Personable staff! An overall great experience

I’ve been training at FTF Atlanta for a year now and I can proudly say I’ve been loving it. Before COVID, I was there 5-6 days a week. Even now they are offering both in person and Zoom classes, I appreciate I have an opportunity to continue my training while feeling safe.All of the instructors are not only super knowledgeable but they are KIND and SUPPORTIVE and make class FUN. They know every persons name and the environment is super safe aka I feel comfortable fighting someone my size as well as someone thrice my size.As a 20 something year old living in the city on my own, I decided to train in order to defend myself. I thought it was going to be something I will randomly attend when I could. Now I’m addicted. I feel strong! I feel empowered! All thanks to the awesome team at FTF ATL. 💓

Lots of fun when you have a moment to catch your breath and take it all in. 1 hours class usually will wear me out pretty well. Good cardio and strength building combined plus you also get to learn self defense in the process! I have had gym memberships before and stopped going soon after as is typical. Of course with those you keep paying and even when you are out of contract it takes an act of congress to cancel your membership. At the last one I had to call and have a form emailed to me which I had to then fill out physically mail back... Like with a stamp... Just to cancel. At fit to fight I can go as often as I want to their classes and have been going consistently for 3 months and you just pay as you go. $85 per month. If you stop going you stop paying no fuss... Of course you will want to keep going. :)

Fit to Fight ATL is without a doubt the place to train if you’re looking for an honest, no BS, all around approach to self defense training in Atlanta. The instructors there are highly trained and have a great attitude and demeanor when it comes to teaching those new or experienced.

I havent gotten the chance to visit this establishment as Ive moved but I was looking for information on Krav Maga and called hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Morgan answered and told me that she would look into it for me. She got back to me quickly and told me everything I needed to do to get started on Krav in my area. She was very knowledgeable and helped me out tremendously. Most people wouldve just not called me back but she did and I want her and Fit to Fight Atlanta to know how much she helped me when she didnt have to. Now I have a better shot of chasing my dream to teach people self defense. I just really appreciate the help! And I will definitely come here when Im in town again!
