Chef Katie and her team turned our beach house rental into a private resort-like experience. She shopped, planned, prepared, cooked and cleaned, providing us with restaurant quality cuisine. From our arrival dinner of a Low Country Boil, to our 5 course anniversary surf and turf meal, to our eggs Benedict with a side of blue corn grits, our family of 13 loved it all. I booked chef Katie for my bachelorette weekend in Charleston. She was super responsive, super reasonably priced and cooked an absolutely delicious dinner for myself & 8 guests right at our Airbnb. She brought all the groceries, made a delicious cocktail for us and even stocked our fridge with alcohol for the rest of the weekend! We reimbursed her for that and she brought the alcohol when she came to cook dinner. I absolutely recommend her!!

We truly enjoyed Spiced Culinary Creations all of last week on the Isle of Palms, SC at the rented beach house where we celebrated our anniversary with our kids & grandkids. Chef Katie and her outstanding crew did the food shopping, preparation of gourmet meals and appetizers that looked and tasted great, served meals including breakfasts, taught a cooking class, and did kitchen cleanup.Chef Katie and her crew were warm and personable.When we were departing, she came by with a team member and took left over food to the food bank/kitchen.I do not recommend organizations or people lightly, and I hardily recommend Chef Katie and her team.Bob A.

Chef Katie was our “chef for the week” for a family vacation for 13. She made it easy for us to enjoy family time by taking care of stocking the fridge (and pantry) with lunch, breakfast and snack items. Rave reviews from all on Italian night and our fancy surf and turf dinner. Everyone appreciated not having to shop and do dishes on vacation and the food was delicious!

Chef Katie was amazing to work with, aside from her fantastic culinary abilities. Her ideas, willingness to help, food, and overall impression were all equally impressive! I did two Zoom cooking classes with Chef Katie during quarantine and enjoyed the food and experience so much that we hired her for a private dinner for 6 to celebrate my husbands and my 50th birthdays. The food, the service, the presentation, the attention to detail was all outstanding. Chef Katie sources local ingredients and cooks them to perfection to create the most wonderful dining experience. Each course was truly amazing but the standout of the night was the seared scallops over vanilla scented creamed corn, so fresh and perfectly prepared. We finished our evening with the most beautiful and delicious red velvet and chocolate layer birthday cake made by Chef Christina. It was one of the most special experiences weve ever had. I would highly recommend Spiced Culinary Creations for a special (or any) occasion!!

I cannot say enough good things about Chef Katie and Spiced Culinary Creations. The first time Chef Katie came to my house was for a girls night Thai cooking class. Chef Katie is so easy to work with and gave me so many options to choose from that fit with the Thai food theme. Additionally, she made some great recommendations for wines to pair with the meal. All of the ladies had a blast and loved the food!The second time was for a private dinner with my husband to celebrate our anniversary. Chef Katie knocked it out of the park! She made some fried oysters that were to DIE FOR! All of the food was super fresh and perfectly cooked. Everything about the meal was perfection. I have had the pleasure of attending multiple cooking classes taught by Chef Katie. Each one has been fun, informative and delicious! The classes are always very relaxed and the dishes we cooked were all surprisingly easy to execute. I have even made a few of the dishes on my own! The ingredients she uses are locally sourced and seasonal. For those of you with kids, she also offers kid-friendly classes. My daughters (6 and 10 years old) have done a class with Chef Katie and learned how to make homemade pop tarts and gummy bears! They loved every minute!

I hired Katie to cook Basil Duck for my husbands birthday. It was absolutely amazing.! We have had several dinners, each one prepared with locally sourced ingredients.Ive also hosted some cooking classes.!!Im looking forward to cake decorating class next month. I highly recomend Chef Katie !!

We hired Chef Katie and her team for a private, in-home brunch demo for a Charleston Bachelorette celebration and it was the highlight of our weekend! We all took away great cooking tips, enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and friendly company, as well as the delicious meal at the end of the amazing experience. My fiancé and I celebrated our 3-year anniversary with Spiced Culinary Creations— and it was amazing! With the increased spread of Covid in Charleston, we didn’t feel comfortable going out to dinner, so having a private chef seemed like a great alternative. Katie and her team created a wonderful and unique Moroccan dinner for the two of us, and it was absolutely delicious— and the table setting was so pretty! I would highly recommend for any special occasion.

Chef Katie and Chef Tina made an incredible Southern meal in our rental home the last night of our stay in IOP. Instead of going out during Covid, which broke our hearts as we are foodies, we decided to treat ourselves on vacation and have a private chef prepare a meal for us instead! Chef Katie went above and beyond w a customer Menu complete w local specialties like fresh caught Wreck Fish, shrimp, SC peaches over a caprese salad and Chef Tina made us scrumptious individual Hummingbird cakes! They even brought in their own tableware to dress everything as if in a fancy restaurant - so elegant! The entire meal was so wonderful and such a great decision. Both chefs made sure to include both my girls in letting them help make homemade farmers cheese w them.. they just loved it.Spiced made sure also and very importantly to wear their masks the entire time, as well as take their temps before the evening began.If you want a great experience, please do not hesitate to call this superb company.
