I had to complete the Defensive Driving School. When I tried to log in, the system would not allow me to. I contacted Express DD and had to leave a message. Mere minutes later, Jay called me back and let me know that there was a current system issue. But rather than leave me hanging, Jay manually pushed the sign in through so I could move forward. At that point, Jay was my hero of the day. As I proceeded, when I tried to pay for the class, the payment server (not Express DD server) was down. I called Jay back and once again, he helped me manually bi-pass the down server and helped me get my payment made. Now, Jay became my hero of the day for a second time. A two-time hero of the day. I appreciated his quick reply, listening to what I needed to do and resolving both my issues quickly. Cudos to Jay!!! And the course itself is very well organized and easy to step through. I would recommend this course to anyone.

My experience with Express Defensive Driving School was EXCELLENT. The online course was interesting and very easy to manage on my iPad. The proprietors were beyond helpful and kind. I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this class! Jay made it fun and informative, and I believe I got something good out of the experience. Furthermore, it was an easy, stress-free process getting signed up and obtaining all the information needed for class. I would definitely go through Express Defensive Driving School again if needed in the future (but hopefully that was my last ticket lol)

Very prompt and polite response! Was able to text a picture of my ID and Citation as I was unable to upload documents via my computer. Called, someone actually answered, and confirmed they received my information. Sent me a text message letting me know everything was good to go, it was just a relief to know I completed the course and all my court requirements were completed and I don’t have to worry about points going against my DL.I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family! I never write reviews either!

I love Express Defense Driving School, I recently on my birthday got a ticket in Arizona, being from California I didnt really know what to do.I ended up signing up with another company and did not even hear from them, they grabbed my money online and that was it, I could not find a way to contact this other company, they had almost 300. of my money and no public phone number!.I decided to go down the state of Arizonas approved schools, I decided I would only deal with companies that had listed phone numbers, well this was the school, Brooke answered my questions and walked me through the whole process and made me feel total secure in signing up for their online defensive driving class!They are great! course was uncomplicated and easy to navigate!If ever I need to take one of these again on a visit to Arizona this will be my choice!Outstanding customer service!!!! A+A+A+A+A+A+!!!

This was such a relaxed setting yet very professional and on point. The instructor was able to engage all attendants to participate and voluntarily contribute in constructive conversation. Main topics were covered with such easy flow that time passed by so quickly. Yet every person there felt that they did not just attend but instead personally participated and left awarded with more than a participatory certificate.

Best experience, best help! I just did an online defensive driving class through Express. What I liked best was the ability to actually talk to a real person. Mrs. Z helped me through the whole process. Because of Covid I did not want to take a sit down class, which I looked at and were available. Not being a tech savvy person I was not comfortable with an online class, but contacted a few. Went with Express because of Mrs. Zs help.

In the extensive government list of which I contacted 3 before I reached Brooke here, none of them answered I’m assuming due to the holiday today EXCEPT Brooke...Obviously none of us want to do this but we all want the desired result so I highly recommend this company with kind professional Brooke who walked me thru the entire process and even called me back when I called them accidentally and hung up before she could answer then gave me every assurance that once I had completed they would handle everything from there and not to worry.Great service and I actually learned some stuff too 👍😀

Many people attend driving school because they want to get a recently received citation dismissed. That was my motivation. I was pleasantly surprised to find this class extremely well run and professional. Our instructor cared both about his presentation and about us. He made our class comfortable, relaxed and easy to learn. Whenever he could, he offered useful insights and tips. If you want the best defensive driving class, then this class is your first choice!!

I really enjoyed this class! Jay was not only informative but he told us stories that we all could relate to and made us laugh. I moved here from Mass a few months ago and didnt realize how different the driving laws ( that were designed to keep the people as safe as possible on the road) were extremely different. I personally think that it would be extremely beneficial to everybody that moves here to take this class to be more aware of not only the rules of the road but also the DUI no tolerant law. This is defiantly a 5 STAR experience 😊

Express Defensive helped me save 20% on my car insurance by taking their course. They make the classes easy to follow and convenient. They are much better than other driving schools Ive had to go where you waste a whole Saturday. I highly recommend them if you have to take driving school or if youre just looking to reduce your insurance rates.

Express Defensive Driving School of AZ was a very helpful experience for me. We go out there and drive everyday without thinking about what we are doing. After taking this class I will never use my phone in any capacity. The distraction kills. Know where the intersection starts, cameras are watching you. Driving is a privilege if you refuse to be tested for alcohol you will lose your license. If you are involved in an accident you must stop, its criminal not to, your license will be revoked for 10 yrs. I learned so much more with an instructor who was professional, informative and very kind.

The instructor Mr.Jay was very nice. The class was interesting and I learned some new information. I am glad that I choose this school to take my class. I highly recommend this class and this school.

It was a great refresher plus I learned a lot of new things, like there are only 3 speed limits, no such thing as a pad speed limit - I can get in major trouble for going over 10 miles on a freeway, etc.

Took my money and won’t let me take the class .. they don’t answer there phone and the address on there web site is a post office not them !!!! Had to dispute the charge with bank to get money back stay away from them !!!

I just signed up for online course. Somebody, refused to give his name. Totally cussed me out, calling me a loser and idiot just because i requested my money back to use another school. I am also reporting to the courts.
