Im a big fan of this place! The facials are amazing and affordable. Everyone is super friendly and my skin is looking so much better every time I go there. For the price its totally worth it!! You just have to remember they are students, the instructors go over your face with them and help decide the best products for you. Not only are you getting healthier skin but youre helping the students be better at what they do.

I love getting my hair done by Samantha Bouvier! She takes her time, she doesn’t rush things like other beauty schools I know. She know what she is doing and she does it perfectly and beautifully! You show her what you want and she gives you exactly how you want it. She is gentle when doing a coloring and a deep conditioning, (Also she gives out pretty good massages!).

I absolutely love this place! I went to their student salon and saw Jen! This was my first facial and she gave me such an amazing and relaxing experience! I will defiantly be going back and even following Jen to whatever salon she moves to after graduation.

When I went to this academy I was shy, and nervous. I was also excited for a new change, I was treated very well by a student she was gentle, nice, she was not rude at all she would have conversation with me, and I really liked the result in my hair it was better than what I had imagined it to be. I would recommend asking for Nubia Warner. She was so nice and one of the best parts was the rinsing and shampooing my hair. 😁

I had gone to the studio academy of beauty back last year and saw Grace S who was so sweet and welcoming when I entered the studio! She listened to what I wanted and took good care of my hair which was fried at the time from bleaching and coloring. She was able to give me the style that I had wanted for an important work event and I left feeling confident and looking well put together. The studio itself was clean and controlled by the staff and their students and it was a wonderful experience all around, I will definitely be seeing Grace again!

Harlee did an amazing job on my facial. Great communication, very attentive and knowledgeable regarding questions about products and long term treatments. One of the best facials yet!

My daughter had signed up to start school in August back in June. Unfortunately, she had to accept a full time job and put going to school on hold, because she couldnt afford daycare for both of her children while she attended school full time. She has called the school numerous times and even sent an email to make sure she is withdrawn from the roster and to cancel her student loan prior to it being put through. It has been almost 2 weeks and no one has called her back. I bet if she was trying to sign up for school someone would have called her. This is horrible customer service and just shows the true colors of the people who run it. I am just hoping we will not have to get lawyers involved at this point. Think twice before you attend this school!

Angelica gave me a European facial today and I was blow away at the quality of service she preformed on me. From the cleansing to the mask my face was soothed all around and her hands on motion ans movement was just enough to put me to sleep. The erasure was perfect and she assisted with my allergies and helping get the juices flowing and relieve some of the pressure I had. A truly amazing experience and I will be seeing her again.

Do not go here for services or an education.I was dropped due to them not allowing me to come in half of Saturday. Due to medical issues, mornings are not an option. I only needed three hours that day and could not come at 8 AM. I requested to come 12-3, they chose not to accommodate and dropped me.This is my passion and calling. I have done hair and makeup since i was five.I immediately made contact with the school i wanted to attend to begin with after being dropped and will continue my education somewhere that actually cares to teach.Do not waste your time here. The basics teacher is mundane and melancholy. I had SIX basic teachers in the year i was there.The senior night cosmetology teacher. Where do i begin. She reads strictly from the book. Don’t ask any questions because she’ll get mad and tell you that you don’t pay attention. When in reality she just doesn’t know the answer. Because she does not care. She is there for a check. That’s it. And resorts to name calling students.The senior night cosmetology teacher is the stylist here. Everyone is instructed by her and have no idea what they’re doing otherwise. None of the students can make a color formulation or think for themselves. Very very poor color and cutting skills.The main issue here is the teacher is there for a paycheck. She can’t explain anything to you. She doesn’t want to. She takes it as personally being questioned instead of it simply being a QUESTION.Thanks for the worst months of my life. This place is so toxic and negative. Every student talks poorly of the school, each other, and the staff. It makes it difficult to want to be there. And led to many mental health issues for me personally.They have no care that i started at The very beginning of Covid when we had no idea where it was going. it was scary to be in public. And even worse having a school incapable of guiding you through it and penalizing you for not coming DURING A PANDEMIC.From here on out you get no credit for making me into the stylist i am, and will become. And that’s a shame because I am one of the ones who actually cares.Edit: notice how pathetic their reply is, yes we spoke multiple times because i spent a year there and got nowhere due to lack of educators. You are an awful school and the attitude and constant condescending attitude from everyone who works there is very apparent in this reply. “Out of respect we won’t reply here” Lol mad much? Sorry someone told the truth about your school. It’s a nightmare. A cesspool of negativity from staff and students. Out of respect, treat your students better. All the reviews are fake too. they force you to have 5, 5 star reviews to graduate that mention your name. Sad. So glad i’m moved on completely and enrolled elsewhere that actually cares about their students, have multiple educators, a better clearer facility AND they don’t have an attitude when you ask questions about what you’re learning. BYYE. y’all need some help. Oh. and the director is politically motivated and makes it known. I’m not a political person at all so it’s a huge yuck factor they want to force it down their students throats.
