DO NOT sign a contract with this company! You are not allowed to get out of the contract if even if you have a dispute with the quality of service or with an employee. They are still demanding to collect our $2,000+ and if we stop payment they will send us to collections. My children are no longer going there and so our money is going into this mans pocket because we are not using his services any longer. We have been told to HONOR our commitment yet there has been no HONOR or RESPECT given to our family. He claims these as foundations for his school.

I enrolled my 4 year old for the trial period. Unfortunately he was not interested after a few weeks. There was little time for social interaction which is what we were looking for in a afterschool program. I went back and forth and decided it was too much money and I wasnt willing to committ to a year long program with a 4 year old. I had no plans on renewing my contract after the trial period. I went on a business trip---my sister went it during the trial and signed my son up (on my behalf and without my knowledge). The school called to confirm and I couldnt confirm nor did I ever sign. I called an explained that we are not moving forward with a 18 month contract (you do not have my signature) and they said too bad....and then filed it with a debt collection agency. All facts that I can document. They completely acknowledged that my sister signed him up yet felt I am the one responsible. Sister called and explained the mis-communication and certainly thats our fault there but this company feels like Im responsible for the entire amount $1200+ even though we attended class only during the trial period and again, I never signed a contract nor do we have any intention of going back. I now have a lawyer involved to get this removed from my credit. The woman I spoke to at the academy was rude and literally yelled at me on the phone. These are unreasonable people with poor business etiquette. Feel free to reach out for additional information on this Taekwondo academy. I would not recommend even a trial with them.
