Family friendly environment with a world class curriculum. Don’t let the cuteness of the kids class fool you, there are some monsters in this gym that can immobilize you without breaking a sweat. But rest assured that they are hands down the nicest people you will meet. Babalu and Professor Ricky take the time to teach the techniques properly and effectively. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner. Can’t wait for my son to grow up so he can enjoy this place as I do.

Before signing up my son, he was lazy, just wanted to play video games all day and didn’t really like to do physical activities because he didn’t like to sweat. Since signing him up for jiu jitsu a year and a half ago, he’s been more active and determined to get better each day. He’s not only improved his physical traits but has also improved in his academics. This is due to the atmosphere and encouragements Professor Babalu and Professor Ricky provide to the kids. The other parents have not only been very encouraging and supportive as well but have also become our extended family.For those still wondering wether you should sign your kids up or even yourself? I urge you and/or your child to at least try a class or two and you will see why every student enjoys coming to class. Specially on those not so good days we sometimes have dealing with day to day life events.

Had the pleasure of training here right before worlds. My professor Emerson is good friends with the instructors. This place is the real deal! Great Brazilian jiu jitsu, gi and no gi, great muay thai program as well. Renato Babalu Sobral and Ricky Gonzales are great teachers. Fun and friendly atmosphere and the rest of the students are very helpful as well.

Professor Babalu is an amazing champ. He not only teaches the techniques but also the heart. He is highly respectable. Star struck at first but hes very personable. My son is in good hands with him. Professor Ricky is awesome and the whole staff including Coach Mike and Natasha are very accommodating. Hopefully we wont move anytime soon. Kids can learn muay thai as well. I loved it so much I joined to train too. Enough said.
