the work was done, and the score was up, Ali was the one to initiate the termination of services, rather than continue collecting a monthly fee until I terminated. They could have made more off me, but once the job was done, they asked if I was ready to part ways. That says a lot, and now Im in position to potentially buy a home for myself and children. (Btw...they work with loan officers and realtors as well.) I dont like getting into situations where a monthly cost is associated, but this was a good investment. Im glad I worked with them, and am better off for having done so. Its worth the short term cost as long as you do your part; They definitely did theirs.

We started working with Ali at Learning 4 Life in Dec 2016. We started a 6 month program with a goal of selling our home and purchasing a newer home. We had some financial difficulties in 2013 and our credit suffered due to this. We started out in the upper 500s. I am proud to say after 6 months, I am now sitting at 724 and 731. This program truly works and Ali walks you step for step what you need to do to increase your score and keep it there. We are just weeks away from meeting all of our goals!!!

Experience with learning for life, not so great. Giving everyone has different credit situations. I called learning for life to help clean up my credit. I was told it should only take a few months since I didnt have but a few collections. Ended up taking 7 months to only gain 40 points! And of course, I could stay in the program for more money. Alicia seems very knowledgeable. However, you cant ever get a call back within a reasonable time to answer any questions you may have. You would be lucky to get a call back in the same week! The staff arent very knowledgeable either. They always have to refer you to Alicia. Also, I spent the extra 100 dollars for learning for life to negotiate settlements on my behalf. I never received not one settlement!! I called and settled my own debts. Still out the 100 dollars! So after all of this, it cost me the 500 for the program which I paid in full upfront and 100 for the settlements that I never had performed for me to raise my score 40 points. I called a company out of Cincinnati and in the same day had 3 calls from them and got approved from a local mortgage company for a FHA loan all in the same day! Thanks learning for life. Next time try to be a little more attentive to the people who pay you for a service!
