Please stay far away !!!!My grandmother has been a tenant of Benitas for almost 10 years. In the past 10 years Benita has done the bare minimum as far as landlord duties are concerned. Most of the time things are handled in a less than timely manner if at all. A couple of YEARS ago my grandmother told Benita that her back sliding door needed a replacement lock. Eventually Benita sent someone out to look the situation, but never presented a solution. After waiting for a response my grandmother then called Benita back to find out that she would not be fixing the door because it was too old and they no longer made replacement parts. So instead of getting a new door that actually locked my grandmother has to use a CANE to lockher sliding glass door. More recently on the rather long list of things Benita has NOT done or the bare minimum for, this past winter my grandmothers heater went out. ( it was the original ) She promptly called Benita ( on a Wednesday) Benita responded Ill have someone come look at it When Friday rolled around yet no HVAC representative had arrived my grandmother called back and Benita stated it would probably be early next week. My grandmother expressed concern as temperatures where plummeting ( 50 degrees in mid winter in side the house) Benita replied Ill bring a couple space heaters over My mother and I decided to take maters into our hands and called an HVAC company who said they could have a representative out in 2 hours. the HVAC company then called Benita for approval, to which she declined, stating she works with a specific person this did get her moving and we felt lucky when she told us a HVAC person would be there that Monday. My 87 year grandmother only had to sit in 50 degree house for 5 days. Now the latest thing we discovered that my grandmother has been paying water and sewage for the two units of the duplex managed by Benita for the past 2 years plus. Conveniently Benitas relative live next door ( we have documented bills that proof this.) Benita is crook, and poor manger, and takes advantage of the elderly. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

This company is an AMAZING realtor!! From the first thought of selling our house, they was there to expertly guide us on smart choices to get our house show ready! My realtor was always available for quick and not so quick questions. Then when it was time to list, she and her team expertly went above and beyond with advertising and marketing our house! I truly believe this is why our house sold in 8 days with over 20 showings!! I have full confidence in recommending her to family in the near future and would use her again if we ever sell!!

He had the right balance of listening to what we wanted while lending the knowledge and expertise to guide us through the process. Every step along the way he was there to ensure things were done correctly and smoothly. He even pointed things out that were missed by the inspectors. He has an impeccable ability to close the deal. But most importantly, his integrity was clear as he always put our best interest first. Throughout the process he gave me a boost of confidence knowing that he was not going to let me make a mistake. And after the offer was accepted he only worked harder - making sure there were no hidden surprises and pushing to make sure we were compensated fairly by the sellers. Brads THE guy. Dont do business with this company. They give you misinformation and almost lie. When we were signing the paperwork for our house they told us that our first payment was due in three months and that our home warranty was for two years. We were more than surprised to discover that we were two months behind when we made our first payment, two weeks before we thought it was due. Weve been playing catch up ever since. Also our home warranty paperwork says its for two years. Not really a huge shock when I call, because our heating unit was acting up, to discover that its expired because it was for a year. Even though our paperwork says differently.

I would not recommend Agent Ladonna McKinney, she was unprofessional on many levels, the process was stressful due to her negligence. I will strongly advise everyone to do your due diligence when seeking and choosing the right agent. The purchase we are grateful for, but the process was a nightmare.

Tyler Blatt is awful. He didnt know how to do standard paperwork. His kids at the showings where jumping on beds or one locked herself in a room w no key. He usually pawned off questions to someone else. After we went under contract for a house I found we barely heard from him until closing then he was blwoing up our phone. Showed up 30 mins late to closing. Would not recommend him ever!!!

If I could leave a zero star I would. DANIEL WHISNER, JR is a terrible agent. He doesnt know what hes doing nor does he work for his customers, he works for himself. Do NOT use him let alone this company. The company has yet to pick up their sign from the property. Do not come here.

Very overwhelming it takes a lot of energy from Me and my fiance think Im going to move on another realtor too much run around call then take ten years and Sunday to call back definitely not happy
