PLA was a life saver. We relocated from Nashville TN and left a fantastic childcare facility. When we first moved we attended another facility and it was horrendous. Our once happy child was crying and every drop off was traumatic. Enter PLA. They were recommended by a colleague who had sent his 3 children there over the years.... WOW... We did a tour with Linny. Our daughter loved her trial day on the Friday so much we had her starting there on the Monday. Stacey got us enrolled and set up and helped us every step of the way as we transitioned. Our daughter was three and we have never looked back. She is now graduating and starting Kinder this fall. Ms Dominuque has been a true gem. Our daughter is so prepared and happy and it is thanks to her!!! With 2020 being such a difficult year PLA adapted to be there for their students and the parents. They were creative and always put the children first. There was so much transparency and clear communication with the families. I truly cannot express my gratitude to our PLA family. They have gone above and beyond and genuinely foster an environment that allows the children to learn and grown but it underpinned with great care, consideration and love. You will not find a better place to send your child!!!

After 4 different pre schools we found PLA and it is the perfect fit for us. Every single employee at PLA goes above and beyond and I am so sad that we only discovered PLA when our son was already 4. Our son has been here for a little under a year and has learned so much, not to mention he never wants to leave when I pick him up.

My sons been at PLA since he turned 2....we are soooo sad to leave it to go to kinder!! It has been such a pleasure and a privilege to be part of the PLA family and we are eternally grateful for all the amazing knowledge theyve instilled in our little one-- he has learned more than we could have ever hoped for. The ladies at PLA truly love your kids, and are cognizant of their needs and adapt to your childs needs and level, placing them with the appropriate teacher most compatible to their personality and skills. Most importantly, they are lightyears ahead of every other daycare/preschool out there in the level of education they give these kids---PLA has. We could have never dreamed our son to be at the high-level of abilities in his education prior to Kinder. We will miss it terribly!

Our son loves going to Premier learning Academy. The second we did the tour he didn’t want to leave and wanted to start right away. Ever since then he has a blast. He found friends right away and has learned so much already. He is always so excited to go and is so proud to show us what he has learned at the end of the day. You can really tell that he has fun while he learns his numbers, the alphabet and seasonal things. They do awesome crafting activities and also other fun physical activities like yoga. They do an amazing job and the staff is so nice, friendly and considered. They always keep us parents in the loop which I really appreciate.

PLA!!!!! My heart is so full of emotions! This is so so so amazing and such an amazing feeling as a parent to feel that much safer while my kids are there! Y’all never cease to amaze me with your compassion, accommodations, and effort to create a safer environment! Our 2.5 yr old loves to go to PLA. We find the teachers always happy and have genuine interaction with the kids. We have daily interaction with Ms Tasha and Ms Tori, and they are just so wonderful. Ms Amanda at the front desk and all the staff are just wonderful.Gland we made the right choice for our child.

My daughter has been in the 2-year-old class for a little over 3 months. She totally loved it and doesnt say no school to me any more after she spent the first week there. We love the fact there are so many things to play with and we love the kid gym. It is a big plus during after school hours my daughter gets a chance to play with bigger kids as she loves it.

It’s been over a month with PLA and we are extremely happy with our kid going here. We initially had lots of concerns and worries as to how our toddler will be cared for. We absolutely have no worry these days as to what’s happening with the kid. We get daily and timely updates with lots of lot of lovely pictures which makes us feel so comfortable knowing the kid is doing alright. They take plenty for time to get to know you and address/any questions or concerns we ask them. They are really awesome, understandable. They are slowly grooming the kids to know his/her manners and small things like washing hands, saying sorry and thank you. To make a 2 year old do that takes a lot of time and care and effort. We greatly appreciate you guys!

I have been a teacher at Premier Learning Academy for 8 months. In that time I have felt like part of a family from the time I walked in for my interview till now. The staff are very welcoming, and helpful. The director, supervisors, and owners are all easy to talk to about anything and receptive when you have questions or concerns. The families are some of the best families I have had the pleasure to work with. It is a great place to work for and I look forward to many more years at this school.

There is nothing better than coming to work and feeling like part of a family and loving your job! The directors and teachers are absolutely incredible and amazing friends, the kids and their parents are wonderful and make me feel so loved! Pride. That is the word I would use to describe being a teacher a PLA. I have been a Lead Teacher at Premier Learning Academy for a little over a year, and I can say it has been the most positive and enriching job I have ever had. I was a Program Director in childcare for many years before I took this position, and I have never been in a more warm, loving, and nurturing environment for the children and teachers. The owners and directors genuinely care about teacher development, consistent support, and they always have a smile on their face. I know no matter what I can go to them for guidance and advice without fear of judgment. All the teachers at PLA take care of each other and it really shows in our teaching. The love and nurturing we give every single child can be felt the second you walk through the door. I don’t see myself ever leaving Premier Learning Academy, as no place can ever make me feel the pride I have every morning I step into my classroom.

Working for Premier Learning Academy for the last 3 years have been wonderful. The owners and directors became my friends and family as well the teachers. We’ve had so many positive changes to better the staff and the way we teach. As a teacher I strive to give my students the best learning environment I can and our directors and owners fully support us with that in any way they can. When you walk into PLA you’ll be warmly greeted by directors and teachers, parents become friends and our relationship with the parents are beyond amazing. Throughout our facility you’ll see students play with their friends and teachers, students discovering and learning math, science, language arts and last but not least social emotional skills. PLA is a wonderful place for your child to learn and be loved by our amazing teachers, directors and owners.

From the moment I walked through the doors, I knew this place felt right for my 3 year old son. Friendly, caring staff and very helpful to me as well. I am a single father and 1st time parent so I am learning as I am going and I appreciate the support and advice I receive.

This school is the best! I’d sent my first son to Montessori and moved to Chandler and sent my second son to here and really felt sorry for my first son hadn’t had a chance to go to this school. Academically, they are perfect! Also, all the teachers and staffs are very warm-hearted and have wonderful personalities! I already recommended this school to all of my friends and some little ones are ready to go here. I will visit even after my son stars his kindergarten because I’m 100% sure he is going to miss this school a lot.

The entire staff at PLA (ownership, directors, teachers, etc) have all made my family feel exceptionally welcomed and cared for. When I first toured the school, I was consciously aware that the bright atmosphere and clean facility allowed me to easily check a few boxes on my school wishlist and focus entirely on the fit of the education program and staff instead. My son began his transition from home life to full-time school life (9 hrs/day, 5 days/wk) at the age of 3.5 years old. I expected a certain level of reluctance from him after he spent so much of his life at home, and for around 1-2 weeks near the beginning, he did have periods throughout the day where he asked where I was with tears in his eyes. Despite my concerns for how his behavior might affect his classroom setting, the staff was incredibly patient with him and tried different approaches to help him reach a point of comfort. Luckily, he reached that point, but even during his stint of separation anxiety, the first thing he would say when I came to pick him up was, School is so fun!. Now my problems have flipped, and I find myself needing to create a more meaningful, educational, and fun environment for him at home on the weekends to help compete against his declarations of, I want to go to school today. Thats a problem Im happy to have. :)

I have one child graduate from PLA and another one that is still attending. My daughter excelled academically and made great friends with other children there. Her teacher at PLA made a lasting impression and we could not have asked for more. The academic experience we had with PLA for my daughter echoes what other parents have said about the quality if learning they offer. I know my son is in good hands.I write this review as PLA continue to amaze me. While they could have chosen to close shop during the covid 19, they instead chose to support their families by keeping their doors open. So many things that I appreciate about PLA, so I’ll just bullet point those that are meaningful to me:- They did not come short in communication. They were all over it, whether its by email, social media, phone call and brightwheel (teacher/parent communication tool).- They offered flexibility for parents like providing an option to put account in suspense so there are no charges while parents are trying to figure out how to navigate around this uncharted territory covid 19 brought upon us.- They had their teachers up and running on Zoom to provide students who opted to keep their children at home to continue their learning experience.- They are very transparent with their cleaning protocols and what they are doing to protect our children.Thank you PLA for being there!

A very good group of ladies who teach at the next level for young kids. I also had very good luck and flexibility with drop off and pick up. This establishment is priced right and handles business accordingly.

Premier Learning Academy is such a fantastic preschool. Not only are the teachers, owners, and directors amazing, but the parents and kiddos that attend PLA are some of the best people I’ve ever gotten to know. My son has been going to PLA for a year and a half now. He has thrived in the setting and loves the teachers. It balances learning with athletics and play. We’ve also introduced other friends who have joined the PLA family and I couldn’t be more thrilled with his progress there.

This is the BEST preschool/child care in Chandler. Im so lucky to have found this gem! My son was at another so called preschool that got great reviews, but I was so disappointed in how they taught and really how it made me feel, I always felt unwelcome. At PLA they treat you like family. I come early just to talk with Ms. Stacy (director) and Ms Elana (owner). I can count on a laugh and amazing time. My son has come leaps and bounds in such a short time, it truly is remarkable. I cant thank Premier Learning Academy enough for helping my son achieve greatness.

The teachers go above and beyond to meet the needs of students in every aspect; emotionally, socially, and academically. Both of my 4 year old daughters attend P.L.A. and have been exceeding academic benchmarks consistently, as well as developing exceptional social skills with their classmates. The teachers give their all to these children, and the director Ms. Stacy, ensures that the school runs perfectly, from sun up to sun down. At the helm of this illustrious preschool is the Owner, Elana, fearlessly leading wholeheartedly with her creativity and passion. What words can I use to describe Premier Learning Academy? This school truly is a hidden gem, and I will never be able to put into words how grateful I am to have found them!As a mom, its such a bittersweet feeling that my son leaps out of my arms everyday so he can run up to his teachers! The teachers treat every child like the unique individuals that they are, and they truly do care! What a blessing it is, for me to walk into the building and hear all of the classes doing circle time (my son loves to sing all of the songs he learns at school)!The center always has something fun going on- Field trips for the pre-k class, different cultural celebrations, a story time library, not to mention the different community helpers that come in and share about their professions.The fellow parents at the school are also amazing! Its so refreshing to be able to stop and chat with almost any parent in the hallway and share real life mom moments and not feel any judgment! PLA is truly one, big, happy family!I also LOVE that all meals and snacks are provided, which means I am able to spend more time at home with my little one and less time packing lunches :)

If you find there’s a waiting list for PLA, thats because it is the gold standard of preschools. In a semesters time, PLA has given our son the foundation of literacy and arithmetic while meaningfully exposing him to history, geography, the sciences and Arts. Today hes more than socially, emotionally and intellectually prepared for kindergarten! Perhaps most importantly, PLA has awakened our sons work ethic through making learning fun, diverse and interactive. When he first started at the school, our little boy suddenly was studious (seemingly OVERNIGHT)! Never had I seen that side of him. He became eager to do homework and that endearing enthusiasm has not abated one iota! We’re so proud of him and so grateful to Ms. Leora for giving him this solid educational foundation.PLA blends Montessori pedagogy with a STEM curriculum. However, the school’s philosophy drops the T in STEM. This choice became a determining factor in why we chose this school over others in the East Valley. Preschool kids need rudimentary skills, namely, the development of fine motor movements that lay a foundation for the peculiar hand-eye coordination computers require. A growing body of research shows that computer time in preschool kids has little (if any) positive bearing on their overall educational development. This is in contrast to, for example, drawing. As long as your preschooler enjoys to draw, her handwriting improves as a result. Conversely, computer time proffers skills for (you guessed it!) more computer time. Besides computers are more naturally integrated into the childs home life in this day and age. Again, I only mention these things because they were part of our decision to enroll our son at PLA; when we were preschool shopping, I remember briefly entertaining the thought that more exposure to computers would be better because they define our professional and personal lives so instrumentally. I believe this reasoning was deeply flawed and that computer time, when it’s part of daily or even weekly activities, is developmentally inappropriate for preschoolers.This leads me to the most vital, beautiful thing PLA has done for our son: nurturing his spirit. Not only did the school help him learn to learn; learn to like learning; learn to work as a team-player; and learn basic life skills. Additionally, his teachers tailored their instruction to his individual needs as a learner. Thus PLA does not create an atmosphere wherein pre-school students compare and compete with one another (an inevitable consequence of the K-12 regiment in most cases I’m afraid). Next, our son has learned with all of PLA’s teachers but mostly with Miss Leora, Dominique, and Amanda. Each teacher has proven herself to be first-rate because, quite simply, PLA attracts high-caliber professionals. It’s so inspiring and wonderful how much the teachers love each student. Our son loves them all and is SO VERY SAD to say goodbye =(! We all are!In short, you just cant go wrong with this beautiful school! When we first toured the campus, I thought it seemed like a little learning village. PLA students work in ‘fluid’ or rotating stations regularly; they have a home-base classroom but they move around a lot in an integrated environment rather than one that’s segmented or closed-off. In the simplest sense, this is how your child will become part of a community, a culture, at PLA; he or she will develop a sense of ownership or buy-in. This is why PLA will always be part of our lives! It was the best investment ever!

We could not be more pleased with PLA! The Administration is very organized and the staff is outstanding. Our children have learned so much thanks to the great structure and the environment that PLA has created. It’s great to know that our children are in a safe environment and also loved.

As a former teacher at PLA, I know the passion, the expertise and the dedication each teacher and administrator that PLA exudes. From the moment you walk though the doors (which are locked at all times, unless you have a pass code, safety first!) you are greeted by the smiling directors who are eager to help and lead you in the right direction. The amazing owners are there daily and play a huge part in daily decisions, because like their teachers THEY also have a unending love for children. When you walk throughout the school you witness teachers who LOVE their career of choice, they love the children, they love the parents and they feel so fortunate to be able to shape these amazing minds of the future. You will see writing/fine motor stations, sensory areas, quiet corners for looking at books, manipulatives for counting, patterning, sorting and building. You will see HAPPY children who feel loved and understood in a place that they can truly be themselves, in a school that encourages each child be the best they can be. You will see teachers working in small groups, teachers TEACHING, teachers supporting imaginative play, teachers singing, teachers reading, teachers on the ground playing with their students, teachers in circle time and teachers basically being totally awesomeI left PLA because I moved across the country, but I will never forget the amazing families, students, and PLA staff that were a huge daily part of my life.

Two years ago my wife and I were looking for a preschool for our son to attend. We have 3 older children that attended another preschool years ago, but we were searching for something closer and nicer. We read some online reviews and visited PLA in person. We were impressed by the curriculum, facility, and staff, and decided to enroll, after interviewing several other preschools. Over the past 2 years we have been very happy with our sons experience. He has advanced academically and socially, and has made a lot of friends. The facility is kept pretty clean and gets wiped down quite frequently, to prevent illness. We found their curriculum to be well rounded, and it was evident that a lot of teaching experience and thought went in to it. Stacey and Elena are usually seen up front. They are very pleasant to speak with and very organized. This is helpful considering you will see them daily when checking in and out. They have an App that you can put on your phone to get frequent updates on your child and the occasional picture. Leora was an AMAZING teacher for the Pre-K group, as was everyone else we dealt with. There was a time when we needed extra care, including before and after, and everyone was very accommodating. I would definitely consider sending your kids to PLA.

We would def recommend premier learning academy! We had our 2 kids going since they were 1 and they absolutely loved their teachers and came home remembering what they had learned... not only did they love them, we as parents LOvE the staff and teachers as well! We became great friends and apart of our family really! PLA is a family environment instead of a business transaction and we could not have been more pleased to attend this preschool! Now go and sign uour littles up.. you will love it!

Could not be happier with the experience we have had with PLA over the last two years. Our child is excelling and the teachers, caregivers, and leadership team are all exceptional. PLA strikes a wonderful balance of being loving and nurturing while also being professional. They tick all the boxes for safety, cleanliness, and technology and it is obvious that they are always striving to improve. We love PLA!

I cant say enough good things about PLA. My son went through 3 other daycares before joining PLA. The positive impacts PLA has on him are immediate and very visible. He learns so much and loves going to school every day. He even complained when he didnt have homework :) (hope that continues).My only regret was not finding PLA sooner. My son will start kindergarten in a couple of months and I have no concerns now about his readiness because of PLA.

My daughter has been going to PLA for last 2 years. Its an excellent Preschool. All teachers are very friendly and take care of the kids like their own. Especially Ms Victoria who joined this year. She absolutely rocks. One of the best teachers I have seen. She pays attention to each and every kid and brings the best out of them. She teaches different languages, History, Math, Science, Geography, Music, and spends a lot of time on their improvement. Ms Victoria and Ms Liora are two big draws for PLA. They not only teach the subjects but also celebrate different cultures. They take kids on field trips which makes them curious and well rounded. All in all I would recommend PLA to anyone that wants Preschool to be an enriching experience for their little ones.

PLA meets the true definition of a warm loving home. As a parent I am sure you can understand the complexity of finding just the right place to care for your child. A balance between academics, a passion for children, a love that mirrors your own and a place that will bring excitement for your child. PLA has exceeded our expectations across the board. You will find that each teacher at PLA has an open heart to every child they touch, the level of passion and dedication to each child will continue to bring tears to me eyes. Its one thing for a parent to feel at home at a daycare but its entirely different for your child to experience the same feeling. To watch our daughter light up when she sees her teachers or a teacher down the hall runs up to her and snuggles her to pieces for nothing more than to tell you how much they adore your daughter, you cant put a price tag on that. The owners and directors have equally provided unconditional love and support for every person that walks through the doors. They will, without fail, brighten your day the moment they see you, the energy and love for what they do fills the walls of PLA. They have brought so much happiness to our lives by simply being themselves and providing the support without question, we as parents, need. Academically, PLA has provided our daughter an environment she has thrived in. Even at the age of 1 the level of development we have seen in our daughter has done nothing short of amaze us, constantly.PLA will always have a special place in our lives and we cannot wait for the years to come.
