Absolutely incredible florist! Super reliable quality and delivery. I live out of state now but still always order from their website to send my mother / parents flowers in Centerville for birthdays, Mother’s Day, anniversaries every year. So I have ordered a few times a year for the past decade or so, and always had a great product show up to my folks place, super fresh and perfect, always delivered as scheduled. Highly recommend. Centerville Floral created two arrangements for my brother’s funeral. We were trying to save some money while still honoring him with to lovely displays. When we got to the service, we were blown away by the two pieces made by Centerville Florists for us. The flowers were so stunning and fresh! The colors were beautiful! The vases were amazing. The phone was answered in a timely manner by a patient lady named Kate. I told her what I wanted to order and she checked on availability quickly, coming back to the phone after a brief hold to tell me of four possible choices based on size and price. I made my choice and she thoughtfully helped me compose the message of sympathy that I was trying to express. I had delivery concerns, not wanting to have a live arrangement sitting by a doorstep in the heat of the June day. She reassured me that this would not be the case, and I placed my order feeling confident all would be done to my satisfaction. Thank you for a job well done!

We have used this florist several times for our Dayton area needs. As we are out of town we are always pleased that things we order for delivery are as good and even better than described. They were all around fantastic from service to delivery. The flowers were exactly like what the picture showed online. They lasted a long time for the person I had them sent to and she was so pleased with them as well. I would definitely use Centerville florists again if I need any flower deliveries again. When they delivered them the first time she wasn’t home yet like I expected from the hospital, so they worked with me and as well as contacted her husband and made arrangements to have them delivered when they were home the next day. They were just great.

Absolutely excellent service and quality. The arrangements are top notch and worth every penny. I used a FTD sire a couple of weeks ago and they dispatched the order to a florist on the north side of Dayton, HORRIBLE!! The quality was pitiful and the skill of the the arrangement was awful. I suggest going directly to a florist you are familiar with. The problem with FTD is you have no idea which florist gets the order and this doesn’t always go over well obviously. Centerville Florist is top notch A1. When in doubt, use Centerville Florist!!!

I have used websites that deliver flowers in the past and constantly been unimpressed by the quality and effort of these sites.I know that the florists lose a cut of the money when they have to share with the Groupon ad, or the website that receives the order. Ive always attributed that to the poor quality.With that being said, this time I looked up an actual florist instead of a generic website like 1800flowers.Centerville florists had an easy online ordering process, offered same day, had fair pricing, and the flowers IMPRESSED my wife. Im so glad I found them. They even went out of their way to make sure they knew how to get into my wifes giant office building and get the flowers to her. I am very grateful to them.

Centerville Florists stepped up the best to help me out of a bad situation I was placed in by an online florist where I had placed my Valentines Day order weeks in advance and then the flowers where never delivered and the company did nothing to make things right after multiple attempts. Keith took my order, checked to make sure everything was on hand to make the arrangement I want, and then even said it would be delivered that afternoon.Later that afternoon, my girlfriend text me to say she loved the flowers along with the soft bear and the surprise chocolates (that I dont remember ordering) that were sent with the order as well. Even later in the night she was still commenting about the flowers, how beautiful they were, and how she could not stop staring at them. Thank you Keith and Centerville Florist.

Its a shame when they say they will deliver in a couple of hours and dont stand by it. When I realized the flowers werent delivered until 5 hours later when the work day was almost over, they had a whole slew of excuses- needed fresher flowers, driver was in Trotwood- then tell me that when I call and I would have called someone else. Just to say sorry doesnt cut it for poor customer service. Really disappointed in them
