All positive from my perspective. I felt prepared for both my school exam and state exam. Marty made host remote learning fun and impactful and the classes that Kelly taught including the review were incredibly helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely love the teacher! The test is pretty hard it’s a lot to memorize, he makes it entertaining. Also I enjoyed being able to eat during class. I passed my exam second try, I can’t say anything bad about this place!

Respectfully: I am still in the class and must admit that the instructor needs to retire. He thinks he can talk to people like they are his child and he is always stressed out. He lacks patience for questions and is highly condescending. I am focus on finishing my sessions and taking the exam. However Mr. Baum needs a replacement or at least the occasional a relief pitcher. I find this instructor disrespectful and tired.

I enrolled with the Forum Real Estate School during the COVID-19 epidemic because it offers LIVE, professional instruction online, classes I could take from the comfort of my own home. Their “brick and mortar” location is 30 miles from my Scottsdale home, but distance doesn’t matter if you’re taking quality classes online. (The Forum school is located near the Chandler (Ariz.) Airport and it is one functional, modern place with eats, drinks, and multiple study and socialization opportunity spaces.) Reviews for many other real estate schools in the area detailed how poor the communication was with instructors. In fact, many other schools’ online offerings were mere PowerPoint presentations. I don’t know how anyone could learn all you need to know to get your agent or broker license from looking at those. Martin “Marty” Baum is Forum’s primary instructor. A knowledgeable broker with 21+ year’s experience in commercial and residential real estate, he taught me everything I need to know to pass the licensing test (the studying is up to me). His teaching style is engaging (he’s passionate about teaching, in fact) and he is responsive to student questions. I emailed him a real estate question and he responded with the answer in less than a half hour during his off hours. The price is reasonable and the school offers several optional test study guides to help you beyond the online classroom. You can take classes morning and/or nights online three days each week. Eventually, Forum will again offer in-person classes at their Chandler location. I am pleased I discovered this school over all others by having it referred to me by a friend of a friend. Good choice!

Absolutely love this place- love that mixed use facilities are finally making their way to Arizona! I was in Boston last summer and fell in love with the concept. The school taught by Marty is fun and informative- he is a very thorough and knowledgeable teacher and obviously loves what he does. Even in a pandemic, it is easy to follow along and learn on Zoom but class is muh more enjoyable in person the times we did actually meet. If you are looking to get your real estate license and actually enjoy school along the way, I highly recommend this school. I am confident that I will pass immediately because of the way Marty teaches. Im looking forward to spending more time at the Forum and taking CE classes once Im licensed- definitely a fan of the Forum forever. Oh, did I mention theres not one but two bars? Such a neat facility!

I just completed the pre-licensing course with Marty in 6 weeks and passed both my school test and state test in the first shot. Im so happy with my experience at the forum. Marty makes the class fun and easy to understand. He has really good tips on how to pass the test. I was actually sad when I finished the classes hah. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering getting their RE license.

Edit: In order to get licensed you need to take a contract to writing class which is $50.00/ 6 hour course. The instructor is Kelly Soriano. If your used to listening to Marty, then it will be painful to listen to her, I wish Marty did this class. Kelly will talk about herself for 5 hours and the last hour go over the contract. This women is absolutely horrendous. The office staff is courteous and friendly. This course is NOT for the faint of heart, it definitely requires a lot of independent studying and memorization of material. You do have to put in the work. All questions are answered. Communication is always there through Marty, he is absolutely the best instructor I have ever encountered in my life, He is simply brilliant!!! I would recommend this school hands down ! 10/10!!!!! 5 stars!!!!

Went to this school, passed the RE state and national tests first time due to the good teaching.Marty is a fun teacher but also strict. Hes well-liked and has great example stories. Take copious notes.Note: they do offer extra state and national review courses (not required) for an extra charge. I highly recommend doing these, also, before you test at Pearson.

I chose this school because the Spirit lead me here as I had a vision in my meditations. I met Marty Baum and I must say that teaching and leadership are his gifting. The staff is amazing and was extremely supportive. I am glad that I followed my intuition to go to this school. The practice exams and classes are well-designed and the food is a BONUS. I hope to be able to work at Revelation Real Estate one day. Marty thank you for being a Merchant of Hope to me. I am happy to share that I did pass my school test after attending this school. Now, its time for the real test. It was a humbling experience yet rewarding to truly put in the work.

Marty Baum is perhaps the best teacher Ive experienced. If you disagree, its probably because youre not a very good student, to be blunt. Martys job is to help people pass the real estate exams and get licensed, and everything he does up there morning and night is designed to achieve that singular goal. His (contagious) excitement at teaching the subject matter makes real estate - which should be just incredibly boring to learn - fun and exciting. His use of stories, examples, pictures, diagrams, parables, and mnemonics show he is a natural at what he does.I really wish Id had him for DiffEQ.If youre looking to get involved in real estate, get licensed, change up your career, diversify your income... this is the place to start.Just... DO follow this advice:- Follow the rules. They get outlined at the beginning of every class.- Follow. The. Rules. Really. Some people are in those classes on a lark. Others are desperately trying to re-start their lives with a new career. This may be their best (or even last) chance to do so. I met everyone from business owners to unemployed pregnant single moms in Martys school. The rules are there to help you AND them pass the test by enhancing the learning environment and minimizing distractions. Marty is notoriously merciless on those who cannot follow the very simple and respectful rules. And rightly so.- Listen, pay attention, bring a highlighter, a pen/pencil, and a notepad. Take notes. Youll refer back to them later. And not just on class material - books, people, other information Marty kinda threads in there which may prove useful after and outside the classes.- Buy the extra course material, if you can - flash cards, books, etc. ESPECIALLY if theres a chance any time will pass between when you finish classes and take the test. You can get by without them, but if you can swing it, theyre a worthy purchase.- Again, if you can, buy the other reference books recommended. You may not need these for the test, but theyll be a help to you in your career. At the very least, make notes of them, and buy them when you can.I went... 3.5 months - two trips to the other side of the planet, a week in Detroit, a half week in California, and a week camping on the Mogollon Rim - between end of classes and taking the test. Statistically, I should not have passed on the first attempt - my mind should have been a big jumbled mess of real estate facts by that point - but I did. Why?I studied the material. Went back over section by section, books, notes, flashcards, set a date, studied, and essentially re-lived the classes. When I sat down for the test, reading over the questions, I could still see and hear Marty up there in my minds eye, smiling, fluorescent orange Under Armour shirt and all, animated, excited, relating some strange story which, within the telling, gave me the answers I needed to pass.Im glad I passed this test, but honestly miss the classes.

I wasnt too aware of how awesome this training center/instructor (Marty) was until after I completed my schooling. I have talked to others who went to other RE schools, and all of their experiences sound like a nightmare! Different instructors every lesson, new books throughout the 18 courses... With this place, you know what youll be learning AND tested on and who will be instructing you!

Wonderful school, instructor and classes that give you the tools too prepare and pass the state exam. The school is also located in a beautiful new building called The Forum which is also the home of Revelation real estate. The building is filled with real estate professionals which make you want to get through pre licensing and get your career started. I am already practicing real estate, after passing my exam exactly 1monrh ago.

I called to figure out what I need to enroll and get a real estate license and the person on the phone was very condescending and answered my questions as if they were stupid questions. Hello.... you just lost a customer, isn’t that why you guys enroll people, do educate them on getting the real estate license? Idiot, you shouldn’t pick up the phone anymore.
