I know the service here has been hit or miss over the years, but the last couple of times I have come here the service at the copy center has been excellent. Corey was very friendly and efficient and even accommodated a binding job early for me even though he was very busy at the time. Very happy to have this place close by!

This was my first time visiting an Office Depot on a while and I was fairly disappointed. The customer service agents were friendly, but the store was both understaffed and under-stocked. This points to a level of mismanagement at the corporate level.There were literally more cases of water to buy at this store than there were laptops — and that’s exactly what I came in hoping to find. One employee even told me a different store to go to to try out laptops, since there were only three or four out for testing.Overall.... I get the feeling that this place will shut down soon. It can’t really compete with other stores that sell similar products and give discounts.

This was my first visit to Chantilly Office Depot and I was super happy with customer service provided by Avi and Corey. Both employees were very friendly and patient with my custom print requests and made my experience very pleasant. Even though my order was quite big, it was ready for pick up with couple of hours. Im so glad I came to this store. Ill continue visiting this location for future print outs. Thanks to Avi and Corey for all their help!

I have visited this store number of times. Every time when I am at store staff here are really fast and helpful. Some times manager will chime in to solve the issue and it will take less than 2 minutes. I will keep this as my default Office Supply Store.

Employees have been incredibly helpful when I need help or ask for information- with the exception of the print and copy pickups. Sometimes it is quick and easy other times it takes over 15 min to get your printed items.

Super dirty store with employees who obviously don’t care. Usually see the manager (Older, bigger lady with glasses) sitting down or making her employees do her job and interact with customers while her store looks god awful. Spoke to her one time while looking for a product and she acted like I was just wasting her time. Would not recommend shopping here, horrible service due to horrible management. Go to the one in Fairfax instead.

Visited service center mid-day to send a fax. Staff was friendly, but were focused on many tasks besides helping customers. This led to an unnecessarily long wait during a slow time. Store was clean and organized.

I was fine with the tablet I bought there but the customer service guy who suckered me into buying a 2 year service plan lied to me about how it works. Not just lied either. A complete fabrication. DO NOT BUY THE SERVICE PLAN!! That is unless you plan on breaking it within 30 days of the purchase.

Mixed experience here. First employee didnt care about my questions. Second one was truly helpful. I come here when I need something for right now or need an advice, otherwise I order online.

Terrible customer service. Lackluster attitude..employees are just there to collect a paycheck. I went there twice to see if it was just the afternoon shift. Nope the next day same level of I dont care about you mentality. No wonder their stores are so empty.

Tried to sell me a desktop that was a demo for same listed price, wouldnt bargin with me and on top of that it was a final sale!

Would have given zero if I could, awful service in printing section after 07:00 PM. I gave the supervisor all the information needed and waited for my blue print to come out, after waiting for 15 mins asked why it is taking this long he casually stated that, oh, your file hasnt been sent to printer. Will never ever visit again....

I have used print and copy services ofOffice Depot and they are really good and cost effective as compared to FrdEx!

Weve taken our computer that they sold to us to this store at least 4 times and had it replaced twice because of problems they either missed or just made worse. After they failed to properly restore our files they completely ruined months worth of work and lost all of our programs, some of which I now have to buy again. Nobody at this store knew what they were doing and only made whatever problem we took it in for worse. They sold us THREE defective computers, one after another. Go to Best Buy or Walmart instead!

Rating based on phone service only:Great, courteous, answered questions about laptop models and availability. Got a live person right away, whereas for the nearby Best Buy you have to jump through all types of hoops and then be on hold for 10 min or longer.

Bought a bluetooth speaker 3 weeks ago. Just got to use it, it wont charge and plays a soft hum when in use. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN. Just use Amazon like you know you should - Office Depot has blown since the 90s.

Really seemed like the employees were very timid and had little understanding of their workplace. Also - getting asked 6 times if I needed help was a bit much. Avoid here unless no other options.

A little spotty on their stock as far as what I wanted so I would call ahead if something is needed and cant wait for an online order to be delivered.

The manager of the store is a jerk. If you buy a gift card, he will go that extra mile to check your ID and credit card. No other store does that. No idea whats going thru his mind.
