I had an issue with service and today the employee at the printing desk and the manager went above and beyond to make it right and make me feel better about the experience. I really appreciate their understanding and kindness in the situation. I will continue to use Staples, what a great team!

As I visited the store yesterday, I was trying to get a banner accomplished. The professionalism, poor customer service and attitudes that was displayed by Dave and Kalli was appalling. I tried to continue to work with them dispute how they were coming across to me AS THE CUSTOMER, I finally decided to leave. Dave was even rude to the customer he was speaking with on the phone. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be shopping here again and would advise you to do the same.I highly recommend Staples invest in their employees by requiring they provide customer service training and what good customer service looks like.

This staples is fantastic. One employee in particular always goes out of her way to help me and get me what I need. Jasmine is so kind, patient and helpful. She has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. Jasmine is amazing!

Even though their website states, “Staples offers in-store packing and shipping services 7 days a week from UPS drop-off”, they only let you drop off packages all ready to go. All shipping supplies can be purchased at a different counter and you have to put your flat boxes together. The website was a bit misleading. Otherwise, nice staff.

Inquired about a banner being made today and talked with Kelli who did not explain why I needed to pay extra $50 to design(add words to banner). Not to mention she had attitude over the phone when I was trying to understand this fee they wanted to charge. Asked to speak with manager because for years I have use staples to have banner done. Manager David gets on the phone with attitude, talking to me like a kid. After me explaining I did not call to argue just want to understand what they were charging extra $50 for. At the end of conversation he says if you design your own banner no extra fee. Really you or your supervisor couldn’t say that in the beginning. Never ever been treated this way at Staples.

I am so fed up with this store Staples do you need to get a clue the customer service is terrible the only people in there that know how to treat a customer are the two main managers and maybe the girls in the copy center they’re pretty good but everybody else there is useless in my opinion back in the day when you worked somewhere you had to know a little bit about everything in the store before you could be let loose today that is not the case I was at the self help yourself coffee section I put my paper in wrong realized it the very first copy and nobody could tell me how to stop the copy machine matter of fact the girl behind the counter was very rude the young man that I asked if he knew how to stop it shrugged his shoulders and then after I had to get upset then the girl tries to speak with me and I was already frustrated and left so basically I lost $36 at Staples you’re welcome Staples I’m done shopping there I’ve had issues in it

The store is clean and bright. The customer service is really good. I was offered help several times in the 15 minutes that I was shopping. My overall impression of my experience would be very favorable.

Always good service especially today I had to take my shred items and toner cartridges. The poor service rep had to stuff 25 lbs in the bin through the slot. We had a delightful conversation while he did his work. I then looked around and the staff was attentive in asking me if I need help. They had a great deal on laptops I might get my cash together and pick one up.

Absolutely wonderful printing service! Wanted my documents spiral-bounded and the two men in charge were extremely affable, polite, and had a lovely demeanor. Finished quicker than expected and I came home with an excellent product.

Friendly staff and a large-sized clearance area helped to make my visit above average. Staff had knowledge of products, good recommendations and a willingness to assist but not overwhelm.Clearance items ranged from practical storage solutions to specialized electronics. This had me thinking about Christmas shopping!Ill likely return just to see whats been reduced.

Very poor customer service. Stood in line for 30 minutes and still have not received help. Not one associate has even greeted us. Yet there are three of them here just standing around, and pretended we are not even here. I will never be back to this place again. All I just needed was a pick up which I had already paid for.

The store help didnt know why the copy machine was marked out of order. They took the sign off of it and said it works fine. I ran my 131 copies and they all came out with a line down the middle. No refund. I am very disappointed!

Terrence is knows the equipment very well, and was extremely friendly and helpful. I didn’t even have to ask for his attention.

I really appreciated the salesman in the printer Department. I have needed a printer for quite some time now and wasnt sure what to get. He not only seemed confident in the product he sold me, he also saved me a lot of money. I will continue to give Staples in Sugarcreek my business from here on. Purchased an office chair here a few years ago and it still works great. Store had many options to choose from in this area, and I would definitely go back in the future.

Went to print a PPT file. I wanted to do the notes/handout version that is commonly accessible in PPT itself (2-3 slides on each page). However, the staff said that would take special editing and several hours to set up....what? They acted like that was something no one ever does? It saves paper and ink and gives a space for notes....very common for printing for educational presentations. Gotta go somewhere else. If I can do it on my home computer in less than 20 seconds, it shouldnt take hours to set up here..... Epic fail.

Everyone was very nice and was asked if I needed help by two different people. Printed my wedding programs here and they were very nice and helpful. I wouldnt go to any other staples!

They are always there if you need them. Very knowledgeable if you have questions. Nice and friendly every time I come there.

I was told I could not buy $150 worth of Amazon and Lowes gift cards and pay with a credit card. it seems some cowboy managers are making up their own policies at this store. I filed an incident report with Visa and they said this should not happen.

I went there on a Monday and found an office chair that I liked with a listed price of $99. When I took it up to the cash register, it rang up as $199. I thought I had mis-read the price tag, but it turned out that the weekend sale price was left on.I didnt expect them to honor the listed price, but they did. Exceeding my expectations is the most effective way at making a loyal customer out of me.

Staples offers everything I need for my business. I was asked if I needed help by no fewer than five sales associates during my 15 minutes of shopping. However, when I got to the checkout line, it took FOREVER because there was only one cashier. I think some of the floor associates should have assisted at the register to help speed customers through.

Bought a cute chair on clearance. It was the last one they had. No box and already assembled. They charged me the $14.99 for assembly. Well I didnt get to choose between already built and new in box. Like the chair disappointed in the extra cost.

My computer wasnt working properly. I talked to Randy and he did a quick scan and found a virus. While we were waiting or the scan to complete Randy informed me that his main tech was sick and didnt come in today. He also informed me that a couple of other people were out today. I assumed by that meant it would be days before I could get it fixed. To my surprise, he called a couple of hours later and had it ready. I Installed it back at the shop and worked perfectly. Randy did an awesome job and the service was beyond my expectations! Thank you Randy!

They had what I needed and the staff was great!

Horrible customer service. Not busy at all and workers are just standing around but they need an hour to bind a few papers together. Then I hand the cashier my paper to pay for my fax and I had my personal folder with me. The cashier says to me I assume you already paid for this (the folder), I sure did at Wal-Mart. Then he says oh it says Wal-Mart. Ni apology or anything.

This place is a joke. Standing in line as I write this. Been here for 30 minutes and nobodys even looked at me. Never come here if you value your time.

Called ahead to see if they had what I needed, they said they did. I arrived at the store only to be told they dont have what I need.

The service was slow and unorganized. I waited in line for 30 minutes then waited for another 30 minutes to get 2 blueprints plotted and there were no other customers in that area. Several copy machines were out of ink and paper. Chaotic !
