I love love love Kona Karate. They are so fun with the kids!! My son is 5 and it is so perfect for him. They do obstacle courses and more. Such a great environment for your kids to get their energy out! The teachers are fantastic too!

Over the last ten years, my three teenagers have earned black belts at Kona and my youngest just started. We love Kona. Students work hard in a very positive environment. Not only do they learn martial arts, but they also learn focus, bravery, leadership, and sportsmanship. The teachers care about my kids. Kona has been such a great experience for my son. They teach much more then martial arts. He has gained determination, confidence, emotional regulation and physical strength and much, much more during his time at Kona Karate.

Kona Karate has such an amazing environment. Every teacher has been positive and enthusiastic and even my incredibly shy, hide-behind-mom’s-legs little guy only needed a few weeks to warm up to everyone. Both of my children look forward to every class. It is the highlight of their day. The instructors are dedicated to their practice, able to teach at many different levels, and give much more to their students than ever expected. We’re hooked!
