Its located in a small town, but it has really good environment for learning English as a second language. People/staffs are super friendly and sweet here, totally feel like a second home. Lots of resources/helps and outdoor activities for students to participate.

TLC-charleston is located at EIU. Its a really good place for study. In the same time, you can get involve into university activities. Its the best choice to study English and prepare for the American university.

I was a student at TLC (Charleston) in 2016. I started at level 7 and It was a wonderful opportunity to speak with some great American teachers and staff everyday which is the best way to learn English. Theyre very nice and friendly. They helped me to improve my English and prepared me to pursue my Masters in the US. If you are either in level one or a person in an advanced level, TLC (Charleston) would be a smart choice to make your English better.
