First time making tamales and I loved it! Excellent teachers who are very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of fun and learned a lot too. I will be signing up for more classes in the future!

So much fun! This was our second time here. We made holiday cookies, tasty too!

I received an Insta Pot last Christmas but was uncomfortable using it. My husband found Mix cooking school and encouraged me to take the class. I have to say I am so glad I took this class. Marcie prepared a wonderful class that gave me the basics and so much more. Our 12’person class went over everything from making a simple hard boiled egg to preparing chicken soup. I learned so much and gained the confidence I needed to feel like I can use my insta pot to cook just about anything. I highly recommend this class!

I took the macaron making class, and it was phenomenal! Marcie really made the process so simple and easy to follow. I have made macarons at home before, and they looked very depressed. I couldn’t believe how easy they are to make after you have someone physically show you how to do it. I am making a batch at home right now to make sure I could repeat the results, and it totally worked! I’m super grateful to Marcie for showing a relatively foolproof way to make them. Totally recommend!

A FABULOUS place! Ive learned SO much in the 3 classes Ive taken so far and am amazed at how well everything comes out (even at home!) The instructors are friendly and welcoming and explain things very well and teach techniques that Ive always wanted to learn. Would definitely recommend Mix Cooking School to anyone wanting to learn how to perfect a french macaron, learn how to make & expertly pipe a sugar cookie, make a from scratch pie or take any of their other classes. You wont be disappointed!

Mix cooking school was Fantastic..Marci owner/teacher was extremely patient..kind..and made each of us feel like we could do this.. 🥧🥧🥧 I cant wait to take the Sugar cookie and Frosting class..🍒🍒🍒🍒

I went to the french macaron class at Mix, and it was amazing! Im sixteen, and this was my first time making macarons. I was nervous on how it would go, but the whole environment of the class was fun and calming. I really recommend Mix for teens my age who are into cooking and are looking for something fun to do over the break. Its absolutely worth it!

Love it! I took the instant pot class and oh my God! What a difference. It is not like watching a you tube video! So many great tips from Marcie, she is great! The food was yummy and the class wasnt rush at all. Everyone could ask questions and it was a great atmosphere. Cannot wait to enroll in my next class :)

Ive only done one class here (the ravioli class), and it was AMAZING. I thought it was EXCEPTIONAL in every way shape and form (instruction, friendliness, and cleanliness, etc.) However, as I have only done one, I cannot give it 5 stars until I try multiple. I will update it when I try another.

Did the Instant Pot class as a team building activity. The owner Marcie, did a great job making it fun. Instructions were simple and food was good. Those that did not have Instant Pots left going to purchase one and those that have them wanted to go home and use it. This class is definitely worth it if you want to know how to use your Instant Pot.

This place is great! Its fun, its friendly and you get to eat/ take home what you make 😁

I signed up and my 12 year old son loved the cinnamon rolls baking class! He wasnt sure what to expect at first and was nervous. When I came back to pick him up he said, I want to come back, this was so much fun!The teacher was amazing! Definitely coming back!

My 10 year old son went to a cooking class and had the best time! He loved the experience and we loved his cinnamon rolls! He cant wait to go back and we adults look forward to trying a class as well!

This school is awesome! A great place for beginners, or advanced! Fantastic variety of classes to take for adults and kids too. Relaxed environment makes it fun to learn too. Highly recommended! Check out their French Macaroon class - yummy!!!

My husband and I were very excited to take a baking class and learn how to make French Macarons.However, we had a death in the family and we had to fly out of town for the visitation and funeral. We contacted Mix Cooking School hoping they would allow us to reschedule due to the nature of our unforeseen circumstances but they did not. They said sorry, but weren’t willing to reschedule us due to their cancellation policy, which is a 72 policy. Sorry our family member’s death inconvenienced you and your policy.Also, don’t compare yourselves to theaters/baseball teams...our airline was courteous and sympathetic enough to waive the flight change fees (More than the cost of this class) that we would’ve otherwise incurred.

So much fun! macaroon class, Instructor was so well organized, personable and gave great instruction! She made the class lots of fun!

I set up a girls night and came here to cook. We made the Macarons and we had so much fun! The owner was our instructor and she was great! We will make plans to come back again and cook something else.

I took a French Macaron class here yesterday and had a wonderful time. It was very well organized and prepared for nicely. There was also plenty of help and guidance, making it so that the class would be fun for people of all skill levels. I will definitely be booking more classes soon! So fun!

Took the Sour Dough Bread & Pretzel Class, the instructor Carol was very knowledgeable. Had a great time.

Very clean, organized and lots of fun. I took the macaron class there were many flavors and colors to chpose from. If you love these cookies, I highly recommend this class.

Sadly this started out strong, but not any more. They advertised a class in August for Cannolis. I persuade my friend to go for an early Xmas present which I knew she would enjoy. I went back to book it. GONE! No information, nothing!You cannot call them, NO phone number.So I emailed them. NO ANSWER.Sadly this does NOT work for me, so Ill go back to Sur La Table, more expensive BUT reliable.

Great little local cooling school. Weve taken 2 classes now, and in cant wait to see the future schedule for something new and diffrent!

Rockstar Cooking School! I had my boys 12yrs and 8yrs in a cooking week long camp 2 hr a day. They had very little experiance with cooking and insanely enjoyed the kind patient instructor that gave them fun variety of things to make. Whoppie pies, cinnamon rolls from scratch, cupcakes, crumble peach pie, and cookies. End of week tons of smiles later. They have gained confidence to try baking on their own now! Serious win for kid camps available!
