I got my Real estate license almost 3 years ago. I passed my exam the first time and have retained so much of the information that I learned from Marty. Its a lot of information but Marty and his stories make it so much easier to remember. I would recommend this school to anyone who is serious about getting their Real estate license.

Recently passed my real estate license. Thank you Marty for your passion. I started Real Estate school here back in July of 2019, and I can still hear some of Martys stories that helped me remember different AZ State Laws, as well as answers to questions that were actually on the states test. Ill be signing up with my Broker tomorrow.

Don’t come here. Scammers. They Will do anything to grab extra money from you.If you don’t pass the test in 6 months they will tell you, you need to repay for the entire course, books, and do all of the classes all over again. Why would the state allow 10 years for you to pass the test but baum school allows 6 months you may ask? Because they’re desperate scammers!Not once will they ever tell you that before the 6 months is up though. Please take your courses elsewhere where making the most money off their students isnt their #1 priority!
