I always thought about wanting to be a bartender. Yes, its easy to look up recipes and concoct drinks at home; however, I wanted to know the proper procedures of working/operating a bar. In this class I learned a lot of the basic information which was very insightful. Even learning a little bit about some of the laws, I didnt know certain things and now I do. Tei, the instructor, was very engaging and has a great personality. When you have an instructor that possesses those characteristics, it makes the class more enjoyable. Im so excited about what I may now want to do with what I have learned.

Quick and easy classs!

Im not sure what can be added other than what has already been stated many times. Jennifer is informative, engaging, and fun as an instructor. You learn how to make a lot of different drinks and begin seeing what ingredients complement certain types of alcohol which will only help you when learning and experimenting with additional drinks.

Its all been said. Jennifer is fun and engaging, and she makes sure every student is involved in the learning process. She genuinely wants every student to succeed. The booklet is an excellent source of info in all aspects of bartending. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about the profession.

ABC Bartending school in Charleston, SC was a great experience. The class was 4 nights with hands on training in a bar-like setting. The instructor reviewed the making of drinks and encouraged class participation. Review for the certificate was straight forward and the test was exactly as studied for. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the students all wanted to learn and hone their bartending skills.

Great school. They taught me how to pour drinks, mix drinks, and went over the rules. Mrs. Rachel was great. My only problem is the 2hr drive, I didnt get to take the test because my sister got a job beforehand and never took me back to take the test. Great sister huh. Ill pray tonight and call tomorrow that I can still take the test. Im a mother of 2 with bills and cant afford to take the test again.

Awesome experience! My instructors were knowledgeable and provided real world experiences to go along with the curriculum. Not even 24-hours after passing my exam and putting the word out about it on my social media, I got two bookings. This course has already paid for itself.Ill be starting a mobile bartending company and all of my potential employees will be sent here for certification.

It was a good class but you really could have covered all the material in 1 week instead of 2 weeks. The classes aren’t that long and you get the chance to practice making certain drinks. The class really just teaches you the technical side of it but a little history about wine and alcohol would be nice. They do help with job assistance so that’s always a plus.

The class was great the instructor was awesome. However the facility did not look like pictures. Bar stools not sturdy, not sure what was going on with vent but definitely a hazard.

When searching for a bartending school I chose ABC because I remember seeing and hearing about the store all my life. I wanted a good reputable school for my training.
