Best AHA BLS experience I’ve had. Quick and painless. Staff is very friendly .The price is pretty high that’s the only reason it got 4 stars.

This was the best BLS training I have done with the connected mannequins. I also enjoyed doing g the academic portion of the training on my schedule. Thank you for the opportunity to train with you.

I arrived in Charleston from out of town not quite sure what to expect during these Covid days. I arrived on time and Corey was awaiting on the big screen. The training room was neat, clean, and the technology involved with the manikins and monitors were up to date. Corey immediately put me at ease and class began. After seven years in the ER I must say I was very impressed with Coreys knowledge. Even learned a new thing or two! I cant recommend Code One Charleston enough. You wont be disappointed.

Excellent customer service! They answer any questions you have about your order or scheduling your class. The staff is friendly and eager to help. I took my skills test with Kat (virtual). The set up was perfect and she explained what needed to be done. You can tell they love what they do...their attitude shows it!

I have taken both BLS and ACLS through CodeOne and both experiences were more than pleasant. I cannot remember the instructors name for BLS but Carlo was the instructor for ACLS and he was fantastic. If I had a question he answered it throughly. He asked what I felt my weaknesses were and touched base on those. He made the mock code feel like it was just a practice run and it really put my first time ACLS course nerves at ease. I highly recommend CodeOne!

This was probably the easiest way I have gotten my ACLS certification. I did the didactic portion of the course online, which was very comprehensive, interactive, and well designed to reinforce content. The skills session went smoothly as well, and there were no technical issues with seeing the instructor or using the manakin. Site was clean and safe. The instructor, Corey, was very professional, intelligent, and spoke clearly. Getting the card in the end was a simple step back online in my AHA account. Overall, a great program!

Mr. Karger was an excellent instructor for our BLS renewal class. He was thorough, concise and direct to the points we needed to focus on.Our on hands demonstration, it was very well handled and organized. We worked one on one to refresh our skills but worked also as a group to simulate what an actual code would be like.I would refer others to take his class because he had a special skill as an instructor. He was informative, interesting and very knowledgeable.

Ken at Code One is a great instructor. He was helpful in explaining the CPR techniques beyond the instructional videos as well as keeping the class engaged during the three hour course window. You will be more than prepared for the test at the end when you take this class. Will be coming back to Code One to get re-certified in the future!

Richard was a phenomenal instructor! I have been an RN almost 22 years and was a little anxious about how the skills portion would go during the pandemic but I can honestly say I came out of this instruction feeling more confident in my skills than I ever have before. Richard was fantastic at coaching me along the way and his knowledge was shown through his instruction.There is no other place I would go for my bls training.

Rapid registration and able to do in person class or Online. I chose in person as it worked best for my timeframe but instructor’s precautions related to Covid including masks and social distancing was meticulous and enforced for the participants. Didn’t feel anxious about that at all - And this from a nurse who has spent the last 25 years of my career in Infection Prevention and Control.

The instructions were clear and concise getting to the facility.The instructor was patient and encouraging during the entire training process and gave me valuable feedback to improve my skills.

Great ACLS course. Excellent online course content with very effective quiz strategy that allows you to check your answers immediately upon answering each question. Friendly and knowledgeable megacode evaluator put me at ease and made the experience very pleasant.

I am a travel nurse so I have to find someone to do my ACLS/BLS recerts. I have been using them for 4 years now. They are the best!!! Ken has been my instructor both times and he is very thorough and very helpful. I did mine via computer. It was rough but he was so patient and a great cheerleader. Thank you guys for always being there when needed.

I completed the sessions with Jonathan H. and I could not have be more pleased with the service. He exhibited expert knowledge of ACLS, BLS and CV processes. I was impressed. Thank so much! I have been renewing my provider BLS certification with Code One for several years now and Im very pleased with them. The classes tend to be small so if you need help, you will get it. Classes always cover all the bases from 1 person to team CPR and adult to infant CPR. All of the instructors have been well qualified, fun and kind. I highly recommend them for any of your HCP or EMT certifications.

This class was great, I may call it Bacis ECG classs instead of advanced but for a new telemetry nurse the instructor keeps your attention the whole time and is very thorough!

I had a great experience with code one our instructor Dan McKnight was wonderful if he is teaching the class I would definitely recommend him.

As a student nurse I do not have much free time on my hands. Code One made the training available and easy to understand so I could get my certification and move on. I would highly recommend Code One for the busy Heathcare worker. The instructor I had also made the training fun, which is a nice change from the normal three hours of dry material you can expect from BLS recertification. 10/10.
