I have read the reviews and sounds to me as if Daran is bitter. His comments was distasteful and not at all articulated. Burke is a great school. Burke was my high school and I am very successful because of the teachers that pushed me to always give my all. And by the way....Burke have several successful students that go on and become pillars in there community. What school doesnt have fights....all kids fight. Name a school that doesnt have fights. Rude, Ghetto, and Poor. That is something that Ill ignore and wont even speak on. By the way, Burke does have a mascot....Bulldogs...#and if you dont like the bulldogs....dont go to Burke High School....

@Daran Knight, the kids at Burke High School are far from ghetto. Also, you should not call a school bad just because some of the kids are not as financially stable as you. Attending Burke was definitely one of the best decisions I ever made. I have teachers that would bend over backwards just to make sure that I fully understand the material. The students here are full of energy and all have the same goal, to become a better student and to attend the college of their dreams. Burke is a great place to get an education despite what Daran said.

THIS IS MY STATEMENT ABOUT BURKE HIGH SCHOOL:Dont you ever let your child go to Burke High School.That school is full of Ratchet,Ghetto,Disrespectful and Poor students.Burke High School has a Terrible Learning Environment.Heres some reasons that you dont let your child go to Burke.#1. Some of the staff members that are not doing their jobs once so ever.#2.Burke has a lot of fights.#3.Burke has no Mascot and No Homecoming Dances.#4.Burke has roaches.#5.Burke has 4 classes.#6.the kids at Burke are so Ratchet,Mean,Hateful,Sloppy,Gross,Lazy and Ghetto.No wonder white people wont let their children go to Burke.I been go to Burke since 7th Grade and Thank God 2016 is my last year of Burke.

IM SORRY Daran but Burke does not have any fights, #2 we do have a mascot, we dont say LETS GO BULLDOGS for no reason. #3 we have 4 classes because we are on a BLOCK schedule, 4 classes that are 90 minutes. So in defense of my school, I would say burke is an excellent school to send your child to. #LETSGOBULLDOGS Also , We have do white kids that attend burke. So your statement about white people not sending their kids to burke is very ignorant and absurd.
